“You can’t keep me here! I’m leaving, “ he snarled, spittle flying from his grit teeth as he got up into his former lover’s face.
Perfect blue eyes widened in horror before a delicate hand swiftly wiped at his own, lightly powdered cheek. “Leave? LEAVE? You can’t just leave! I paid for you, you little- Alan, Alan wait,” Gilderoy cried after the redhead, looking utterly miserable as the front door slammed shut.
“Really. How could he… How could he leave…this,” he asked, looking at his red-eyed reflection as he stared into one of the many mirrors about the manor, muttering a cleaning charm to be rid of any of the remaining, offensive spit. He reached up to touch at his cheek, frowning more deeply at himself.
“All this is going to cause worry wrinkles.. Best not let the little b*****d get to me. He just couldn’t handle being with someone so marvelous,” the blond wizard declared with a soft “hmpf” before he stalked up the stairs to his powder room.
The room was decorated in soft lilacs and blues, gold and silver curtains hung down from the ceiling and gave a harem like affect. The floor was covered in various beaded, Persian rugs and pillows outfitted in silk lay scattered around the wall size mirror. His beauty care products were stored in various gold bins that set against the mirror, each filled with brushes, blushes, powders, creams, perfumes, potions and various oddities. He sat down with a soft sigh, summoning a large book with a flick of his wand.
“If only I could just make someone as perfect as me,” he mused, flipping through the pages of the black tome he’d called to lay in his lap. Manicured nails skimmed over the pages, pausing over a spell every so often before it was dismissed with a disgusted noise.
“Clay golem? Ugh, as if I’d be caught dead with such a grizzly creature. They can’t even speak, let alone….” he trailed off as he stared down at a picture of a long haired man with a very swollen stomach. “A….baby? No, that….the stretch marks and….”
Gilderoy shut the book with a sharp snap, pushing it aside so that he could begin work with putting on his face mask for the evening. He watched himself with an almost intense look as he slathered green goop onto his forehead, patting it in with little jerks of his fingers.
“Children do love their parents unconditionally… They have to,” he continued, dragging his palm up his cheek to smear more of the vanilla-smelling mixture across his skin.

His nose scrunched up in revulsion as he read over the list of potions ingredients, “Toad skins and boiled hog’s scabs?” He shook his head and stepped over to a silver cabinet, letting out a pleased sigh as the soft smell of jasmine rushed by him upon opening the doors. “Surely I have something to substitute that isn’t so disgusting. No child of mine will be made of that, that’s for certain,” he declared with a flourish of his hands, plucking up a vial filled with a dark red liquid.
“A bit of Veela blood, perhaps.. And some fire crab bits… Hm, a few fox hairs and a dash of crushed daffodils wouldn‘t hurt either.” The cauldron bubbled a murderous shade of crimson before turning a soft shade of blue, sounding more like it was purring than boiling. “Much better,” he grinned, ladling a cup of the potion for himself.

Gilderoy stared down at the bundled infant in his arms, gently stroking back a curl of black hair as the healer continued to prattle on about the oddities of his beloved little Godfrey.
“The child’s a cross-breed of- Mr. Lockhart are you even listening to me?? Do you have any idea how dangerous that..that thing is?! Two of our nurses were burned because-”
Gilderoy looked up sharply, blue eyes deathly cold as he glared at the healer and his pretty face twisted into a scornful sneer. “Are you implying my child is some sort of…some sort of monster,” he asked in a low hiss, cradling his son closer to his chest.
“N-no, I didn’t-” the older wizard stuttered, looking affronted as he took a step back.
“That’s slander, you insignificant buffoon! I’ll have your healer’s license before you can even breathe the words malpractice. Just tell me what I need to do in order to get his magic in control,” Gilderoy snarled before looking back in time to watch the soft tuft of red and white fur that was Godfrey’s tail curl around his wrist.
“You’ll have to find tutors and more healers…this..this should be studied, I’ve never-”
“Practice, then? That’s all? I can higher teachers then,“ Gilderoy said in a clipped tone, reaching for his wand from the bedside table.
“You must understand, there’s never been a case recorded. We’ve never heard of such magical-” but the healer didn’t have the chance to finish his sentence.
“Obliviate!”

Gilderoy covered his mouth with a hand before he yawned and continued his way into the living room. A brilliant smile caught his handsome features as he looked about the present littered room. Boxes upon boxes lay strewn about, the colorful wrapping and gigantic ribbons lay tattered on the floor as he shuffled his way to see what his son was fussing over so diligently.
“Did you find a favorite, my love,” Gilderoy asked, peering down over the five year old’s shoulder.
A small, perfectly round chocolate cake was thrust up at him before he had time to react. Godfrey beamed up at him, smatters of powdered sugar and chocolate frosting were smeared across his cheeks, “Happy Christmas, Papa!”
Gilderoy blinked, staring at the treat for a long moment before he took it from Godfrey’s tiny hands, trying his best not to get any frosting on his robes. “You…you baked this? For…for me?”
Godfrey nodded and asked, “Do you like it?”
“I… I,” he paused and gingerly set the cake on the coffee table behind him. Godfrey’s crestfallen face tugged at his heart and Gilderoy swiftly picked him up, hugging him tightly. “I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a better present. It’s simply gorgeous, Godfrey. You’re absolutely brilliant. I couldn’t have ever…baked like that.”[/

I know us big guild members have been sort of...not around due to computer deaths and just general real life s**t, but we'll be back eventually.
I've started working on another AU though (with Kitty and Jess' help) that would involve a Harry Potter/Kingdom Hearts crossover. It'll also give Kitty and I the chance to use our non-Harry Potter mules (namely my Sora and Basch accounts and her Jack account). XD

*has no one to talk to, makes up personalities for the children* ---  Roxanne (pictured here with one of her father's pranks) Roxanne Jean Weasley is not like her older brother, Freddy. Being far more confident than him, she enjoys her father's work and even attempts to help him. Intent on becoming her father's business partner, she works endlessly on new products. Her sharp and inquisitive mind has landed her in Ravenclaw, as she wants to find a way to create the best prank of all time. However, she does not take joy in the pranks like her father and uncle did, but instead the execution. She does have her share of fun, though, when she spooks Freddy easily. She has tried to get Freddy to start a new pranking business in the school, but he's not interested. Even though she's highly interested in Quidditch due to her mum's enthusiasm, Roxy is horrible at it, and is a reserve Chaser just because the Ravenclaw Quidditch Captain appreciates her well-thought-out strategies, although he has to draw the line at pranking the opposite team. She is fun-loving at times, but mostly serious when it comes to pranking. She doesn't have time to enjoy the prank, after all, if she's consistently wondering how to perfect it. --- *totally did not have the urge to make her like the girl from the song Roxanne by Police, shut up* ...I'm not sure I like this character much. x_x She may be really altered later.

Jess and I had a conversation about Audrey and we've decided that she's an obnoxious American Muggle professional tennis player. XD She also plays chess. Percy met her while he was abroad after the Battle of Hogwarts. Oliver did not like her very much at all because...she's obnoxious and American, but they're a little triad. Shut up, it works. ^^
I'm totally writing Audrey and Percy's first meeting. It's going to amuse me for days. XD
ETA: In some other universe or whatever though, Percy and George are together, as are Aubrey and Angelina, and the kids are shared between them. ^^;
