"Hmph. 'Poor thing' indeed." Marik muttered, finding this amusing. He now locked his gaze with Bakura. "You look good in that body, sweets. How 'bout letting the thief come out and play?" He twisted the dagger suddenly, piercing it through Rei's shoulder. "Hmm. I wonder why." Yugi didn't seem to be in a good mood.

"Yugi-kun whats wrong?" kawi asked concerned.
Rei bit down on her lip trying not to cry out as the blood ran down her shoulder.She dident want to startle her children.

Bakura had clearly lost control of the thief. With a violent twitching motion, the 'other' Bakura came out. "You b*****d!" He shouted, forgetting about the children and only concerned about his wife. He lunged for Marik, who ripped the blade out and got out of the way. Bakura instantly forgot about chasing down Marik and stopped in front of Rei. "Are you okay?" This could be translated into: 'will you be okay for now as I kill him?' "Nothing, I'm just..." Yugi said calmly, then sighed. "I want things to go back to how they were before. I miss my Atem. That jerk pharaoh is always in control, and... I'm worried. I don't know what's going on with Ryou, or my yami, or anything. I don't like change like this."

Rei grasped her shoulder painfully "Im fine go kill the b*****d!" rei said. They normaly ended up thinking the same thing.
"You should ask him to yet your yami be in control...your yami is defently nicer..." Kawi paused for a momenbt "Im gunnago ask him!" she said heading off to atem's room.

Bakura hesitated, then nodded shortly and bounded off to locate Marik, who had gone further into the house. Fear shot through Bakura when he realized that Marik hadn't gone to the dining room, where Ryou was; he had gone in the other direction. Either Ryou had run, or Marik had someone else in mind... Ryou was sitting at the table still, his hands folded in front of him. His eyes were blank from the power of the Millennium Rod. Marik, meanwhile, had figured that he hadn't done enough to set Bakura off track. He had gone into the children's room, wiping the bloody blade off on his jeans.

Rei who immedely went to her childrens room tackled marik to the floor. She had her pocketkife pressed deeply to his throat "Give me one damn good reason why I shouldent kill you?" she asked. She was going to kill him anyways. Blood was still running down her shoulder.

"Because I won't die." Marik said, with a wry little smile. "This is one of those 'soul' things. Whenever I take over someone, a part of me goes in them. I can still function without a body." "Um, sure, okay... But how about you change out of that first? I don't know if you know it, but the pharaoh is a bit perverted and that looks really good on you."

Kawi was alreadylong gone down the halway and dident hear him. She knocked on pharoh's "Yooo hoo atem open up!" she cooed.
Rei staid on top of him and growled "Oh really. What It I take away your rod? Would you still have control over the person?CauseI can justtake it away then kill you."

"Uh... no." Atem's voice was slightly faint; he seemed to be mumbling.
"Mmm, smart girl." Marik grinned at Rei, trying to pretend his throat wasn't hurting him something awful. "Try it and find out. I mean, it's not like you have anything to lose if you fail somehow, right?"
When the thief knew that Rei was out of danger, the other Bakura took control. He quickly went to go check on his hikari, who he found under Marik's mind control. Frowning, he slapped the boy sharply, but to no avail. He growled, then just grabbed his hikari and pulled the little puppet-boy along with him where Marik and Rei were. "He's bluffing." He announced, managing to overhear a little bit of their conversation. "You can kill him, Rei. Nothing can go wrong."

"Ohh really now" rei said. She stomped on marik's wrist making him relise the rod.With her free hand she tossed it bakura "here you know how to use that dont you?"

"Hmm..." Bakura considered the item carefully, then looked towards Ryou. The item glew slightly, and Ryou blinked, his eyes coming back into focus. "Still brainless, but at least you're in control." Bakura remarked cheerfully.

"Ok Open the door Or I open it" kawi said simply. She had founda sketon key and it opened every single door "One....Two....Two and a half..."

Marik shrugged, smiling. "Hey, I was just trying to do what the kid asked me to. Sorry for trying to be helpful." Bakura had a grip on Ryou, since the boy was shaking badly, trying to get free. "No, no, Rei, don't...!" He was crying, and Bakura slapped him again, stinging his other cheek this time, telling him he was being hysterical and to stop it.

((Hmm He might be useful later on..have marik pull out a pocket knife and stab her in the eye or below her neck or somthing.))
Rei pressed down harder on the knife. It was small and dull so it was a bit hard to make a leathl cut.
