Some topcs of discussion within have merit.
Yeah, some of us have real lives. rofl
I would like to be more active sometimes, but work (and school back during the school years) prevents that.
Well, some of the newer regulars just chit-chat to no end. It used to only grow roughly 5 pages every day.

Basically, I can't keep up and it makes me think of being a bad captain from time to time. If I can't relate to my members, would it not mean being a bad leader? neutral

For a small guild, maybe so. In the case of a guild this large (and the fact that you have RL responsibilites), doing so isn't always possible. I'm sure I'd feel similarly in your situation, but your crew is there to help with your job. smile
|
