Granted! The gummy bears become unpoisoned, but they also become rock hard so when you tried to chew them all your teeth shattered and fell out. That minielf... pretty sneaky. rolleyes

Granted! You use a machine that translates digital data into biogenic data that your brain can comprehend. In essence, a direct upload to your brain. Unfortunately you can't control the content you upload and will end up storing too much information too quickly, leaving you braindead. In essence, your brain crashed through information overload.
