confused back on for bit, just a note Winged guardian, Henge doesn't work like that. wink
xd You only put on a disguise, not actually take another form. You LOOK like something else, not actually BECOME something else. And in guild you have to make a disguise check every time you use it. The advanced henge can change your form, but you need to fuse with another character else in order to use it. Your only adding your int mod to your Craft (diguise) ability twice. Meaning the formula is Craft (disguise) + [2x int mod] confused Just for future reference. You'd have to a bad a** master of Disguise to pull of what Toshi's doing effectively enough to fool another Ninja. (awareness check)

O: Ah, sorry Qyp, I'll make a post real quick to have the mercenaries arrive in the city. neutral Oh, and spoilers, it would be cool if at least two of you who haven't already could take a gander at the Snake contract additions in approvals real quick. wink Sage, Nura, and Exodus already gave approval, so it would just be a matter of waiting the three week mark, but I was hoping that maaaaaybeeee... ninja well. Let's just say you don't need to pass the jutsu if you have remarks on it...just the new summon. I was hoping it might become...pertinent, soon, plot wise?

The Ghost of Xmas Awesome ill start rolling checks then from now on around normal people. and no the okazai can't fly lol i mean. v.v the clan jutsu even got nerfed. like wind push.i think it was originally supposed to repel thrown items and send them back and now all it does is adds your chk mod to your dodge and minus user's level from the attack bonus of any small ranged weapon . its basically just a windy version of the body flicker. lol though the two dice roll hurts when you're starting out lol Quote: In game Stats: +1.3x Chakra Control. -0.8x Strength All wind affinity jutsu do not require a large fan. +3 bonus when learning wind based jutsu. +2 per 10 ranks in concentration to fortitude checks when holding breath. Don't get me wrong i love the +3 bonus to learning a wind jutsu and the increase CC but in red. if you read the descriptions of some of the normal wind jutsu you don't see any large fan requirement and some say you just just blow out air or clap your hands to make the wind you need for the jutsu lol "(Wind Release: Great Breakthrough) The user sends out a powerful explosion of wind, which can easily level almost an entire area." i mean how can you do that with a clap of your hands or blowing out air lol I mean the okazai clan developed the ability to manipulate the air by sending out their chakra and then basically throwing it at them as a jutsu. which was why the okazai could only use wind and no other. cause the used it like that for so long and daily that it became a kekkai genkai. v.v wish the history was a lil longer and more to go by lol curse you chee-chan lol *shakes fist in air* alot of the clan kinda changed in the new system lol i mean i agree with all the negatives and everything and wouldn't change that. a lil boost it wind damage would have been nice though lol even if it was a +0.2x wind jutsu damage lol ^.^ sorry i really like that clan. and i like the idea chee-chan had with it.

Hmmm....non humanoid transformation. confused Well I WAS making a clan about that a while ago...Was saving it for when I had some more free time, but I suppose I could put it up in approvals.
