Kirama sighed. "Calm down Sayra, if something is coming I'll see it before you do." He said as he blinked and his eyes became the marble colored amalgamation of the Shin Byakugan. He proceeded to scan the entire village without even twitching. "There are some nin in the dojo, and a few others roaming about, but I don't see any in or near the village that I haven't seen here before."

A cloaked women appeared sitting on the balcony with a grin all you could see was a smile "Hey sweeties how are you?" she said in a loving tone. The snake hissed going around her arm.

"I cant really see and Im quite skeptical, since only one of the two people who can bring you back is here and the other was just brought back to life by myself. My thoughts aside you would want to hear this anyways, we can talk informal later," he was right to be skeptical relaxing now from his tense state.

"Aww really." she said sweetly as she took off the hood showing it was infect ciara ozaki the first hokage after the resurrection of shinobi. "You believe me now." The snake slithered down to the floor soon slithering ontop of quastor. "Formal is so blah." She said with a little smirk.

As Kirama's words reached her, she sighed, but left her eyes active. It was true that he would likely notice it first; but she wanted to test her eyes out now that she was still alive. As the woman appeared, though, her calmness snapped. Sayra was down in an instant, her Byakuugan blazing furiously. A single snarl ripped from her lips like a feral tigeress. With a flicker of her body, she was behind the puppet, her fingers finding the chakra strings to throw her own offensive chakra back at the person. She knew this game and she new it well. "Ciara Okazi never had a snake, puppetteer. Nor could she be ressurected because there is no body. But I recognize a Raigio when I see one." she snapped. "Get in here and stop hiding like the coward I know you are." The woman was shaking with the anger that was coursing through her body at seeing her dead sister used as some cold facade. Her fans too, were in hand, the metal edges glinting with deadly promise. He was early. Usually they came about when the next Okazi was to reach 18. Both the twins were only 14... but she didn't care. This man's head was getting rent from his shoulders.

Kirama sat calmly for a moment before he stood and made his way over to Qastor. With one swift move his foot flicked the snake up into the air while he made handsigns to summon the Devil's Scimitar and slice directly through the middle of the snake's skull. He made his way over to Ciara's body and ran his right hand gently over her face. What a disgrace that that man is still alive. He thought to himself as he walked over and examined the strings. He normally would have yanked on them until he reeled in the man on the other end, but he knew this certain person could be much further away than he appeared to be. "I should have killed him when I had the chance. I would have made damn sure he didn't come back to life."

"For a second I had thought that was to be aimed for me," he turned in his chair now to face the window. "I was hoping to lure him in first, but I see that was not the case," how to handle this situation was the most concerning part, the children were with them here so he could in no way get anywhere close to them with about seven of the highest ranking shinobi in his office for a meeting.

"He can't have," Sayra snarled. "I know he can't have. No one knows that technique who is still alive besides us!" The woman was beyond pissed, dangerous. This was the side of her who had become an Akaidetsu member. Her offensive chakra should have hit the strings. ANd if so, who ever it was would be getting a nasty shock. Lest he had utalized... that technique. The Edotensei. And then it had merely been chakra streams she had seen, but it was an even greater insult to her person. Snarling under her breath, she sighed.

"It's not the forbidden jutsu, don't worry, because I watched Ciara being turned into a puppet. These are strings, plain and simple." Kirama said, addressing her snarl. He laid a hand on her shoulder to calm her and began to speak again. "He was a puppet master after all. It's not a foreign practice for them to turn themselves into puppets. If that's the case then perhaps it was simply some meddling shinobi who brought him back. Either way he is here and we can't let him get the better of us. After all, that's how Ciara became what now stands before us." He gently pressed on a pressure point in Sayra's shoulder that would cause a calm sensation to wash over her.

"Well, our objective has currently changed," he stood up now to join the other two,"We have all dealt with him at one time or another. Kirama you have the most experience against him, any suggestions on how to handle this?" He was open to suggestions, from their last encounter he knew brute force was not exactly the best option to dealing with the man.

"I see..." Her anger was fading mildly, leaving her with a calmer state of mind though she was still angry. She had a notion that it had something to do with the slight pressure from Kirama's hand, but she put it aside as unimportant as she stepped back, taking heed to his words. A muted fury burned in her gaze as she deactivated her Byakuugan to reveal her golden eyes. "Thankyou, Kiramasan." she said softly.

Teddy popped his head in as he saw his uncle and many others as he just watched and dove into the room and bowed to the Hokage. "Uncle Qastor, who are you speaking of?" he asked as he got up and eyed everyone in the room.

The snake could of smiled as it formed into a young boy...It was valentine. "O The same as my other half im in love." He said seductively. He smilled throughout the room "Sooo many good toy's. So where's Litany. I so want her to be mine."
