As Sayuri stood back to examine the speed of her Poison Mist Skill, the plants where the cloud had once been were now whithered and dead and the ground had been stripped of the grass that had once protected it from the harsh sun. Sayuri had a feeling that no grass would grow at the spot for quiet some time to come. She also found it hadn't been quite as stron as Shizune-san's was, but that was to be expected. It was her first time after all.
As she looked back, Shizune was smiling sheepishly. "I envy you Sayuri. Your chakra control is outstanding for someone of her age. Your movements are swift and carefully thought through, even though you only had a few seconds to think about it."

As Sayuri stood like a statue as Shizune carried on complimenting her. "Shizune-san, how can you say such things when you haven't even seen me fight?" she asked, the quriosity burning up inside of her.
Shizune replied with a small smile, then added, "I can tell by just looking at your physique, your personality and they way that you do things. When you were practicing Needle Spit Skill, I could see that you thought things through and examined the distance and speed the needle would fly at to the the average amout of pressure you should put into the blow. With the Poison Mist, you, once again, thought things through, looking for the best place to use the attack so that the minimum nunber of plants get hurt. By looking at these little things, I can get a rough idea of how good you'd be in battle." Shizune replied.

Sayuri was, once again, like a statue as Shizune spoke on about how she was able to come to the conclusion that Sayuri was a deep thinker, analysing every possible detail and all the things that could go wrong. Sayuri was amazed with the observing skills Shizune carried.
"Shizune-san, have you ever realised just how amazing your observing skills are? Not even I could look at the little details like you do and come to such a conclusion," Sayuri said, feeling as though it was her turn to comment Shizune after she had been so generous as to praise every thing she did.
Shizune, once again, replied with a small smile. "Why yes, Sayuri, I have come to that conclusion myself. But sometimes, I tend to observe things that should best be left alone," she replied.
"As do I, Shizune-san. Sometimes I over think the simpilist things."

"And I don't blame you for that. Everyone has a skill. And that skill is itself a disadvantage. But I don't mind that. Not one bit. When I over abserve something, I realise my mistake, and slowly yet slowly, I stop making that mistake. At the end of the day, what used to be a disadvantage is now one of my greatest attributes." Shizune countered, making Sayuri feel a little better about herself.
Sayuri could see the truth behind her words. "The more mistakes you make, the more careful you will be the next time your in the same position"
"The journey of a thousand miles begins with one small step, eh Shizune?" Sayuri asked teasingly, yet wisdom behind her comment was clearly visible.
"Right you are Sayuri. It seems that your also wise beyond your years," Shizune said, eyeing her.
"Once again, Shizune-san's observing attribute kicks in," Sayuri relplied, smirking.
"No Sayuri, anyone can tell. It's as clear as day upon your face," she replied softly.

As Sayuri pondered on Shizune-san's words, Shizune supported the still sleeping Tsunade and carried her off with TonTon at her heels, squeling.
"Till we meet again Hyuuga Sayuri," Shizune said.
"Till we meet again Shizune-san," countered Sayuri, walking off in the direction of the Main House. With any luck, Neji-san would still be there.
And this time, Sayuri wouldn't take no for an answer.
Sayuri laughed at the forcefulness in her voice. "Clear as the day upon my face eh? I'll have to ask Neji-san what he thinks of Shizune-san's words".
As Sayuri gazed up into the cloudless sky, she realised just how long it had been since she looked at it's intense blue colour without thinking about somethings else."Once again, Shizune-san's words make sense.... She really is wiser that she gives credit for."

As Sayuri walked back to the Main House, she decided to take heed of Shizune-sans words and try to look at things without over thinking them. She started by looking at the tree. The bark was white with brownish ripple shapes on them. They were an aweful lot like the ones in the forest. The forest were she saw the girls playing, where she patted the baby deer, where she learnt the Gentle Fi-. Sayuri stopped in her tracks and realised just how much she thought things through. She couldn't even look at the tree without thinking about something else. Even though she expected it to happen, she didn't realise just how much Shizune-san had found out about her in such a short amount of time. "She's incredible" Sayuri exclaimed.

As Sayuri continued walking, more and more thoughts hit her. She looked at the cat and began thinking about the time her and Usagi had barely escaped from an attack by Kabuto. Looking at the man chopping wood made her thoughts shift to Jason-sensei. And the snake that had crossed her path caused her to starting thinking about Shigure and his cursed seal.
"All this....... Everything I think about revolves around fighting and ninjutsu....... Just how long have I been doing this?".
Sayuri began to believe that Shizune-san had deliberatly told her these things to make her realise just how much she though about shinobi.
To make her realise just how long since she had looked at something and though about nothing.

After finally reachinf the Main House, Sayuri realised that her walk back home had also invovled ninjutsu, just slightly to a different aspect.
After she finally managed to clear her mind of all thoughts, Sayuri turned the coner and almost bumped into Neji-san.
"Ne-, Ne-, Ne-, Neji-san! What are you doing here? I though you had a busy schedule?" she asked, realising the moron had been lieing the whole time.
But then again, If he hadn't lied, she never would've met Shizune-san and learnt Bruising Sky Leg, Nervous System Confusion, Needle Spit Skill and Posion Mist Skill, so she decided to let him off the hook this one time.
"Well..... My schedule was basicly to sleep all day after my near-death last mission," Neji-san protested, smiling sheepishly.
Sighing, Sayuri looked straight at him and after some time, she said, "I have something I need to discuss with you, and I wont take 'no' for an answer!"

Neji, being smart, realised it would be better to listen to her this time, agreed and started walking with her as she explained what had happened today, from meeting the Legenday Tsunade till her last conversation with Shizune.She made sure to add in all the jutsu's she had learnt aswell.
As she finally finished, Neji said, "It seems to me, that if I hadn't ditched you in the first place, you never would've discovered so much about yourself."
Even through he spoke in a childish manner, the both knew he was right.
"She's a wierd one, aint she?" Neji said, breaking the silence.
"Hmm?" Sayuri replied puzzled by what he ment.
"Tsunade, she's a wierd one," Neji explained as both him and Sayuri walked into the dining hall for dinner. "But I never suspected Shizune to be so wise. She was always in the background, watching. That's probably why she's such a good observer."
As they both took seats at the table, Sayuri added, "I wonder if Tsunade herself knows just how wise her companion is......" to herself.

Tai saw the troubled look in Lyon's eyes. His arm wasn't horribly damaged. It was probably only a hairline fracture. Although he wasn't horribly injured, Tai couldn't pass up free ramen. "Umm ouch yeah, after the ramen i'll head to the hospital and have it checked out" Tai said. As they walked over to the ramen bar, Tai said "Well it wasn't a battle to the death so i can't really tell who's stronger. I have lots of exposive techniques, and other instant kill moves. Since this was just a sparring match, i had to steer away from using them." He then said "I'll have what he's having." to the old man.

As Usagi limped his way off of the boat and into the Konoha Harbor, he felt the effects from the poison Kabuto had given him from back in the sound. Luckily the Oni of the Demon who gave Usagi the Spawn amror, didnt want his 'avenger' to die on him. So they took most of the poison away. Usagi's disguise as an old limping man worked well enough on the harbor inhabitants that they didnt take notice of him. He pulled his straw hat down over his face to conceal it furth as he took a left turn between to buildings. It was completely barren and well shaded as a stray cat seemed to take notice and ran.

The moon chuunin sat down clumsily against the wall of one building as he pulled his bamboo hat back, the strap wrapped around his neck now. He slowly peeled off his heavy jacket as he made a dense WHUMPH sound as it hit the dirt. Usagi habitually unzipped his flak jacket, the poison was still in his body but the side effects were different. Instead of a paralyzing effect, it felt like a fever. Using one of his hands, Usagi ran his fingers over the cut on his cheek, it was a little momento Kabuto had given him from their encounter.

His breathing was shallow and deep as he ran his hands from his cheek, down his face to his throat, his other hand was checking his chest and stomach, which had started to feel like it was slightly burning. He was checking himself for hurting points as he mentally marked them in his head. Usagi reached behind him and dug into his back pouch, looking for something he recieved from his last vist to the hospital. He pulled out a mini scroll that Nieda had given him and opened it up to see the syptoms. His eyes scrolls down the parchment hazily as he looked up his syptoms in the poison section.

Usagi struck gold as he realized the poison he had in its body. At the lowest stages, which he was experiencing, it felt like stomach cramps and the flu. At higher stages, he restricted breathing and paralyzed the users body. It was a common poison and it had instructions on how to get rid of it in the feild.
Usagi kept reading as he struggled to fight the urge to throw up from his stomach cramps. When he finished readin the scroll, he put it off to the side and focused some chakra to his hands They started to glow dark blue as energy collected to them.

"Mythincal Healing Hands." Usagi wispered as the hands finished their collecting. They were so bright that it illumnatied the alleyway in a blue night light like glow, he could barely see his hand, just the outline as he moved it closer to his cheek. The first step was to bring the healing property to the initial point of entry. There was no heat from the glow of chakra but Usagis skin felt tingly and cooling as his blue hand touched and covered the scar on his cheek. The next steps were a bit odd in explination but Usagi was able to understand them.

He pictured his body in his mind and the points where it felt like the pain from the poison was at his greatest. He then pictured strings of chakra coming from the palm of his hand into the wound, and wormed its way into his body. The sensation was odd, like someone was pushing something into you didnt want. Usagi fought the urge to tense up as the chakra made its way to the points where the pain felt greatest. Then following the instructions in the scroll. He imagined the strings of chakra soaking up or grabbing the poison in his body.

After he felt like he had done it well enough, Usagi focused his chakra to worm its way back with the poison in hand. As it made its way back to the point of origin, the cheeck wound, Usagi started to focus on teh healing of the wound its self. His cells began to acellerated around the wound as it rapidly healed itself, like the cut never existed. The moon chuunin looked at his palm as he saw a purplish blob, what he could only assume was the poison, flowing like a cloud in his chakra laced hand. As he deactivated the skill the poison seeped harmlessly from his hand to the ground as his syptoms ceased.

As Sayuri sat down on the seat at the back of the boat destined for Konoha, she wasn't very surprised to find that there was no one else on board. After all, she had been the only one on the boat to the Hidden Snow in the first place.
This trip was to take approximately one hour. And with the boat's engines just starting, Sayuri found herself without anything to do for the whole trip. She'd finished her book on the park bench. Which made her start missing the old black cat Ryo. She'd enjoyed his company, however much it pained her to admit it.

Laying her head against the three-inch-thick window glass on the left-hand side of the boat, Sayuri could feel the vibrations ring through her head as the boat moved forward.
After finally getting sick of the constant movement, the young girl looked at the clock which read 2:10 pm.
Even though she wasn't hungry, Sayuri decided to have lunch. Rumagging through her backpack, she pulled out her green lunchbox. Inside lay her perfectly intact lunch, which consisted of; two tuna sandwiches, one farely large onigiri and a few pieces of salmon sushi.

As Sayuri finished her last tuna sandwich, she began to wonder how Ryo was doing. She hoped he didn't feel annoyed with her for letting him wake up to find himself all alone.
Much to her surprise, it just hit Sayuri how the cat had always avoided telling her about himself.
When she had asked him how he had become telepathic, he was silent until he finally fell asleep, and he repeated the same stunt again when she had asked him why his fangs were so big, which they were.
Still pondering as to why he had acted the way he did, she started digging into her sushi.

Sayuri finished her sushi and was about to reach out for her onigiri when she sighed and closed the lid to her lunch box then placed it neatly inside her navy blue backpack.
The thought of Ryo hiding something from, even if he did just meet her, had made her meal a very unpleasant one, as the food churned in her belly. It was so hard to find someone that you could have a descent conversation with these days. Everyone had something to hide. Some big secret.
"Maybe...... Maybe the most disturbing thing isn't not knowing the whole truth, but what the whole truth is and how it would effect you," she exclaimed in her mind.
"I wonder........ If it wasn't for secrets, would there be wars?"

"Maybe, just maybe, if it wasn't for secrets, there wouldn't be any need for fighting or wars.......
But if there wasn't any need for wars and violence, then there wouldn't be any need for Shinobi either........."
Though the thought of no fighting was great, Sayuri couldn't have imagined living a life with no Shinobi. The thought was just too much. Ninjutsu was all she had left..... Well, that and Aunty Sango.
But having a world without violence was great, but so was a world filled with Shinobi. Sayuri had just realised just how big the subject was...... And how hard it would be to decide.

No matter how hard Sayuri tried to dismiss the thought, it just kept comeing back into her mind one way or another.
"Shizune-san was right...... I do think about everything. Maybe too many for my own good."
At the thought of Shizune-san, Sayuri started to want her with her. Of all the people she had met, Shizune-san had been the easiest to talk too. She was always so caring yet carefree. But she would observe every move you made and remember it in full detail as if it was child's play.
"Now that I think about it...... Shizune-san might have a photographic memory...."
And if she did, it would all make sense. After all, she herself had said, "I sometimes discover things that should best be left unknown."

And Shizune-san hadn't been right about just that. Now that Sayuri had brought up the topic, she was thinking too much.
"If I don't stop thinking everything through, it'll be the end of me," she warned herself. There was a bit of self-pity in her thought.
Looking at the clock, it read 2:55. "Great. I five minutes time, I'll be out of this hell hole."
Sayuri classified the boat as a 'hell hole' since, with nothing else to do, she'd end up thinking about things and uncover lots of mysteries and annoying little facts that would bug her for the rest of her life.
As she kept thinking of ways to counter her bad habit, the speaker shouted, "We are now safely anchored in Konoha. Would all passenger's please exit the vehicle now please, I repeat, would all passengers please exit the vehicle now please"

As Sayuri got off the boat headed to Konoha, she welcomed the fresh sea air into her lungs with open arms.
As she relaxed her shoulders as looked up at the sky, the sun melted away all the coldness from her body.
Once she had exited the dome in the Hidden Snow, the sudden cold and blizzard seemed to smack her right on the face. Thankful fro the sun's warmth, she looked around, trying to find the right road.
"This time, if Neji-san doesn't teach me some more jutsu, I'm going to severe his head off his shoulders," she threatened, then quickly desmissed the idea at the thought of having Neji-san's blood all over her.

Walking down the winding path, Sayuri took the time to examine the beautiful scenery around her.
It was the middle of spring and all the baby animals and new parents were crowding the forest.
Sayuri spotted a nest of robins pirched high up in the tree. All but one of the little spotted eggs had hatched. Placed on the corner of the nest, the little sphere started wobbling. Withen a second, it was falling from it's nest high, high up.

Reacting without even thinking about it, her body dived towards the egg, her hand's stretched out, praying the egg will land in her grasp.
Without thought, the moment she hit the ground, Sayuri locked her hands together, protecting whatever may lie in them, and did a forward roll, stoping her from sliding along the ground.
As she knelt down, taking in what had just happened, she dared not open her hands, in fear that the egg may not have been saved.
She knelt there for two minutes before opening her arms, where, much to her pleasure, lay a small, speckled blue egg.
