To everyone else, remember training takes preference here before anything else... so don't get too crazy xp )) ((So what i'm suppose to pm him with a application for any specialty units?))

((Also, I do see XTI Militia's ranking system isnt like any US Military system. Just wanted to point that out))

General Tso ((We don't have enough people for all those ranks. We're working off the condensed version)) ((If you want to be accurate you may have enough. There is actually a law that states how many of each rank you can have. So you could actually have all those ranks but you need to sit down with the admin of this guild and come up how many of each rank you need. That's also how promotions come in.))

I don't see what is wrong with the current system it is simple and condensed enough not to confuse people with all the military official crap.
