Mitsuko rode her wave out of the lake and then quickly dispelled the control of her chakra. The heaped up water collapsed instantly and flooded a good portion of the forest. Before, the water got away completely, Mitsuko started the technique again and drew the waves back. Many trees were pulled out of the ground and Mitsuko looked back at Kisame to see if she did it right.
"that was kind of rash, but it worked out alright." said Kisame, though he did have a look of slight disapproval. "Here watch how i do it." Kisame heaped up an even bigger portion of the lake and stood upon it like a giant platform in the shape of a horn. And then he beared his teeth and headed to the opposite shore.

Mitsuko watched the huge blue horn tower over the forest, and then the tip of the horn surged down and the water was dumped in an arch over the forest. So that's what I did wrong, thought mitsuko. By releasing her control over the waves, she made the waves dispel outwards to create a pushing force that washed the trees away. Kisame dumped the water from above and that crushed downwards and washes things away, so it is much more powerful in effect.
Kisame drained the water back into the lake and smiled:"well, look what we did to the forest, the townspeople are going to be quite angry indeed."

"I can fix that," said Mitsuko as she walked towards shore. Kisame watched on, amused at what she was trying to do. Mitsuko took a bunch of tiny seeds from her pocket and scattered it over the forest floor. Then, feeding the seeds with her chakra, Mitsuko executed birth of a dense woodland. The seeds grew at a rapid rate and soon they formed young seedlings, and then thin trees. Mitsuko stopped and then turned around.
Kisame coughed and stared at his niece. "Mitsuko, that was the technique of the first hokage!" Mitsuko looked at kisame innocently:"I really don't know what you're talking about, uncle! I'm sure the first hokage doesn't use such petty techniques!"

Depleted of chakra for the day, Mitsuko walked back to the clan's house, which is conveniently situated underwater. Kisame still had about 7/8th of his chakra left and so he went on to do some mission for an organization. mitsuko breathed through her gills and realized how natural it felt. She had become a half-shark like creature, but it turned out that it wasn't that bad after all.
mitsuko returned to her room and had a bowl of ramen, evenafter going to hell and back, her insatiable craving for ramen was still active. She didn't possess the clan's sharp teeth, but she found that she could eat more than anybody of her clan.

Mitsuko's katana hung on a wall in her room. It wasn't her father's because it had an elaborate hile in the shape of a dragon's head. but in all reality it could very well be. It was found buried in a ricefield, and without a hilt.
mitsuko's mind strayed back to her earliest memories in her previous life. Her father has been dead for as long as she could remember, her mother died soon after and she lived off hidden mist charity and occasionally dropped by her sensei's house for dinner. But that was it. In her new life, she didn't know who her new parents were, the clan would not offer her any suggestions. and once again she was all alone.

Mitsuko wondered why only kisame in her entire clan shows some warnth towards her. The only person that doesn't think she's a monster was the monster of hidden mist. She laughed a little inside at the thought of this. Then she also thought of why Orochimaru has so many powerful people under his wing. He picks the most helpless ones and he sees the potential they have. and then he gives them an identity and gives them power. Was kisame using her like this? no one could tell, not even her.
Mitsuko fell asleep the only sound was the rasping of gills in the clan house.

The next morning Kisame led her to a deserted gravel field. the place had death written all over it, and mitsuko had a feeling that a gang will attack anytime soon. "Now, let's make water and try out that previous technique, shall we?" Kisame concentrated and then spat out water through his mouth, alot of water. Mitsuko watched as the enclosed space started flooding. She quickly used ice to float on top as the water became knee deep.
This is ridiculous, thought mitsuko. he spat out half a lake through his mouth! Mitsuko has learned from the second to make water, but only about one tenth of the required amount for this technique.

Mitsuko concentrated and started turning her chakra into water. Kisame can flood an entire desert with water, but she probably only had 1/10th of Kisame's stamina to be turned into chakra. And althought she had good chakra control, that alone was not enough for a technique the magnitude of this one.
"don't worry mitsuko, it doesn't really matter how much water you put into the attack, but how much collision damage you can inflict." said kisame. Mitsuko nodded and water swirled around her like a whirlpool, her water added to kisame's and then the gravel mixed with the water to form of porridgy mixture.

Kisame stretched out his hand and a huge wave rose up and demolished a the side of a nearby cliff. The power is incredible, thought mitsuko as the rocks tumbled off and splashed into the water. and the spped isn't bad either. Mitsuko focused and stretched out her arm, the water rose up and formed a wave, Mitsuko guided it to the cliff and crashed it against the face, more rocks fell.
Kisame nodded, thought it was obvious that the cliffside was still intact. Mitsuko caught his glance and formed a giant whirling fang of water. kisame raised his eyebrows. Mitsuko then drove it straight into the cliff face, and made a huge hole.

"when you're up against only one opponent of course, there is no need to produce so much water. Unless you want to drown your opponent. the point is to crash your opponent to death on solid objects, or you can make the under tow of the waves trap the opponent and drown him." explained Kisame, obviously very proud of his technique.
Mitsuko remembered how the trees were ripped out and then crushed into splinters, this attack is no doubt very powerful, but what if the opponent is quick and knows how to walk on water? but then the water can be used as the source for more techniques. Kisame was probably thinking ahead again.

"anyhow, this technique should be used sparingly, due to the large amount of chakra involved. There you have it, try using it after bringer of water or near some location with a water source."said Kisame with a yawn. Mitsuko thought about horagai, could she still summon him, now that she's died once?
Might as well try it, thought mitsuko. biting her thumb, mitsuko executed the necessary handseals and placed her hand on the surface of the water. A huge cloud of smoke popped out and a gigantic conch like creature appeared. Kisame gasped and then stopped, mitsuko was full of surprises, this was just a bit more surprising then usual.

"that is quite a large summon, mitsuko" said Kisame, maintaining a casual tone. the reality was a huge summon. Mitsuko smiled at her uncle and explained its abilities to dig and generate water. Kisame nodded and agreed that Horagai was a good summon to work in conjunction with when using the present technique.
horagai made some bubbly noises and then disappeared. sensing that she had to bribe horagai into fighting for her again, mitsuko left the flooded field and went back to the clan house to think of some new ways to bribe a conch. Kisame was left alone , puzzled.

"now, mitsuko, I noticed that when you use chakra to make, water, you do not exhale it through your mouth, It could be because you don't want to, or it could be because you don't know how, so I shall teach it to you. Whether you want to learn it or not is another thing." said Kisame one afternoon.
Mitsuko knew how to spit earth, but she knew spitting was a bad habit, however, kisame does it all the time and nobody says anything, so maybe she should learn it too. Knowing that no technique is completely useless, mitsuko agreed.

"How do you breath water, will you simply gather chakra from your stamina and focus it in your mouth, afterwards, you spit it out!" Kisame focused and then spat out a long stream of water and hit a nearby tree. the children around the tree were scared and ran away. Kisame laughed and told his niece to try it.
Mitsuko focused her chakra just like the third hokage told her and then spat out some dirt. the dirt wuickly turned into a chunk of rock. Blushing, mitsuko realized that she just used earth style wall. Kisame was paralyzed with confusion and wandered why mitsuko had such weird techniques.

mitsuko tried it again and this time did not give her chakra a distinct shape. She knew that she was sort of doing it right when water spurted out of her gills...Kisame laughed and shook his head. mitsuko sealed off her gills and tried it again, this time spitting out a short stream of water. Kisame nodded and said:"that's the basic idea, though that's a pitiful amount of water and probably useless for any techniuqe."
mitsuko knew that she had to spit out more water, but she was not used to it, and it was unclear how she usually generates the water. through the pores on her skin? not likely.
