Xavier simply turned around to face Osiris once more, his many earrings and various other jewelary jingling while his long hair flowed with the movement. "Well then..?" he moved one hand to brush some of his silky black hair away from his face. "If you have so much confidence, come at me then."

Ted decided to do something other than stare at his wings, although they were really cool. he needed to figure out what happened to him. So he took to the sky, and started a search for anything that might help him at the moment. Like a town, or something.
As he was traveling, he heard some shouting, and then felt some pain in his wing. As he tumbled from the air, the shouts became cheers, and then he landed heavily on the ground. A group of people came near him, carrying bows and other hunting implements. Then they all gave a collective gasp.
"We just shot us a purdy angel. She shore is supin. We'all havta take a good care of her." All this talk of angel and "her" got Ted confused. He was definitely a guy, and had been born a guy. He didn't even look like he had breasts, which he just suddenly realized that he had on his chest. He did the only thing he could think of. He passed out.

(Sorry, both of my characters are busy..x.x kinda? Hope's passed out, but I have no idea where your character is..maybe if he..or she..@_@ is nearby the others, I could wake her up and do something..)

Darks form starts to disintegrate. Suddenly he appears to be everywhere at once. His voice comes sincronized from a thousand mouths. "Tell us, herald of Twilight. What is it you fear most?" A dense, black cloud forms over Osiris's head. It seems to writhe and shift as if trying to decide upon a form to take.

Xavier's gaze turned to the dark cloud above Osiris, containing a smile as he heard Dark's voice: how interesting..his eyes quickly flicked to where he had laid Hope then he paused and quickly looked back. She was gone. His purple eyes quickly looked around, but he couldn't see any sign of her. Well, he would fetch her later, but for now..his gaze turned back to Osiris. To take care of this man.

((Don't have any idea of where he should be. But if you want to do something, I will incorporate a spot to do something. You will know when))
The men all took Ted to a cottage, where they usually met after a hunt. Bringing Ted in, they set her on a couch, and proceeded to stow their gear away. When they finished that, They grabbed some rope, and tied up Ted's wrists and ankles. Then they all walked into the back room.
Ted woke up, and tried to move, but found her appendages tied up, which scared her to death. She started to scream, only to have one of the guys come in and smack her in the mouth. "Shut up, you!" It didn't help matters that the man was naked down to his trousers.

Hope had managed to get to her feet and was trudging towards what was left of this place, one of her hands wrapped around her injured stomach: she didn't have alot of time left..she continued on towards the sounds she had heard not long ago until she found a cottage, she could hear screaming. Her eyes widened and she quickly hurried towards it. Hope ducked down and went under a window, hesitating before she slowly and cautiously peered in through the window: there was a woman, an angel, tied up and a man struck her. Hope was horrified at the sight, and she wasn't sure what to do.

Ted was afraid, because she had an idea of what the men wanted to do to her. Wings, and now a girl. What guy wouldn't want to do that to her. If only she were still a guy, although she was still confused for a girl even then. Damn it. Why did this always happen to her?
Because you are a moron, that's why. Ted was startled. it sounded like there was a voice in her head. That's cause there is, moron. I got here just recently. But if you don't want the fate that awaits, listen to me. Just concentrate on becoming something. Anything. You will see what happens. Ted shrugged. She was crazy and hearing voices, so might as well listen.

Hope blinked, gasping a bit: the angel was turning into a wolf..! She ducked down slightly so that no one would see her, trying to ignore the nawing pain from her wound. Would the angel be alright, even though she was a wolf now? What was her natural form? What was the man going to do? Then something clicked: the man, would he kill her? A fresh wave a worry washed over her at the thought. She tried to think of something she could do, anything she could do to help, then an idea came to her. Quickly and loudly she knocked on the window, standing up a bit so that she was seen. "H-hey!" her white wings stretched to try and catch the man's attention, hopefully making him forget about the wolf.

Ted heard the knocking, so the men were going to. And that is what the one did. "Hey boys. We got us anodder purdy one. I'll bring 'er in." It was at that point that Ted had enough, and jumped at the man. Ted bit down hard, gashing the leg, then broke out the window.
Checking behind, Ted ran to the girl, and motioned for her to get on. The rest would be up to her, whether or not she got on. Ted only had a short while to escape.

Hope's face paled even more when the guy mentioned bringing her inside. She gasped when the wolf jumped through the window and watched as it came up to her, quickly looking at the men who were going to come after them. She quickly got on like she was supposed to and clutched onto Ted's fur, shutting her eyes tightly while her wings folded against her back. She prayed that Ted wouldn't get caught or slowed down because of her.

Ted took off into the woods, quickly loosing the men in the uproar. It also helped that they were still trying to get dressed. Weaving in and out of trees, Ted tried to find a safe spot to stop, but nothing suited his needs. So he kept running.
A stroke of luck managed to find him a cave, and he entered it after a bit of inspection. When he was inside, he motioned for Hope to climb down. He wanted to get back to normal. Or as normal as could be.

Hope had a death grip on Ted, frightened by how fast he could run. She kept her eyes shut, not wanting to see the trees as they flew past, or the men who were long gone. Eventually he stopped and she slowly opened her eyes, seeing his gesture. Hope stiffly uncurled her trembling fingers and climbed down, looking pale and rather shaky she sat down on the ground, letting out a breath of air before closing her eyes for a few moments or so to try and calm herself down, opening them back up when her hands weren't trembling so hard.. "Th-thank y-you.." she managed to murmur in her soft voice, relieved that he was alright and that she hadn't fainted.

After Ted noticed her get off, and felt the tweak in his fur, he sat on his haunches and started to concentrate. Closing his eyes, he thought about what he looked like before, but changed the image a bit. he liked the wings. Nice choice. I liked them as well. *Oh, shut up Virgil!* Ted snapped back in his head.
Fully concentrating, Ted morphed back into his old self with the wings, and his clothing changed as well. Morphing into a green vest, white undershirt and black pants, he looked like a bishounen ranger with wings. He looked up, opening his eyes. "Heh, heh. Nice to meet you. The name's Ted. Ted Simmons."

Hope blinked, watching in aw as the wolf morphed into a young man. Her cheeks colored a bit as she realized that Ted had been a he, not a she. "N-nice to meet you, Ted.." she murmured as her slender fingers clutched at her dress. "M-my name's Hope." her pretty eyes watched him curiously, wondering how he was able to change forms and where he had come from.
