Lila looked at the two with a small giggle as she was beginning to wonder if all the people in this squad were different. "Well, it's a pleasure to meet you." Lila said with a smile as she nodded her head to the side as she continued smiling nonchalantly.

"Well then uhhhhhhh well that sucks I thought I had something witty to say, and then...nothing! Don't you hate it when that happens?" Maikeru threw his arms in the air in frustration and flopped to the ground before preceeding to tear a rent in the ground with a knife.

"He's not one to be the serious type is he?" Lila asked as she was looking at Maikeru as if he was a child giving off a tantrum wondering what kind of people were these people. "It seems a great deal of damage had been done to you though, judging from your appearances." Lila said noticing the apparent damage as she observed them. Wondering what could do something like this she was having a picture that wasn't coming together yet.

Reikai smiled, but then realized that they must've looked pretty beat up. "O-oh! It's nothing much, Lila-sama." She flashed a reassuring smile. "We're still alive, right?"

Kyo entered the training grounds with a bored expression on his face. his gaze passed over the group of people talking as he moved slightly away from them and sat down under a tree. he leaned against the tree and closed his eyes in meditation.

Lila smiled and nodded as she looked at Reikai and then had a small thought. "Kasen may be a rough one, but maybe one of you are willing to have a lighter spar with me. I'll even give you the treat of seeing my shikai, and I'll even allow myself to not use its abilities." Lila said as she knew very well that they were just out of healing, but she knew that one of them lies the burning passion and the knowledge that to get stronger, sacrifices of the body must be made.

Reika perked up immediately. "Can I spar with you then, Lila-sama?" She asked eagerly. She would get stronger, for her brother and for herself. Besides, if she could get stronger before learning Shikai, then she would become even stronger after learning it.

"You may, and I accept. But, are you willing to do your best and fight me knowing you may not be able to win? Do you have courage, the ability to know that you are doomed yet is willing to go through all the pain and sufferings of life to simply follow-through?" Lila asked as she hoped that if this girl was truly as strong as she could be, then she may have the potential to be a great person one day.

Reika hardened her resolve and nodded. Hey, she went through Kasen twice and she was still alive. That's gotta count for something, right? "I am."

Lila pulled out her zanpakuto as it was a wakizashi and was a decent size of a blade as it was shorter than a sword, but was larger than a knife. The blade glowed velvet as she was about to release her zanpakuto as she began the command phrase. "Shoot them, Berubeddo Akumu." Suddenly the zanpakuto grew larger as it was transforming its shape and form as a handle shaped as a gun's handle was formed but is placed vertical as a sword's handle. Two slots were on the back of the gun, however only one had a crystal in it. This was her zanpakuto, a strange gun-like zanpakuto as her zanpakuto spirit was ready to battle.

Reikai pulled out her own zanpakuto, Kasen's cards hidden in the sleeves of her shinigami uniform. She readied her weapon, eyes betraying no fear of going against a shinigami of higher position. For a moment, there was silence, and then she dashed forwards first, a determined look on her face.

Lila gave a small grin as she began a pacing run as the distance between her and Reikai were closing. "Show me why Kasen would go all out for you." Lila said as she jumped upward as she was gaining air for her strike. Suddenly, Lila slashed down with her zanpakuto, bringing the strange gun-like blade downward as the two parallel blades on top of the weapon fell upon into a chopping strike.

Reikai knew that she would never have a chance with blocking Lila's attack. She dodged, flipping to the side and slashed at Lila's side, readying her card in case she didn't hit and was countered by a strong strike.

Lila ducked under the strike as she did a back-flip to give a moment of distance between the two. However, the moment disappeared as soon it came as Lila jumped off the ground and slashed at Reikai's right shoulder, however Lila also brought her right foot up to strike at Reikai's left cheek as she was coming in for a double strike.

Reikai brought her zanpakuto up to block the slash to her shoulder and kicked away from Lila as she ducked under the kick aimed of her face. Doing a leg sweep, Reikai targeted Lila's left ankle, which was still on the ground.
