"Looks like we got ourselves a draw. Guess it's shoot out time. We stand at position eight, and get nine discs. We shoot as many as we can, and you can't leave the position box." Shade said, stepping up to position eight. He took aim and blasted all nine clay pigeons.
"Your turn." He said, walking out of the position box.

Shadow stepped up and took aim, then launched the Kite at the pigeons, splitting each of them in half, then shattered the halves of the pigeons that were just shattered. He turned around to Shade. "I may not know what this 'Skeet' is completely, but target practice I can take. I once zapped a mosquito off of my Dad's arm with the Kuzusu Atom back when we were still a family."
Baylor looked at the display in shock. "I don't know... Looks like it's going to be yet another tie... But the Yang Yo-yo is useless without the Ying Yo-yo, right?" Baylor asked Dojo. "I doubt Shadow knows that though..."

"Shade! If you lose, so help me, I'm going to push you into that stake pit! And I'm selling your stuff on Ebay!" Kikyo said, now wide awake and alert. "And if you win, Shadow, I'm ripping your arm off and feeding it to some pigeons! You hear me!"
"I think she's back to normal..." Dojo muttered, seeing Kikyo's reaction.

"Leave me alone, girlie..." Shadow said lazily. "I just want to get this target practice over with..."
Baylor nodded in agreement. "Let's just hope Shade wins... of course Shadow might have the upper hand... er, claw..."

"Call me girlie one more time, and I'm going to end this showdown myself!" Kikyo snapped, glaring at Shadow. "I dare you!" she had her eyes extremely narrow, and she was ready to beat Shadow's face in.
"Oh no. Not this again!" Dojo said, rushing over to Kikyo. "Kikyo calm down. Remember what happened last time?" Kikyo started to grumble, but she kept her glare fixed on Shadow.

"So, it looks like I've found your weak spot, Girlie-O," Shadow taunted. His hand threatened to reach for the Kuzusu Atom, showing that if she tried anything, he would vaporize her.
"Shadow..." Baylor muttered, slightly irritated.

"Kikyo, please at least wait for the showdown to end! Please!" Dojo begged. Kikyo sighed.
"Fine..." she muttered, sitting on the ground. "But I'm not going to let him get away without him needing a tube to breath through..." she added, looking like she was pouting. Dojo sighed with relief.

"Your quarrel is with me. Don't forget that." Shade said. It was impossible that he could throw that kite and hit all of the disks in the air when they were being tossed out one at a time, but Shade ignored that. He knew how to end this in victory for him.
"The final shot." He said, and he looked out at the course. He had a plan.

"Fine, whatever." Shadow muttered. While he was waiting for Shade to do whatever it was he was going to do, Shadow flew the Longi Kite about, controlling it like a toy airplane in the air thanks to his new demonic arm.
"Looks like Shade's got a plan..." Baylor said, trying to get off the subject of Shadow's insults. "Either that or he's nervous..."

"It's quite simple. I will go out a few paces with my ring, and you'll try to hit it out of my hand in one throw. If you succeed, you win. If you fail, I win. Easy, right?" Shade said. The real thing was that as he spoke he was forming a shadow into a ring shape. He would trick the poor sap easily.

"Ok then. Sounds fair enough..." Shadow said as he backed up slightly. "Just remember, any cheating..." Shadow showed his gleaming claws in Shade's face. "...And I will tear you apart."
"Wait a second... that seems too easy..." Baylor muttered, trying to come up with what Shade was planning. He did not know much about the Ring of Darkness, so he couldn't really think up a plan.
((Ok, we need to think about who will win the showdown. I don't want to just say I win because that would be unfair. But I also don't want you to just say you win just because it's your showdown. So... what compromise can we come to?))

(I was thinking my guys ends it with no winner since he cheats the rules, so he just keeps his wu, takes the Yo Yo and gives Shadow the Kite back.) 'You can try, you great ugly brute.' Shade thought walking out to a hundred paces. He took the ring off his finger and palmed it, putting the fake ring in between his index finger and thumb tips. He held it in the air for Shadow to aim at and kept the real ring out of site.

"You should take a look in a mirror," he replied tiredly. Shadow took aim at what he assumed was the ring, simply tired of the showdown and wanting to end it as soon as possible. He didn't care much for the Yo-yo anyways. He then threw it, sending the Kite flying into the shadow ring and knocking it from his hand.

"Looks like I win." He said, walking over. The Yo Yo appeared in his hand along with the kite.

Shadow shrugged. "Whatever. Oh, by the way, nice trick you had there. If I gave a damn about the showdown, I probably would have called you out." He turned around and started to walk away.
"Phew... at least it's over..." Baylor let out a sigh of relief.
