"That i am," Kia said, lifting Taki's head up gently to check the back of his head. "Hm, it's grazed a bit but he should just wake up with a huge headache." She rested his head on her lap and looked at his slowly swelling jaw. "And a sore jaw."
Tala didn't meet Kai's eyes. "We came to get you," he said softly, "And i did that becuase he took you away from me. why else would i do that for?" He sniffed.
Kia ran a hand through Taki's hair not wanting to interfere with waht was happening with Kai and Tala. "I'm going to cut your hair one day," she muttered to Taki.

Kai sighed. "I'm sorry." He said quietly. "I didn't mean for it to sound like that." He reached out and took Tala's chin, forcing the redhead to look at him. "It's good to see you." He told Tala, smiling gently. "I missed you."

Rei blinked. "Oh." He said shortly.
Boris looked up at Rei, realising for possibly the first time who he was talking to. "Sorry." He muttered. "You didn't need to know that."
Rei sighed and moved over to where Boris was. "Of course I did." He told Boris with a sad smile. "I wanted to know what was wrong. What are you going to do about it?"
"I don't know." Boris said truthfully, pulling Rei into an embrace. "I suppose that I have to find some way of rooting them out." He mused, burying his head into Rei's hair. "I don't know how though."
Rei spoke before he knew what he was saying. "I'll do it."

Kia looked up at Brooklyn and smirked. "What did i just tell them to do?" She put a finger to her mouth and winked, "Shh, it's a secret, but if it all goes to plan, then this place will be left very vunerable without it's security."
She run a hand through her fringe. "Teach them to mess with me." She looked down at Taki and furrowed her eyebrows in thought.
"Aha!" she let out after a moment and moved towards his belt taking out the blade he carried. "For once i'm glad he carries this around," she said eyeing it off. Bryan quirked an eyebrow at her.
"Probably not," Tala mumbled into Kai's neck, 'but if he does anything else to piss me off he's getting another one."

"Then he's definitely going to have to keep his mouth shut around you." Kai told Tala, continuing to hold the redhead tightly. "Taki's good at pissing people off in that way."
Kai sighed and buried his face in Tala's hair, breathing in the familiar and comforting scent of his lover. "How have you been?" He asked quietly.
"What's going to happen?" Brooklyn asked. "Can we help?"
He frowned as Kia produced the knife and sent Bryan a questioning look over his shoulder. "Eh?"

A little while later
Rei sighed contentedly, wrapped in Boris's arms. This was how he wished he could always be. It led to a lot less confusion. This way he didn't have to worry about his duplicity. He was safe here.
"Boris?" He asked quietly.
"Nrgh?"
"Why won't you tell me what you're planning to do with Kai?"
"Lots of reasons."
Rei made a face and turned to face Boris. "Like?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.
Boris smirked and reached out to play with Rei's hair. "Like secret reasons."

Tala sighed. "Lonely...You?"
Kia nodded, "Oh yer, you'll be able to help, there would have been no point bringing you guys here if you were just going to get in the way. I could have just sent Kai back on a plane with Taki here."
Tala's eyebrow twitched at that.
Bryan blinked at the blade. "Um, this may be a stupid question but, what are you planning to do with that?"
Kia smiled, "I always threatened i would cut his goddamn fringe while he slept, looks like the perfect time to do that now." She lifted up Taki's fringe and grinned evilly.
A little while later
Kia grinned down at Taki and nodded, "He's going to kill me but i'm sick of him hiding that eye. He's so vain," she mumbled.

Kai smiled gently, pulling back from Tala and looking at the redhead. "Something like that." Kai said quietly, smirking and running his hand through Tala's hair.
Kai looked down at Taki and his new hair and his smirk grew wider. "I can picture his face when he wakes up already." He told Kia. "I'm glad I'm not in your shoes."

Fayina stirred from her sleep, her hands fisting in the sheet that covered her as she tried to fight the inevitable onset of consciousness. She opened her eyes slowly, only to be greeted by the darkness of Taki's room.
"Eh?" She asked, not understanding where she was.
Then she remembered.

Rei sighed. "Are you ever going to tell me?" He asked Boris plaintively.
Boris smirked. "Of course, as soon as you tell me why you want to know so badly."
Rei rolled his eyes. "I just hate you knowing stuff I don't."
Boris sighed. "Are you sure that you want to know?"
"Yes." Rei said seriously.

Tala poked his tounge out at Kai. "What have i said about playing with my hair?" He quirked an eyebrow.
"Why do you say that? I quite like my shoes," Kia said and shrugged, "What's the worst he could do? kill me?" She smirked and looked down at him, "And besides, he won't notice until someone points it out to him, he's like that. You'll see when he wakes up"
Taki groaned.
"I think he's doing that now," Bryan remarked.

"Great timing." Kai remarked before turning back to Tala. "Um..." He bit his lip, thinking. "That I should do it more often?" He ventured. "I like your hair." He told the redhead. "It's... pretty." He decided. Vomit. How cheesy does that sound?

Fayina sighed and lay back down on Taki's bed, wanting Sacha desperately and still not quite believing he had left her. It wasn't fair.
She shut her eyes, futiley trying to get back to sleep and to escape her reality. She would always have Sacha in her dreams.
((And I don't have time at the moment to put in Borya's big explanation so I'm going to leave it at that *scampers off to watch prisonbreak*))

Tala raised his eyebrows and poked Kai. "So just pretty? Thankyou...i think."
Taki groaned and opened his eyes slowly. "Ow..." He sat up carefully and clutched his head.
"Ow, my head...my jaw...It feels like i've been hit by a bus..."He muttered. Kia leaned over. "No, just an angry red head."
Taki lookd at her and blinked. "i think i hit my head harder than i thought." Kia raised an eyebrow in question.
"I see dead people..." he whispered. Bryan smirked and tried not to laugh. Kia rolled her eyes. "I'm not dead."
"Really? Could have fooled me. Either that or i'm hallucinating..."
"Taki, lie back down or you'll hurt yourself more."
Taki blinked and didn't move.
"That was an order, Takiran," Kia narrowed her eyes.
"Funny, last time i checked i outranked dead people..."
"Funny, last time i checked i wasn't dead."
"Can you prove that?"
"I"M NOT," She took a deep breath, "Do i look dead to you?"
"I don't know, i could be hallucinating...."
They glared at eachother for a moment. "Just lie down Taki."
"I have a headache anyway, so i might as well..." He sighed and rested his head back in her lap.
"Besides," she started, "Would a hallucination be able to cut your hair?"
Taki's eyes snapped open, just realizing he could see clearly out of both eyes, he hesitatingly moved a hand up to his hair, or lack there of, covering his eye. He blinked for a second.
"AH!" he sat up straight, ignoring the dizzy feeling his head was making. "Ow," he clutched the back of his head with one hand and covered his eye with the other, glaring at Kia out of his visible eye.
"Kia! Why my hair?! And how the hell are you still alive?"
She grinned at him. "I rold you i would cut it and thats my little secret."

Kai looked down at Taki. "Nice hair." He told the other, smirking. "You have to tell me the name of your stylist."
He looked up at her, raising one eyebrow. "Kia, right?" He asked, allowing his hand to drop from Tala's hair to rest by his side again. "Taki told me you were dead."
He looked at the vaguely shocked expression on Taki's face. "Apparently not."

When her attempts to get back to sleep failed, Fayina sat up. "Is anyone else here?" She called, a little bit unnerved by the complete silence of the room.
She waited for a few minutes, not getting an answer. "Guess not." She said half to herself, pushing the blankets off her and swinging her legs to the ground.

Boris rolled on to his back and smiled sadly at the ceiling. "How did I know you'd say that?"
"Because I've been dying to know what's been stressing you out since ever." Rei answered reasonably.
"Bear in mind that I've never told anyone the entire... everything" Boris said, turning his head so he could see Rei.
"Please tell me?" Rei tried

((*bing* ooh...i forgot to mention taki's other eye didn't eye? heh heh))
Taki glared at Kai. "Shuttup," he mumbled while frantically running a hand through his hair.
Kia rolled her eyes and turned to face Kai. "Well, it's true they tried to get rid of me, but they weren't very successful, obviously. We had people on the inside in the labs," she shrugged, "it wasn't that hard to evade death."
"But," Taki said quietly, "Ralef told me he saw you be killed..."
Kia turned to him and raised an eyebrow "And since when do you believe everything Ralef tells you? He may have saw me fall but he never saw me land," she stated cryptically, "Even his lab group has people from the resistence in it, all i had to do was fake my death and then sneak out," She turned to Kai and smiled at him, "You've probably already met them."
"So, people knew that you weren't dead?" Taki asked quietly. Kia turned to him and frowned. "Yes, the nurse on Ralef's team and Mariah were the only ones that knew i was actually alive."
"So, you couldn't tell me?" He whispered. Kia sighed. "Taki, i wanted to really but it wouldn't have helped matters."
Taki's eyes snapped up to look at her, his steel blue and dark blue eye staring at her quizzically. "What do you mean by that? I twouldn't help matters? You left me here to mope whe-"
"Exactly," she cut him off. He blinked.
"What?"
"You're moping, it fooled Boris. I was supposed to be dead so if you knew i was alive you wouldn't be moping, right? And if you weren't doing that don't you think it would have made everyone who wanted to destroy the resisitence a little suspicious?"
He looked away from her, "Still, faking your own death is...is madness."
"Really? I call it strategic. It got Boris of our backs," She sighed, "Well, it did for a while until someone had to open their big mouth."

Kai blinked, remembering the semi-nice nurse who had been looking after him while he was under the care of Ralef. She was part of the resistance? He wondered, frowning.
He looked at Kia anew. How big is this thing anyway?

Fayina stood up slowly, stretching. As much as she didn't want to move, she couldn't just stay in bed. She sighed and ran her hands through her unfamiliarly long her and made a face as she realised how much of a rats nest it had become.
I hope Taki has a brush here somewhere She though as she began to search through the Commander's room.

Boris sighed. "Only because I think you're cute." He told Rei with a smirk. Ignoring Rei's scowl, he began. "Have you heard of the legend of the Dranzer?" He asked the neko-jin.
Rei shook his head silently.
"Really? That's surprising. It's a legend that's closely related to the local legend of the Drigger in your home village."
Rei made a face. "But that's just a fairy tale. A really crappy one at that."
Boris smirked. "That's what I thought too. Until I became the director of this place."
((Edit: It just wasn't long enough))
"Mm?"
"Apparently about seventeen or so years ago there was a small earthquake here. We didn't think much of it at the time. In real terms it was miniscule. It barely registered on the scale.
"Needless to say, Biovolt didn't check it out, even though the epicentre of the quake was so close, we don't specialise in geology- or have anything to do with it, really. So we didn't pay attention to it until one of our scientists noticed that a strange energy was coming from the site of the epicentre. So we sent out a team to check it out.
"When they got there they found a temple of an ancient culture. It had been buried under the snow. We eventually figured out from the writings and the pictures on the walls that the temple was built for one purpose.
"To worship the being known as Black Dranzer."

((or was it just becuase i didn't get of my lazy butt and post? *thinks* i have nothing to bloody write! so its short...meh))
Kia sighed and stood up, giving Taki a warning glance not to get up and then turning to the four other boys.
"So, do any of you know how to use a gun?"
Bryan blinked. "A gun?"
She nodded. "Yes, a gun."

Kevin wandered through the hallways deep in concentration. He had already been to Ralef's labs and seen who was in there, he was now trying to find Rei.
Which was harder than it sounded.
Where could he be? He wasn't in his room or anywhere else that we usually hang around...
He continued searching, determined to find the other neko-jin.
