I'm guessing that's the new event? I haven't done any story events since that Oregon Trail thing back in November, at least I think it was in November. I'm totally behind on the Gaia story.

sometimes I wonder if I'm just getting to old to care, then sometimes I wonder if Gaia just kinda ran out of awesome sauce and is running on making money.
Both make sense, but both are sad but necessary.

I'd say they're running out of ideas. For example, they didn't have to resort to these rapid EI's that they're using now back when I joined gaia. They're grasping at straws.

They are growing, and working more on whats working for them (i.e. people are buying their stuff).

exactly, it's expensive to have such a massive community, plus, they make good money now, but because of that they are more concerned with the money then the community, in my opinion. it just kinda happens.

The community can take care of itself.
However they have partnered with several games to be hosted on here. They still have their events and story updates. That's never changed.
