"Oh, um, hello." Atem glanced over his shoulder to see if Yugi was still there. He wasn't. Atem looked back at Kawi. "Where have you been? You missed Bakura and Rei. Oh, and Ryou."

"I fell asleep in the tub" Kawi said simply still sucking on her popcicle. "But hey I got to try on the new dress yugi got me! Isent it cute?" kawi said twirling around.  Red one

Atem paid attention, really paid attention, to Kawi for the first time as she twirled. Cute wasn't exactly the word he's use to describe the dress. Revealing, elegant, and perhaps even sexy... but not 'cute'. Atem blushed, looking the other way. "Um... yeah. It's cute."

"I think I have to go... be by myself... for a while." Atem's cheeks were now rather dark in color. He hugged a pillow around his middle to hide a certain body part. "Er... make sure you knock later on."

Marik reviewed what he had gathered. Of course, he wasn't stupid enough to let Ryou go, just like that. he had kept a strict watch over the boy from the use of his Millennium Rod. Kira was awake, then, was she? This made it worse for Marik. It meant now Ryou had a purpose, a reason to fight back. He was outside of Bakura and Rei's house, leaning against the wall, holding onto his Millennium Rod. Oh well. Ryou had wanted sorely to die before. Giving the boy what he wanted a few days before wouldn't be too bad, now would it?
Marik slowly slipped the dagger out of the Millennium Rod's hiding place. Bakura was in there, though. The spirit had expressed an interest in keeping his hikari alive, but Marik knew that the thief could care less. He could handle the woman. Marik began to form a plan in his mind. All he would have to do would be to hurt the woman, so that the thief would be angry enough to come out and guard her. While he was distracted, Marik would take care of the boy. If this didn't work, Marik could always take control of Ryou and make him jump off a tall building or something.
Yes, this would have to be done. Soon.

Kawi shruged and wandered off to find yugi.
After pizza Rei hadleft bakura and ryou in the kicthe to talk while she made ryou a bed on the couch. She pulled it out into s futon and started to put the sheats on it humming softly.

Yugi was putting his shoes on, dressed warmly as though he was going to go out. He glanced up when he saw Kawi, and smiled. "Hey, that looks nice on you." Bakura felt a faint tingling on the back of his neck, and turned slightly. Was someone there? He didn't like how his Millennium Ring was feeling. He decided to ignore it; he just wasn't used to the body, that was all. He turned back towards Ryou, scowling. "So, you don't have to make the thing. I've changed my mind." Marik took in a breath, peering through the window blinds into the living room. The woman was alone, for now. If he was going to do this, he needed to go now. No time for second thoughts. He pressed the blade of the Millennium Rod's dagger against his palm, letting it cut his skin, reminding him of its sharpness. Then, after another sharp breath, he burst through the front door, not needing to hide his presence. He didn't hesitate in going to Rei, pressing the blade against her neck, trying to figure out the best place for hurting her.

Rei had turned sharply when the door was bust down. She scowled when the blade was pressed to her neck "You" she hissed her hands slowly reaching into her back pocket.
Kawi smiled Ok thanks! I love it!" she twirled "so where you going?"

"A walk. I need to get out of here for a little bit." Yugi said, looking a bit irritated. "Hey, do you know where Atem is?"
Marik grabbed Rei's wrist in a tight grip, digging the blade in. "Yes, me. However did you guess?" He remarked back, sarcastically. "Where's the boy? It isn't worth your trouble and your life to put up a fight. None of this concerns you." Honestly, Marik knew where Ryou was; he was just stalling to get Bakura out of the way.
Bakura had reacted instantly when he heard the door open loudly. Seeing Marik, his eyes narrowed sharply. He could feel the thief Bakura struggle for control, seeing Rei in danger. It took a lot of Bakura's energy to keep his other self down. He snapped at the thief. Then, to Marik, he calmly said, "So, threatening women, are you? Not that I'd expect much better from you."

Rei hissed blood dripping down her neck "Im not going to let you kill the poor thing" she growled angerly.
"In his room" kawi said "He was actin weird" she said sucking on her popcicle.
