Stay awake, Miki........she told herself as she continued to fight off sleep, and turned her head towards a voice that sounded sort of faint. Her headache was slowly creeping back up, and she could still feel her fever.
"I'm awake........totally, fully awake." she murmured, rubbing her eyes furiously, clutching Ami again. In truth, she was very sleepy, and it didn't take long before she could fight it off no longer. "Well.......ok, thank you very much, Ms.-"
plop!
Miki was now curled up on the couch, her head resting on the armchair, and hugging Ami to herself as she finally fell asleep mid-speaking. She shivered slightly from fever, but remained fairly still overall, breathing alright. The wagon still laid in the doorway, which was now closed, and she had fogotten all about it.

((I wish I'd got here sooner. Stupid project))
Ciel looked at Miki, and replied, "English is my main language, but I also speak a little French." Yuki came and looked at Miki and said something in Japanese. She then turned to Ciel and said:"I could teach you some Japanese too if you want?"Ciel nodded and looked at Miki. She was figithing to stay awake. Yuki chukled and said while standing: "Would you like me to set you up with a room now, Miki-chan?" I wonder where she's going to sleep. Ciel had just barely noticed the other rooms when she had gotten the first aid kit.

Yuki, now shocked, rushed over. She felt Miki's forehead. It was extremly warm. She rushed into the kitchen and back, with a cold wash-clothes. She put it on Miki's head, and picked her up. She brought her to her room (Yuki's room), and laid her on her bad. She turned the fan on to cool her off a bit. She walked back out and saw the wagon. Slowly, she wheeled it into her room, and put it by the bed.
She walked back out and cleaned up the living room quickly. When she was done she colapsed on the couch. "Ugh. Who's tired, and who can I call a cab? She asked holding up several keys. "I have four free rooms, people can share if they want, nothing... inapropreate though, obviously."

Even in sleep, Miki's body relaxed a bit as she was placed into the room with both something cool on her head (which in sleep was noticed as her hand patted her head for a moment at the change of temperature, for a good thing) and cool air blowing at her, playing with strands of her hair. She still clutched to Ami in her sleep, mumbling occasionally or a small groan but for now not consious of her body's condition. It had been a long time since she'd gotten even a few moments of deep sleep, and it would hopefully be of a bit of help. Well, besides medicine or a doctor's visit. But Miki believed that she was too strong for that; she ahd to be, for both were expensive and not of her affordablility.

Ciel thought for a moment when Yuki came back. Her long brown hair fell over her shoulders when she sat down on the couch. Almost immediately she wished for her hair ribbon amongst other things at her Apartment. Although her apartment had some electricity, it had no heater. She wouldn't be able to stay there without freezing to death. "Um, I'll stay here if it's all right Yuki..." she paused. "But I have to ...pick up a few things at um...home..."'I think I might also have some old clothes that might fit Miki and I'll need to get my money' "I'll pay for the cab, Yuki"

Yuki looked up. "That depends al on what street you live on my good friend. If you live close by, no need fo ra cab, I'll give you a jacket, and we can walk you there for a moment or tow, and I'll help you with your stuff back. But if it's more than a mile, I'd paty for half the cab fair. I don't like letting female friends out alone." she assured her reasoning.

Miki continued to sleep, occasionally tossing a bit or coughing but overall under control. Her forehead was still hot, but thankfully she was asleep enough to be able to stay asleep for awhile, her dreams peaceful. The child continued to clutch to Ami in her sleep, happy for a soft resting place that wan't filled with either bugs, or just plain uncomfortable.

Ciel brushed her hair away from her face and thought a moment. "It's...not a very long trip..." Ciel closed her eyes. "Thank you for your concern... It's near the bridge." She tried to create a mental route of they way they'd come to get to the cafe. She managed to get a vague idea of how to get back home and back. She wasn't very familiar with this area. Seldomly coming out to go to the market or get some fresh air, Ciel usually stayed inside.

Yuki smiled. "Okay, well I'll escort you. Rina. You're in charge while we're gone, unless you want me to leave a note for our new friend, and you can come too." she said with a smile.

((Sorry stuff's been chaotic at my house lately...and I'm not sure when Rina'll be coming))
"Hm...it might be better for Rina to stay here...Just in case Miki-chan wakes up." Ciel started towards the door. She thought about everything she needed 'I wonder how much I should bring' she thought as she walked. 'I've got plenty if things that should fit Miki...' She stopped at the door and glanced toward the room 'hm, and maybe some toys and things for her doll.' "When do you want to leave Yuki?" She asked.

((Guess I'll post dreams or something, seeing as she's asleep...>.>))
The young girl was in a ice skating show, sitting on her mother's lap and next to her twin brother. On the actual seats next to her were her father on her twin's side, and her older brother on the other. It was plesantly chilly as they were within the crowds of people. They were dressed in new jackets, Miki playing with her fuzzy scarf a bit with tiny gloved hands.
The show hadn't started just yet, so there were still last-minute people filling in. Michi was slurping on a soda, and rather noisly, as all little children do. Miki was playing with the fuzzball still on her scarf, and Takashi patted her head lightly, laughing only at her extreme concentration that resulted in her looking at the material cross-eyed. Her mother and father were in deep conversation.
The father was a slightly scrawny man, with matted brown hair and glasses, eyes deep green like both his sons. He was wearing a business suit (as he just got back from work, and it had been a surprise to the family), looking slightly chilly but fine.
Her mother was definiately a Japanese beauty; her long black hair was half put up in a bun, letting the other half go over her shoulders. Her eyes were sparkling blue-just like Miki's-and her hold a gentle one, seeing as neither twin squirmed in the seats. Takashi had short brown hair and also wore glasses, inheriting his father's bad eyesight. He was slightly built, but not much, and had the mind of a genious. He touch was gentle, for Miki looked up at him happily as he patted her head, talking to her as she was messing with the fluffy material.
This was actually part a memory of long ago, a happy one she actually remembered.
Miki was still hot and sweating from fever on the outside, and her fever itself was escalating upwards. Her body was rather pale, and she was coughing a bit more in her sleep. She continued to clutch on to Ami, but other than one quiet groan, made no noise as the fan continued to blow gratefully on her.

Yuki looked towards the room. "Hold on." She walked into Miki's room and felt her forehead. She gasped. "Rina, call the paramedics!" she shouted. She began trying to wake Miki up. "Miki-chan, wake up! Please wake up! Your fever is too high, so I'm going to take you to the emergancy room. Miki-chan!" she began to panic. She ran back into the other room. Ceil, You'll need to og on your own, here's some money to get you to your house, then to the hospital. I need you to get what you need, and I suggest boots if you have any." she ran back to Miki's room, hoping she was awake.

The panic and sickness on the outside world was finally prying into the child's peaceful dreams. The scene of the started ice show suddenly fizzed and faded, and onto another memory, with a dream's twist-
Oh no, not this one!
Takashi was walking up to the house, a hand holding onto a hand of each twin. It was very late, and the stars seemed to be hidden by clouds in hte sky. They were all chatting about a movie they had just seen; a comedy that they were all laughing to.
"Ah, strange, the door's already open.......maybe mom and dad got home late too. Hope they saw that note." the boy said as he had pulled out his house keys, and ushered the children in. The twins were both about four and a half years old.
The room carried a strangely chilling feeling, though the rooms downstairs looked perfectly normal. "Weird; perhaps they left the AC on. Wait down here; I'll see if they're up." the boy told the two children, before heading upstairs. The two toddlers merely began walking about as normal, Michi jumping on the couch and Miki looking out a window at the city below and all it's pretty lights.
"OH MY GOD!"
This sudden cry of pure terror caught both of their attentions, but only Miki was the one who ran upstairs. The stairs seemed to go up for forever, stretching itself as far as it would go. The rooms above felt like a blizzard was in it, and winds seemed to stir heavily about the rooms. A trail of blood was at the top, which led to her parents' room. Very frightened, she forced herself to open the shut door-
She began screaming, hands over her mouth, as she saw the pure horror of her parents' deaths on the wall. They were pretty much nailed their by knives, their blood dripping onto the floor. BUt their faces of terror that were forver stuck, was what was scaring Miki the most.
She heard a sad chuckle as she looked to her older brother; he now had a wound on the head, dripping blood down his face. "Well, this isn't good..." he said, in his usual optimistic mood. This represened his death later on while she was stuck at hte adoption center.
The door had shut behind her with a thud. Pankcing, Miki ran to the keyhold and looked through. There Michi stood with the keys in his hand, his evil stepmother with a wicked grin and the father lookign just like a puppet, strings and all. The stepmother's free hand was holding the home to the strings, wiggling it about. They were pointing at the keyhole and laughing....Miki fell to the ground in sobs as she heard the sounds of knives dropping to the ground and some soft deadly moans....
In real life, the screaming had took to her in reality as well. She was tossing and turning about violently, Ami finally falling to the floor with a soft plopping sound. What she hadn't realized was that in both fear and poor diet til now (and therefore weak bladder system, especially since she was sick), the young child had done some damage on the sheets of the bed, but it was hard to tell either way with the layers of clothing she was wearing and the blanket over most of the bed. She had yet to wake, and was crying in both real life pain and in dreamworld terror. She let out a wimper in her sleep, one any child would make when scared. "Mommy.......Mommy!"
She had finally broke, both physically and mentally, after years of staying strong.
((Yeah, drama much? >.>))

Yuki blushed a little, realising Miki had soild the sheets, but didn't really care that much at this point. She shook Miki again. "Miki-chan! Wake up, you need to wake up now! You're dreaming! Miki-chan, wake up!" she said louder than before, hoping it'd wake her up.
