I'm so confused. Kura isn't usually like this. What did she mean by 'good bye'? Ice shivered down my spine.

As her little puff screamed many times, she got sleepy, she went on Lavender's head to sleep. Lavender got cold and put on her sweater to stay warm.

I sighed. "See you later." I muttered and knocked Aisu out by ramming my elbow into the side of her head. Swiftly, I fled, knowing that it will be a long time until I see her again. Somewhere on the why, I dropped my cellphone at the Tsukiyomi household and my singed hair. I won't need it anymore~~!

I jumped up. That..!!! Temper Ace... I sighed. Okay I want an explanation now! I took off running. I caught up to her and managed to avoid her her third attempt at getting rid of me. I pinned her to a tree. I was about the same size as her but I was surprisingly strong for my size. I knew she couldn't move. "I want to know whats going on..." I stared her in the eyes. He eyes glowed crimson and I saw the florescent silver glow of my eyes in hers. My eyes sparkled in the street light.

Why must she make this harder...? "Kuragari, where the heck were- Oh, hello Aisu." Kumori exclaimed, going over to hug her. I sighed. "Kuragari...?" I gazed at Kei. Tears seemed to p***k the corners of this eyes, but neither of us paid heed. This was the last time... wasn't it?

I closed my eyes. I looked in a puddle at my feet to make sure my eyes were back to normal. When I got really angry over something serious my eyes would change. It was a change that scared everyone away from me when I was little... and is still the reason I don't have that many friends. I blinked at the puddle avoiding everyone's eyes until I was sure I was normal and didn't look like a cat. I found at an early age that molten silver shining in the day scares people.

Kei rushed over and hugged Aisu. "Hey, don't be mad, Kuragari's not going to be gone for decades, only five years!" I glared daggers at the head. Damn, he's an idiot....

I pulled a smile from deep down and plastered it on my face. It must have been good enough because Kei smiled and pulled me towards the group. My chest stung and I tried to keep my breathing regular. I hugged Kura. "I'm glad." I smiled again. You can't be sad. Be happy, then sadness is only an after thought. You don't feel pain, you don't feel pain. Under my breath I muttered for only her to hear, "Don't be mad. I understand. I might not know the details but... I'm glad that you are moving on." I pushed the smile on my face again. I felt the molten start to crawl into my eyes and I knelt down to tie my boot. "I'm sorry but my grandmother is expecting me." I plastered the smiled again and fled. I caught my reflection in the fountain as I passed and saw the haunted glow of my silver eyes blazing in the night. I pressed my lips together to hold back the sob that had bubbled up in my throat. My eyes glowed bright as I stared at my reflection. My hair shone silver in the moonlight and but pupils dilated to that of a cats. My skin appeared porcelain and sliver. I didn't look human... I wonder if I ever look human.

I sighed. "Kumori... is this really a good idea?" "Oh course it is!" he exclaimed. "Going to Canada for university is a quick and probably easy way for you to get the education you didn't get when you were younger." "Fine, but I'm coming to visit..."

The water rippled and I looked up to see a cat looking at me. It peered at me as if it was sizing me up. Hah... maybe I am not human after all. I smirked at the cat. It hissed, it's back arching. "Calm down." I muttered sitting on the end watching my reflection ripple. I looked like someone from the moon. Covered in silver and not quiet able to fit in.

The cat seemed to take pity on me and sat on my lap. It looked at me and I looked at it. In it's big green eyes I saw my reflection. It's pretty bad when your the one that has to break a staring contest with a cat. It mewed and looked and moved to look me in the eyes again... as if mesmerized. I closed my eyes and it let out a piercing screech of disapproval. I opened them to look at him... and it was a male. I ran my hand down his back letting my fingers linger in his soft fur. His fur was a sleek black and shimmered in the moon light. He really was beautiful and a rueful smile pulled at the corner of my mouth. "What are you doing out here tonight? Stalking the park?" I asked. He looked at me with bright eyes... they looked almost proud. He meowed and held his head high. I giggled. Cats never seem to change that's a good sign. He seemed to smile as if happy that I was in a better mood. I caught our reflection in the fountain and smiled. My eyes weren't as bright but still cat like and swimming molten silver... but now it was peaceful and not as frightening.

I looked up at the moon. Stars sparkled in the sky, shining bright and vibrant. I wondered if my parents were playing among them... watching over me. The cat paused at it hopped to the ground. He looked back at me. After a moment he gave up and walked away. All I could see was the moon. It shown like a buoy in the great sea of the sky.
