Tellus watched the normally composed Miss Browning bring the china cup to her lips with trembling hands, her twitching green eyes casting towards Tellus' father and the strange almost cartoon like man. Her own petite hands reached up and clasped about the other woman's and held the cup up to her lips.
"Miss Browning, you've been in Gaia long enough to know that sometimes, the dead do rise. Hell, you've seen the video tape of what I, myself did to Kasuga."
Samantha nodded but not once did her eyes leave the figure of the strange little man in the aviator goggles standing beside the little motorscooter.

themightyjello "Regional currency should do perfectly fine, then, Mr. Leviathan," James said with a renewed smile; tossing the bundle of papers over his shoulder and into the harbor behind him without the hint of a second thought on the matter. "The payment does not have to be in one lump sum, however if you so choose you can make it as so. An amount may be refunded to you based upon the availability of the materials and the cost of construction as opposed to labor... you know... and... stuff." The man paused, chuckling slightly, and shoved both of his hands into the pockets at his sides on the outside of his jacket. "Don't blame the messenger for passing on the word," he said; stepping forwards to the Leviathan and producing a pen out of the right-hand pocket, which he twirled twice in his fingers before presenting it, butt first. *Enki looks over at the papers the man had just tossed into the river, then back at the man himself as he speaks. When the pen is held out to him, Enki takes it and looks over the papers, then clicked it to extend the ink. He looks up at the man once more, then looks back down and signs upon the necessary feild, clicking it back closed when he is finished*
Naturally, transferring gold of that sum to regional currency will take some time. I hope you will not mind a slight wait.

"Well, in any case, we can't unfold it here, too many people. Lets go down to the dock and have a looksie at that boat of yours" And with that, Chris picked up the 400kg sail and lifted it over his head with a slight "hnyuh"

Silver sighed and shook his head. He began to head towards his newly acclaimed boat, which coincidently was on the other side of the docks.
"Fine. Right this way then."

"Right, meet you there" Chris then did something very strange, he just sank into the ground, until there was none left of him but the sail, which then started to move very fast towards the boat. A few seconds later and he was there. He then realised that if he just went to the only boat without a sail, and this guy had claimed to had bought a boat. That meant: "Oh ********."

Silver was there a few moments later, much quicker than a person who walked would have been there. But no one was around to see him move, so no one would know how he got there that quickly.
"Oh ******** what? Can you please show me this sail already?"

Chris was slightly spooked at how Silver seemed to appear, but didn''t show it. "Whup, look out" Chris then dumped the sail pretty much on top of Silver was, flattening him. Oops. Regardless of whether Silver was under there or not, Chris continued. "Right then, lets get this fother mucker rigged up" Chris just hoped that Silver wouldn''t realise that it was the sail from the boat anyway.

As the sail fell it went right through Silver, who levitated about an inch over the folded sail. He couldn't see the design, so he had no idea it was his... yet.
"Lets do that."

"No, its cool, I'll do all the work. Jackass." stare Chris clapped his hands four times, and four clones of him (but composed entirely of dirt ((a la Gaara)) appeared, each grabbing the sail, unfolding it, and then fixing it onto the boat. If the boat wasn't securely moored and chained, then it would've blown off. Addressing Silver whilst grabbing his shoulder and turning him away from the ship, he tried to distract him from the sail, as well as placing microscopic amounts of an unknown powder which Silver almost definetely wouldn't detect. "Ok, I'll just take that money now"

"How much money are we talking about here?"
It likely wouldn't be too much 'cuase you could usually buy an entire ship for 500 to 750 gold anyways.

"Hmm... 150 gold sound ok?"
A simple question, hopefully, a simple answer.

The price was a tad steep, but he was in a hurry, and he did set it up for him in a timely matter. He looked up at the sail, which looked uncannily familiar. Something about this was bugging him, but he ignored it at the moment.
"The price sounds fine to me."
Silver took his pouch of coins and began to quickly count off 150 coins.

Chris stared at the coin pouch, lots of monies. Chris then detected a very strong wind, and the rope that was containing the boat was being strained. Chris really wanted that boat, so he did the only thing that made sense. He snatched the pouch as his 4 clones jumped and grabbed Silvers arms and legs. He jumped on the boat, and kicked the rope off. The boat almost immediately started moving at a tidy pace.

((damn internet... POS))
Silver was cuaght off guard as he was jumped by the clones. He did something he hated to do to get free; he went etherial. It put tremendious strain on his body to do so, so he could only do it for a limited amount of time daily.
Ending up below deck, he climbed up the stairs and back onto the ship. Angered that someone would try to steal his ship when he was in such a hurry, he cuased the winds to stregnthen as the blew them on course directly towards Guldor. They would be moving so fast, in fact, that it would be hard for someone to keep footing.
Mine as well get something accomplished while I throw his a** overboard.

As soon as Silver tried anything magical, it happened. The dust on his shoulder activated, and literally sucked the magic out of him. The clones also poofed into more of this dust, coating him in it. Then, another strange thing happened. Silver would feel as if he was blind, deaf, and unable to speak. In actuality, he was being turned to stone by the dust. Chris wasn't close enough to turn him to stone entirely, and it was a very energy consuming spell. Still, it would probably be enough to keep him away.
