Sanabi sighed as he worked on the homework assignment, then looked up as she asked, who had completed thier basic training, a sacasticly raised hand went up, once again pointing out he had done all of this stuff before. "I have completed all the basics, and am currently stuck on my Kawarimi. I have completed half of that training, but I can't finish the next step for some reason." A frustrated growl showed his true emotions. He didn't like being held up like this. The sudden switch of sensei, held things up, and threw any plans he had into the air.

In the corner lay an oddly familiar sleeping mass. How this sleep mass had arrived in the classroom was a mystery but it was there none the less. And under closer inspection anyone could see that this sleeping mass was Shin Takamura, the class sloth. It was quite strange that whenever anything important happened that Shin was never there, only for everyone to realize later on that he had just been sleeping silently in the corner. He’d come with the rest from their Sensei’s home and upon arrival the fatigue of the previous day’s work and the satisfaction of a good meal had lulled him to sleep. It was only now when the class had already begun to get underway once again that his slumbered was disturbed. Maybe it was the noise everyone was making or maybe it was just the presence of some many active bodies, no one knew. Regardless of what had awoken him, Shin was now once again in the land of the conscious.
Getting his feet and shaking the sleep from his eyes, Shin looked around the room to see old and new faces. Wondering what could be going on at a time like this, he looked to the nearest person he knew scratching his head in bewilderment. “Whats going on Sanabi? Who are all these new people?”

Batosai did not raise his hand as he knew what the basics were, but never practice. All the training he ever done at the temple was chakra control and hand to hand combat. Even if he did know these he never demostrated or practiced his skills in the academy, so he continued to keep his hand down. He obiviously knew that both Sanabi and Jericho would raise their hands. Batosai took a look around to see that only him and Hiru haven't done any of the basic training exersices in the academy. "Hiru and I seem to be the only ones. Everyone else at least learned and practiced the basics already. I got to catch up with the others. If I don't, I'll fall behind and it will take longer for me to achieve my goals. I need to train harder than ever." Batosai thought to himself as he started to lean back in his chair and began to stare up at the celing.
He continued so until his mind began to return back to the enviroment around him. Feeling unpatiently he placed his chair on the floor as he waited for the teacher to continue the lesson. Batosai took another look around to see what was everyone else was doing. He then noticed Shin in the corner of the room, close to Sanabi. "When did he get here?" Batosai thought as he never seen Shin enter the classroom anytime after Batosai's arrival. "He must have came here before me. Probably before all of us." he assumed as he turned his attention back towards the teacher, in hopes to finally do some training on this long day.

Sanabi perked up, and glanced at Shin as he suddenly spoke up to him, "Oh! Shin! When did you get here? I didn't even notice you come in." Sanabi gave a nervous chuckle, a little disapointed that he'd been snuck up on so easily, "These new people?" He said as he looked around the room re-accknoledging the existance of the two newbies, "Well, the one that looks like slimeball-" Sanabi stoped talking, and realized he just refered to the absent sharkboy as his unofficial nick name. "Um... I meen, the new shark boy... is named Hiru, he isn't like the other one at all... actually prety nice! And the other new kid... he's... just rude... but his name is Batosai, if you really want to talk to him."
As for other information, Sanabi thought it might be important to inform Shin of the new teacher, "Oh, and... the old sensei got replaced. With... Miss energetic... or, Miss Cassie. Make sure you let her know you have finished the basics. Otherwise you'll get stuck doing them all over again probably."

Suddenly there was the blaring of a loudspeaker in the classroom.
"Would all the students who know the basics - that is, hand seals - please go to the training fields," came the very bored voice of Sensei. "A lesson is waiting for you. Incidentally Miss Cassie please don't forget the textbooks of the hand seals, or anything really, if you need them. They're in the shelves to a side." Then came crackling and the announcement ended.
Back in the announcement room, however, Sensei was not nearly as neutral as he sounded. It was just a coincidence that the new teacher was called Cassie. It had to be, really..
[Incidentally, Sensei wasn't replaced. Just given the help of. XD]

Hiru sees half the class stand up to leave for the fields and finds himself somewhat jealous of them.
"Can I come too?", he asks.

Shin just stood there nodding his head as Sanabi gave a brief report on the newcomers. From time to time he just scratched his head, which always seemed to be particularly itchy after a nap. However having just woken up, he wasn't in a mood too listen very closely, so all he heard was something along the lines of, 'Sharkboy..rude...Miss Cassie.' At the end there was something about being stuck too, but before any of this information could really matter the voice of their sensei rang through the classroom. An urgent announcement that basically said something along the lines of go to the training fields to resume training while all the new people stayed here and did the boring stuff that had already been covered. Shin's vision was unfocused as the announcement was delivered but upon his completion he looked back towards Sanabi. He gave him a blah-like-look and pointed towards the door with his thumb before putting his hands in his pockets and walking towards the training fields.

Cassie may have been showing her sweet side to her students but she was actually trying to control her twitching eye among other things. Some of the students were really sweet! But others... were certainly impatient and unforgiving if not quite rude. But of course she didn't say that and a smile was always on her face so you couldn't really tell that she was thinking that either.
She gave a little - actually a large! jump when the speaker started booming. It was actually quite funny to watch since the springy lady jumped almost half her own height into the air. A strange expression was on Cassie's face now but it quickly cleared. She seemed to have figured something out. Listening to Hiru's question she finally nodded.
"Course!" she said, her wide grin returning to full bloom on her face. She started to half-bounce on her heels before continuing, "In fact, I have to apologise for not really teaching you a lot this lesson! I just needed to familiarise myself with you guys. But next lesson, I'll be prepared! The bell's about to ring," she pointed a tiny, pixie-like finger towards the clock in case people hadn't noticed its existence... "so I might as well let you off early! Have fun in your next lesson!" It was interesting how such a small person could insert so much, seemingly limitless energy into everything she did.
[Sorry, night's life is hectic now so maybe it was the wrong time to introduce Cassie.. D: But! Training shall start soooon! Just make your way to the Training Field.]

Sanabi stood up silently, and made his way to the door, a quick glance back to the teacher, revealed a giant smile, as to show he was no longer anoyed. And with that, he dashed out into the hall and out of the building to the training field. [Exit- Sanabi- To Mist Training Field]

'Well so much for seeing the Lady Mizukage.' Vesimine sighed but mentally shrugged it off when she realized that she would be doing more training. She could get stronger and move forward, if only so that she could eventually find her way around this reched curse. One day she would be able to walk in the light with out layers of clothing seperating her from the bright rays. He path would be that of an assasin and a healer. Her blood would aid her in that. Until that day she needed to learn how to control her power. She could see the Kage tomorrow.

"Well so much for that. Came to learn something today and all i got out of it was nothing. Not even training practices, well at least the class is over for today and I'll be able to have more time to train." Batosai thought to himself as he rised up from his desk. He made his way to the door and placed his hand onto the door knob. But he stopped as he had something on his mind.
He turned his head towards the teacher, who was standing at her desk. He then turned his head away and open the door and walked out of the classroom. "I need to train as hard as possible and catch up. If I don't I won't be able to become a ninja and accomplish my goal. I need to be stronger so that i can teach people like Sanabi probably might learn to respect people instead of considering them inferior." He thought as he began to remember his conversation with both Sanabi and Hiru. Somewhere deep inside him, Batosai felt a little bad for Hiru as he couldn't see that Sanabi hadn't any respect for him. "I need to become a ninja, I must become a ninja!!" he thought to himself as he impatiently walked out of the academy and made his way to the training fields, in order to make himself stronger.

Jericho woke up after having dozed off when the academy was still going on. He slowly lifted his head from his desk and looked around to see what was going on. Lucky for him there was no one around, however he was also very worried.
What if they left to do something with out me, what if I am locked in here! He thought to himself as he quickly got up and ran for the door. It opened and he let out a sigh of relief. For some reason the words “Training fields.” Were in his head, maybe he heard it while he was sleeping, he didn’t know, but he wasn’t one to go against his gut instincts.
Jericho left the academy and closed the door behind him, he realized had better hurry to the training fields before anyone notices he was late, he didn’t even know how long he had been asleep, or what time it was for that matter.

Kira was snoring away contentedly on his desk, a little dribble of drool pooling around his mouth. "Mn.......Gah!" He had accidentally moved too far away from his chair, resulting in completely falling out. Huh? Where was everybody...? Was class over already...? Though something told him he completely misunderstood, the boy stood up groggily and began on the long journey home.

Hiru walked in completely out of breath and scratching his thigh like crazy. He looked left and right very fast, looking for his new teacher's presence anywhere in the room.
"Cassie-sensei! I'm ready to start molding chakra!", he shouted.
Hiru just stood still in the frame of the door, waiting for an answer or a sign.
