"How are you able to do that? Does it take a lot of energy from you?" She was curious about the whole receptor thing.

Feena continued to speed around the arena, giving him clues to where she was in the air by spinning her Zanbato that had bright white flames and dark flames surrounding the blade. She looked down at Lee who seemed to be muttering a chant of somesort..but..Feena knew more chants than him and smirked at the thought he was attapting something she knew for years. She contiued to swing the zanbato in a counterclock position, gaining more and more stray particles as she swung it around, the whistling noise becomeing louder as the hilt and the blade of the Zanbato becoming light every second, but the lighter the swifter and the more power it will crush. She smirked, waiting for something to happen.

Lee stood up slowly.. and held his sword facing downwards... eyes closed.. he continued to chant .. the ground was still shaking...

((Well the tournament list says not to start any new matches now... but OOC I'd been told to go ahead and start my match... so here goes. I'm afraid this'll take longer for us to get to as I don't want to get out of character.))

Rivven came through the main entrance of the arena quietly, as he always did. Taking a moment to watch what was going on inside, he desided to look at the list before settling down to watch an ongoing match. Walking over to the posted list of matches, hung on a wall, he ran a finger down the list, and stopped suddenly next to the name Rivven. "Huh... so Mr. Charles is my opponent then... I wonder when the match starts." Checking himself, he ran a hand briefly inside his loose white coat, feeling at the deep stab wound that the doctor had helped heal. It was nearly completely closed, but it was a bad injury indeed, or had been; all the lacerations had dissappeared by the second day, several before. Sometimes, he almost didn't mind not being human anymore. Sometimes.

Her opponent was good, but Felicia was ready, and had a lot of endurance. As soon as Akira got into his position, she continued her attack. Jab, left, right, centre, and adding a few kicks and punches when her body felt in the flow to do so. This was proving to be quite difficult.

Growing slightly impatient, Charles stood from his spectator seat and walked down the steps of the arena. It was then that he saw that a sign tacked onto the nearby wall, a man already reading it. As the Chauffeur got closer he realized it was a revised tournament order.

He stood next to the stranger, saying a quiet and polite, "Excuse me," as he leaned forward and slid his right index finger down the sign, finding his name. He shifted his weight so as to not unintentionally poke the man with his scythe, and, as he did so, located his name.

"Ah ha!" he said, then matching his name up with his opponents. "Rivven... good then." Charles returned to an upright position, gave the man a slight nod, and began to walk back to the spectator seating, whistling. After all, he was next in line to fight, just so long as his opponent showed up.

Akira once again tried to dodge, it was getting harder and harder each time, he managed to dodge the sword, but the kicks began to hit him, making it harder to dodge. Then he got sick of being on the defense and decided "screw it". he pulled out his dagger from his left pocket and swung it up blocking the sword, then quikcly he pulled out the other dagger and swung at her stomach.

Rivven stopped and let the man look at the listing, but as he turned to walk away, something caught his ear. He wasn't sure, but... "Excuse me sir, would you happen to be mister Charles? In the next tournament match, is that you?" He said, pacing up behind the man. "My name is Rivven Dilys. Would you happen to be my first opponent?" He said looking the man up and down to try to get a bit of a feel for his opponent, knowing he was probably doing the same. Rivven himself, appeared to be about seventeen or so, but he was several years older, though he couldn't recall how many. He knew it had been nine years since he had been revived, and it seemed despite the increased matobolism, that becoming a construct had slowed his aging. He stood about 5'11", thin but muscular, though one couldn't tell through his loose gray martial artists pants and loose white coat, hanging just past his waist where its tails were held in place by a chain wrapped around him. His skin was pale and he silvery white hair, and pale blue eyes. At his waist hung a dagger, and out of the chain around his waist hung a diamond shaped blade, and a weight. The high collar of his coat was parted down to his colar bones, but from there to the bottom of his neck ran a skin tight black shirt, and fingerless gloves of an identical fabric hung out the wide bottoms of his coat's cuffs. All in all, he probably looked rather odd. "If not, I'm sorry to disturb you sir..."

Punch, jab, kick, jab. She kept on going. However unexpectedly, her assault was blocked, and before she could even jump back, she felt a sharp sensation in her abdomen. Dropping her weapon to her side, she let it change back to it's original state, and gripped her stomach with her left hand. Ow.

Her eyes widened, and her pupils dilated, as she gasped for air. She was worried, and even more so as she drew her hand from her stomach. She was bleeding. Placing her right hand on her knee for support, she shook her head, sending strands of her hair falling in front of her face. It was over. She wouldn't fight with a huge scar of oozing blood in the most awkward place of her body. Looking to her opponent with her pale eyes, she wished that she could continue - she knew that she could. She just didn't want to. Maybe it was laziness. Or maybe it was because of the fact that it was the most blood that she had seen in a while.

"Nah, forget it, you win,"

Charles stopped and turned, listening to Rivven introduce himself. Had a feeling, he thought with a smirk. "You got the right guy, Mr. Dilys, and yes, I am scheduled in the next around. Along with you, of course."

The Chauffeur shifted his weight, a small movement, but enough to make his black trenchcoat riffle in reaction. "And, Mr. Rivven Dilys," he said, walking towards the arena floor, "I hope you won't dissapoint. I came for a good fight..."

He stopped when he was far enough from the spectator area, slowly sliding into a fighting position and a wide grin forming itself on his face. "And you'd best give me a good fight, win or lose."

Rivven glanced at the man as he walked into the arena, holding in a small smile. He still had much work to do on being less shy and awkward around people, but his fighting ability he was confident in, even only four days after what should have held him bed ridden for nearly a week. Then again, only the larger wound was left now. "If you'll give me a moment..." He said, walking into the center of the arena across from Chauffeur and putting a hand to the dirt ground, slowly opening up his chakra and going momentarily into a deep medatative state without expending a bit of it. Now let's see... below this is... a little shallow... and then deeper... large stores. Very good. If he proves overly difficult I have a proper source now. He should just be glad we have sunny weather. Slowly standing, he took off his loose white coat casually, and folded it, laying it down by a wall. It might be a mistake on his own part, but judging by the man's not so quiet confidence, he figured his opponent would not be one of a small number who could read their opponents clearly by tensing and shifting of muscles before moverment, and certainly not one of the even smaller number of those who would be able to match him in speed. Over all, Rivven favored balance, but his speed and finesse he relied on more than strength. "Are there any rules I should know about? I'm assuming there are supposed to be no casualties, and no leaving the arena. Magic and weapons are both allowed in this round, correct? I don't know what the starting signal is supposed to be either, but I'm ready when you are."
Of course, Rivven would wait until the match started to act, but he was already gathering his resources, a tiny thread of chakra pulling the more distant of them to him. With his coat off, the dagger and chain still hung, and tucked into his gray pants was a skintight black shirt, sleeveless, made of the same fabric as the gloves, and coming up his neck to just the bottom of his jaw. His fingerless black gloves ran up to his elbows. With a sigh, and then slow rythmic breathing, he shifted into a battle ready position. He didn't sweat a bit.

Feen alsowly closed her boodlust eyes and focused on her chi. She soon fastly swung her Zanbato in a clockwise position, she was swicthing the position. The flames began to go inside the blade, making the blade to glow really bright. She was awaiting his attck, she wasn't going to attack first anymore, it was his turn. She mumbled some words under her breath, she soon placed a Tarot card on the hilt of the sword, facedown, so he wouldn't see what it was. She kept her eyes closed for better focus.

Akira stepped back, gasping for air. he had never had that intense of a fight. he looked at her cut and said "you should go see the healer." then he went over to the bleachers and sat down for a short rest.

*A tall man strolled in through the crowd's entrance, going down the steps to the partition that separated the crowd from the arena and set his elbows atop it, examining the arena in the total silence made by absence. He sighed, thinking back to war...*

Saitre watched the last few minutes of Felicia's and Akira's fight. It had been an intense fight indeed. Although she thought Felicia could have continued on, but then again everyone knew their own limits. She stood up and headed to the list of matches near the entrance of the arena. "Time to update this." Grabbing hold of a marker that had been placed nearby, she looked over the list until she found Felicia's name. In the empty 'Winner' spot, she quickly scribbled in Akira.

Once she was finished, she turned around to continue watching the other two fights. Feena and Lee's fight was coming to an end, and it seemed Rivven and Charles had just started theirs. Interesterd in the newly begun battle, she headed down to the front bleachers. When she stepped down onto the bottom level, she took notice of someone she hadn't seen before.
