"You win and that's it," Savage said, nodding, "Just like that. I delete the video, and Mr. Cobblepot never finds out, at least from us. Just one rule: honorable, unarmed combat shall win. No weapons or dirty attacks." He stood up and took a few steps away from the bed. "Agreed?"

Emily stared at him for another long, silent moment before replying. "Agreed...." she said.
Natalia sighed disappointedly and moved to stand. She pulled a blade of her own out from under the bed, and sliced through Emily's bonds. Once free, Emily quickly drew herself away from Natalia and glared at her. She rubbed her wrists to get the feeling back into them, then turned her full attention back over to Vandal.

Vandal smiles again, then bowed a little, showing his respect for the opponent. "Then let us begin on Natalia's cue." He volunteered Natalia to start the fight, because he had no wish to be accused of cheating. He was too honorable for that. So honorable, that he had once tried to end the so-called oldest profession in London.

Emily looked at him, then looked back at Natalia. The other woman grinned, then moved to the front of the bed to take a seat on her pillows. Emily watched her until she sat down, then slid off of the bed and stood straight. Turning her full attention to Vandal again.
Natalia's grin returned a bit as she made herself comfortable. "Alright. Ready?" she said, looking between the two.
Emily positioned herself into a loose fighting stance. Ready to strike or dodge at a moments notice.
"Begin..." Natalia purred.

Vandal Savage took up an open-hand stance, and closed in on Emily with far more speed than a man of his size should possess. His foot shot out at her lower leg, immediately attempting to break her shin.

Emily's eyes widened a fraction as he sped towards her. With the stance she had taken, she was easily able to dodge his kick. Usually her next move was a punch, but with the stance Vandal had taken, it would be too easy for him to catch her.
So she lunged to the side, spinning herself around Vandal and ending up behind him. She sent a kick to the back of his knee, meant to disarm him just enough to get a good strike in. Then twisted into position to give him an open palmed strike to the back of his head.

Savage began turning in the direction opposite of Emily's dodge, but was momentarily held up by her kick; it had slightly buckled his leg. Still, he had enough mobility to turn his torso and catch Emily's fist. Vandal smirked as he finished turning the rest of his body. "You're skilled. Brave, too." He squeezed down on her hand slightly, causing a slight cracking sound to come from it.

Emily's expression contorted into pain as Vandal's hand began crushing her fingers. The cracking sound was nothing compared to the pain that ripped through her hand... and he wasn't even putting his full effort into squeezing her hand.
Her eyes clamped shut for a moment and she let out a small grunt of pain as she bit down on her bottom lip. She needed to free her hand, or she was going to have a considerable amount of trouble keeping the fight going. She couldn't just flip him over as she usually would have done. That would only break her hand more.
Opening her eyes again, she brought her knee up to try and break a few of his ribs. Should he block that, she was more than prepared to follow it with an open palm strike to his nose. THAT tended to make people let go of her. If he could block both strikes.... well this could get interesting.

Savage simply moved his free hand to block the knee attack, but didn't bother putting too much force into it, as he was sure it was more of a diversionary attack than the main strike. As her fist came up for the nose shot, he raised his free arm to block. "Foolish, though. Admit defeat."

"Not this early in the game..." she growled.
At that moment, she grabbed the arm that he had used to block with her free hand. She yanked it to the side and brought it up under his other arm, giving both arms limited movement. Emily's other leg came up under the arm that was holding her hand, and went for his ribs knee first.
She would follow that up, should she hit or miss, with a knee to his diaphragm.

Savage took the knee to the ribs without attempting to block, his face showing some pain. His grip remained firm on Emily's hand. When the second knee started to lift, he forced the hand in Emily's grip down, trying to block the attack with her own arm, or at least his. He simultaneously let go of the hand, trying to throw her off-balance.

Emily's knee struck Vandal's arm, and he did manage to throw her off balance. But she tried to use that to her advantage. She let go of his arm with her other hand, then tilted her leg to the side and struck again. This time using Vandal to push herself backwards, propelling her away from him.
She twisted in the air, then used her good hand to spring off the ground to push herself back a little more. Putting some distance between her and Vandal. At... least until he tried going for her again.

Vandal Savage took a few steps back from Emily's effective use of himself as a springboard. As he watched her flip through the air, though, he was smiling; this was an excellent challenge, even though he knew he was going to win; he was far too experienced for any other outcome.
Emboldened by his own self-confidence, he assumed his fighting stance, then turned one of his hands and made the classic 'Attack me' gesture.

Emily stared at him for a moment, her good hand massaging her injured one gently. There wasn't much she was going to be able to do with broken fingers on her hand... she'd have to use that arm for blocking, and the other for attacking. She also needed to figure out how to attack him without him getting ahold of her like that again.
Her eyes scanned around the room for a moment, took note the size of the room and what obstacles were in it. It was funny... as small as the room was... she had a friend that would be able to use it to her advantage. Perhaps she could try those techniques. She couldn't stick to walls... but bouncing may prove just as good.
She locked eyes with Vandal again, then sprang forward. Instead of attacking him directly, she shot to the side; landing on the bed, then bouncing off of it and flipping. Her feet hit the ceiling, and she bounced off of it and flipped again, aiming a kick towards his torso, and the other towards his head

Savage was too fast for the kicks, grabbing both of her legs while she was in mid-air, and pivoting his torso to throw Emily towards the mirrored wall behind him. There was no illusion in his mind that yes, that landing would hurt her.
