The second anything goes down, Jack does his best to tuck tail and run. I'll catch up with him when I feel like it.
I'm actually here for more then matches. I'd like to ask a couple of questions.

*grabs a soda and checks his watch* I've got an appointment with Abe to go see that movie 300, but I'll stick around a bit longer. *sip*

Shouldn't take long. I'm not in to beating around the brush.
Where were you on Saturday night, Hellboy?

Oh yes, that clears up my investigation perfectly. "Suspect was in pact with the devil at the time of the crime." Let me just cross him off of my list then.
How about letting "Junior" answer the question for himself?

I got sent to Mexico. There was a monster in one of the old cathedrals I had to punch repeatedly in the face until it expired.
Felt kinda bad, actually. It was one of the older creatures the natives would pray to help for. Somebody stirred it up and sicced it on the church leaders, but it went after the congregation instead...
But anyways. That's where I was on Saturday.

Lucifer Morningstar Leave the kid alone, he was with me. Yeah, we went and got some churros and taco stuff afterwards. That place had some great frickin' tortillas.

And I suppose that there's someone in this congregation that can corroborate your story.

Bigby Wolf And I suppose that there's someone in this congregation that can corroborate your story. Well, one of the priests called us in, but he kinda got eaten... his superior's in jail right now, though, he can probably curse about me a bit.
And you could always ask the taco-lady.

The Daily Bugle. From February 14th, no less. The Bistro must have gotten several copies of this issue.

Don't things you investigate usually blow up? Because that's going to be SO helpful to the investigation.

*drinks the last of his cofee and folds his arms calmly*
And since when have I been a suspect?

Let's see. Prominent, good-looking heroine goes missing. You, known kidnapper-slash-torturer of good-looking heroines are no where to be found. Being off of Oracle's radar isn't easy-and it's damn suspicious. How about recounting exactly WHERE you were on Saturday night before you start playing the wounded deer act?
