Time for a story, everyone. And, yes, I'll return. Eventually. >_>
Ahem.
Willow went in to battle the Elite Four with his Pokemon that were, for the most part, leveled at about 45-46. There were a couple of exceptions, however, like his Gastrodon at level 47. With luck that was willed by some unseen deity, he was able to get through the first three Trainers with little consequence. Then came Lucien.
Willow had a plan, you see. Lucien used Psychic types, but Willow had a Drapion. Its name was Pippi, and it was level 45. Willow sent out Pippi against Lucien's Mr. Mime.
Pippi battle Mr. Mime, and stalled using Acupressure, one Toxic Spike attack, and a couple Lemonades. Mr. Mime pelted Pippi with Thunderbolt over and over, but never once paralyzed her. Mr. Mime switched out after awhile, after Pippi had taken out about half of its health.
She (Pippi) then whittled away at Bronzong's health, using all 20 Rock Climb attacks she had, even after a Full Restore was used on her opponent. Bronzong hit Pippi only once, with an Earthquake, which she survived very easily. She leveled up after this fight.
Next came Alakazam. Because of Acupressure's stat boosts and Toxic Spikes, Pippi was able to beat Alakazam, despite being whacked by two attacks.
Mr. Mime returned, and because of the fact that it was already slightly harmed from its previous encounter, it was a pushover. Then came Medicham. It was poisoned because of Toxic Spikes, and struck Pippi with Drain Punch once. Otherwise, it went down quickly.
Girafarig came last; it too was poisoned because of the spikes. It attempted to attack with two Shadow Balls, but lost very fast.
And that was how Willow beat Lucien. He was happy.
He went in to battle Cynthia...
And forgot to save.
He is attempting to take out her Spiritomb at this very moment. Things are looking grim. Expect an update later on.

I did it.
By some miracle, I did it.
I beat Cynthia.
I can't even put into words how tough that battle was. I was down to just Palkia with about 1/3 of my health left, fighting her Roserade. A Dragon Claw was what finally took the Pokemon out. One more Sludge Bomb and I would have lost.
I haven't been this nervous since I was back when I fought Gary with Clefable in my Blue Version. Ho-ly crap.

Currently training pokemon to be at least level 55 for my Elite four challenge. Plus I have to catch and train a few more because I only have four good ones. dialga, Monferno, Starraptor and Luxray. I thik I'm going to train a Roserade and a Weavile to give me more type coverage. Rose will help me with the water ground types that constantly mock my Luxray and Weavile will help with the psychic types and Dragon types that bug me. (I don't like using dragon's against dragon's. I don't knw why.)

I myself am about to challange the elite 4. I hope I do as good as you Willow!
Time to stock up on items. I dont know how I ended up so lucky when I forgot I had an amulet coin on one of my pokemon and kept it there for more then half the game. So I have a lot of full restores and Hyper Potions to buy.
After this I get to ditch this team and make my special team!
IMMA COMIN' PORYGON-Z, FLYGON AND DUSKNOIR!

Thanks, everyone. ^.^ That was probably the single hardest E4 I've ever fought, save for the ones in Blue, back when I was a ten-year-old noob.
And Melph, good luck-- I hope you do WAY better than I did. I was extremely underprepared... but then again, I always seem to be when I fight them. xD
And now... tis time to migrate and breed my contest team of the ages. D<
