Alania sat at the bar, and looked down at the table. Everyone and everything was moving around her, but to her, things were motionless. Takashi wouldn't entrust her with information anymore, Isasha found peace with Vamir, and Luna and Haseo were in love. There wasnt room for her anymore. She sighed and played with a knife. She looked at it as it shimmered in the light. She turned her hand over and stuck the knife in the back of her hand.
"Pain... What is pain, if one can't feel?" she asked herself.
She pulled out the knife, and watched a blood ran down her hand, not saying a word.

Takashi forced open the door. He was upset mainly because he couldn't get a decent drink of blood. He looked as if he was just in a fight. He was losing it and it was his sister's fault. He knew it was his fault in the very beginning but after he'd had a taste of her blood he couldn't stop. He smelled more blood and he looked seeing Alania's hand bleeding. It calmed him to see running blood and at the same time it tormented him. "Alania, why did you stab your hand?"

"Hmm?"
She looked over at him, then back to her bleeding hand.
"I.. Don't know.." She said.
Truthfully, she knew exactly why. She felt that causing pain, eased pain. That had been her motto for two hundred years. She shifted her eyes, looking over at Takashi because she felt his lust for blood. She held her hand out to him.
"Thirsty?" She asked quietly, as the blood ran down her thin fingers and slowly splashed the floor.

Takashi's eyes closed and then opened. it was better than nothing. "You know we can't drink blood in the house. As I read anyway. Why do you and my sister do that?"

"We cant drink blood in the house? It seems I've broken the rules a few times then..."
She looked down and sighed.
"I dont mean to... Niether does your sister.."
She set her bleeding hand on the table and closed her eyes with another sigh.
"Takashi.." She said quietly.

Haseo lightly smiled, kissing Luna. "It's alright. I'll be fine now. I just wasn't in a good mood, so that's why they came." he said, getting out of his chair and walking to his nightstand, picking up a book. "You know...I'm glad I met you when I did...."

"Hmmm?" mumbled Luna, cocking her head to the side slightly. "What do you mean, 'when you did...'?" she asked slightly confused. "Was something going on then?" She sat down in the chair and leaned her head back, smiling. "Sorry if I'm prying." she chuckled.

Takashi shook his head. "I know you don't mean to do it, but it's hard to turn down an offer. I wonder how much longer I can last without another blood lust. I shouldn't hold it off. Oh well." He began to go up the stairs.
Isasha blushed as Vamir had asked her to dance. She was much shorter than him and it looked funny when they danced. She could barely look at his chest if anything. She was too shy to look into the face of someone so close. She knew he could hear her increased heart beat cause several times she felt him staring at her neck. She thought theat she should have worn her hair down.
Vamir couldn't stop looking at her bare neck. She smiled lightly seeing that she couldn't stop her blush but it caused her heart to pound. He could wait for the song to end because he had enough self-control, but she was a gorgeous child.

Haseo smiled. "I didn't have a very accurate map when I left my uncle's house. So...I somehow made my way to your village." he said, looking at her. "Blame it on my uncle. He sucks at making maps."

Takashi turned back around hearing the door opened and seeing his siter in the arm of the mansion's temporary owner. "Where the heck has my sister been and why is she with you?!" He walked swiftly to them.
Vamir carried the sleeping child into the mansion closing the door behind them. He noticed Takashi as he turned and immediately began to sgout. Vamir remained calm as he watched her slowly wake up.
"I wanted to eat some ice cream at the ball. I thought the noise had died." Isaha's vision cleared and she noticed the tension in the air. She thought she dropped on the ground, but she was still standing and supporting herself against Vamir. She yawned. "I'm sorry I was out, but I met new people. And there were humans, Takashi."

Vamir told her to go upstairs and get more sleep. Once she was gone he turned to address Takashi who seemed in a foul mood. "May I remind you that her happiness comes before telling you. Besides you were not in. If you're going to be insensible please do not confront me. She is unharmed and i decided she'd seen enough arguing among people she loved." Vamir's eyes bored nto Takashi's. He smirked. "Anyway, I prefer willing victoms."

Alania heard the two, and she stood up. She walked over to Takashi and Vamir and looked at them both.
"Takashi, please. No one is in the mood for fighting."
He crossed her arms, but inced in pain from the wound on her hand. She was too upset with herself to let it heal automatically. He took out a hankerchief, and gently wrapped her hand.
"Vamir, you need to tell someone in the house whenever your taking Isahsa, alright? We only worry, is all." She said quietly, looking at her hand.

Luna smiled widely, as she looked over at Haseo. "Well, I guess it's a good thing that he couldn't make maps." she giggled, leaning forward slightly "If he was, I might not have met you and that would have been terrible. I can't imagine ever being without you." She hugged her knees to her chest and leaned back against the chair.

Haseo heard Luna, but he was asleep again. He was so exhausted on what had happen to him and he wanted to get his mind off the past. However, it seems that past haunted him more in his sleep. 'Happy Birthday Haseo!' 'S-Stay away from me you beast! I don't want to die!' 'My child, if it's for you to live, I would gladly die...' Everything started coming back to him as he rolled onto his right side. The voices in his dream could be heard in his room.

"So I assume her happiness comes after that? I actually don't have to tell either of you anything., however I respect that you think I'm an evil person. I can control my urges. There was also blood at the party so I didn't need anyone there though maybe forty women offered." He turned to Alania. "But, for one taste of your blood, my dear, I would do anything." He kissed her hand that wasn't wounded before he left them.
Takashi had to close his eyes at the mention of 'urges' and 'blood'. He could have sworn Vamir was addressing that directly to him. He let it go. He needed to be away from Alania. Her blood was calling to him. He felt tired and hee didn't real;ly want to walk the distance to the stairs. He sat down in a chair closing his eyes trying not to give into the scent of blood beside him.
