Melphaligal the Challama Crew

While Roserade is pretty cool it just doesn't learn EQ on its own. This is now a problem since for some reason you can get every other good TM moves as many times as you want except for EQ. I have to go with Torterra on this one.

Roserade is a Special Sweeper, not Physical.
