"You would think they'd make a place like this more cheerful." Bakura said, relaxing more, ignoring the others in the room. "Not that it's any better in Egypt... A lot of people relied on the priests and other holy people to help them, because of their connection with the gods. I'm just glad this place can get you fixed."

"Hmph. When have I even not been okay?" Bakura asked defensively, but in a playful manner. He turned away a moment to cast a glance at the others in the room. "The other me called that girl in because he wanted to go straight here, and I didn't want to leave the children alone. They're both here. They decided to come as well, though." He gestured towards the pharaoh, Ember, and Kawi.

Bakura rocked Kek slightly, quieter now. A very slight change came over him as the spirit took over the body, but he didn't really do anything to let himself be known, It wasn't that he was trying to hide it, he just didn't really care.
