Angel_Asuan Sanshi Uchiha Question: If we are a Ninjutsu Class and we get -1 posts on all Ninjutsu try to learn does that mean we get the Academy Level for free since they only require one post? That is up to the discresstion of a villages Kage. And best asked in the Villages OOC forum. Thank you.

Hizuma the Troublesome Sand is well Known for its puppet Jutsu and for its wind users, as Well as the Ichibi. If you do not agree, come find my character and I cna demonstrate the beauty of being a Puppet Master. And I do have to agree with Asuan. If you are not making any attempt to help the situation then please do not hinder it at the very least. by the way, where the heck did you post your profile? i cant seem to find it.

@Tsubaki - Same for you, your comment to his was just as rude as hsi to Halloween
@ Halloween- Dude... While you were giving an answer the truth of the matter is that the Kage of each village is law there. Sanshi has been approved as a genin ( far as I know shikairu correct me if i'm wrong) There for his question is compleatly valad ad i know you werent trying to be rude but it almost comes off that way.
