Decided to cover up the missing exhaust with a spare bit from the Knight kit. The scrubber on the side is from an old pre-plastic Lucius pattern Baneblade, I think it belonged to the Death Korps upgrade pack or something.

Not as much a fan of the wheels as I was with the concept-photos, probably because the wheel-wells are so much larger. Any further thoughts about the half-track?

merydell nice, thnx. now to get my taurox and hope UK-NL postage is swift. ninja All told it cost me €11,89 for a set of four wheels plus shipping. The order was placed on Monday and I got it yesterday, so in four days time the order was received, processed and sent out. Mind, the box is small enough to fit through the door, it's not a parcel, so the mailman can simply chuck it in, no need for a van to deliver it.

New list calls for some new weapons and minis... Here's a head for a new platoon officer, and heavy flamer which needs a little sanding and trimming after the Greenstuff dries.

My take on the ugly lil Taurox: Didn't like the sloped hood and roof, so I did something about them, as well as make it a half-track.

Certainly an interesting take on the Taurox. If I may suggest something, you could try removing a wee bit from the bottom of both the wheels to make them slightly less high, as right now you can see that the rear tracks are slightly raised off the ground. Of course, this hardly stands out when put on a gaming table.

Unfortunately, the tires are from a toy, and thus aren't solid, meaning that I can't take much off the bottom without making a hole. I might take some sandpaper to 'em though.
