Hmmm
I'm wondering. Thinking logically, as the CIS moves to start forming it's own real government, that would entail that the member systems/groups have more power than the CIS as a whole?
Like the whole States rights vs. Strong federal government debate. Or would the CIS just be a misnomer for a Republic thats different in name only?

The individual states have more power than the government as a whole. That's one of the reasons why the South had so much trouble organizing a united fight against the North in the civil war, and why the American Confederacy became the US early in America's history: The states had too much power and nothing got done.

Thought so. I remember reading that the CIS was based of the CSA (Confederate States, not Corporate Sector). Just wanted further opinion.
Hmm. This will be interesting. I might need some help on this.

lady_skuld That shistawolf sith, is he connected to anyone atm? He used to be one of Dooku's acolytes, and now he's parading around as a wannabe Sith. He's connected to a mercenary band of some sort, but I never really thought it out.

Skuld might be needing to PM you if she's chasing down the muun bank heister.
Me, on the other hand, needs to find out if stellar and I are finished conducting buisness. It's pretty clear that neither party is really well furnished to actually agree to a deal at the moment, much less anything more.

It would probably be wise of me to write up a few ship designs for Onderonian shipyards.

Why should they make their own? There's plenty of craft on the market

Plus, being part of the comonwealth, they would have access to the commonwealth shipyards. I made a note of how the Bothans have Aggressor class Star Destroyers. I gave them this because the design is very remniscent of other Bothan craft and theres no telling who the Imps stole the designs from. Without an Empire to have stolen the data and kept in reserve, the Aggressor class becomes a Bothan Ship. Theres also the Duros Shipyards and the Commonwealth's proximity to Mandalorian space where they can purchase from MandalHypernautics and MandalMotors. Onderon's fleet in KOTOR II also was mostly Republic ships. They never had their own shipyard and no reason for it.
