Mitsu's eyes widened a bit at Flannery's choice. I hadn't expected that. She thought of her own Houndoom and how he had battled the night before. She watched the battle closely hoping to catch some of Flannery's battle tactics. And a first hand sight at her team would be helpful as well.

"Hey Link yous not goin ta take that crud from this kid are ya?" Grunt 2 asked as he looked angrily at the boy.
"Actually I don't really have any obligation to battle this trainer." Mag said as the turned to the four morons. "I told you people to stay at the base and you didn't listen and got in over your heads. I would be glad to let him put you guys to sleep so the Police could get you but I don't think the leaders would like it. You four had better go back to the base or your mommies or whatever it is and be sure to thank this kind gentleman." Mag reprimanded as his pokemon went back into their pokeballs.
"Hey dude! Thas not coo. We is going to tell the boss bout you Link." Grunt 2 yelled as the four ran off. "Try to take some English classes while you're there!" Mag shouted after them. "So yeah... sorry about them." Mag said as he began to walk away.

"Hey, wait a minute," Jaeshan called after Mag, holding up a Pokeball and recalling Nidoking. "Are you with those guys are what?" Jaeshan could see from the uniform that he was a Rocket member, but there was something odd about the whole thing. "What kind of a name is Link, anyways?" Jaeshan asked, supressing a grin.

Hikaru came just as the two trainers were shaking hands. Apparently they had just had a battle. "Hey... I think I know that guy!" Hikaru stated as one of them got onto a strangely color Ponyta and began to ride away.
"Crud!" Hikaru said as she recalled Rativral and Selece. "Time to see if I can bike as fast as that horse runs!" Hikaru pulled out her Mach Bike. She furiously moved her legs in attempt to give chase. "Hey!!! Hey you!" She shouted when she thought she was in shouting distance of the trainer.

"Hm... I guess I kinda am with them. It is a bit of a complicated story that I don't really feel like telling to a complete stranger." Mag said as he turned. "Well I think Link is a fine name. Probably much better than yours." Mag said grinning at the other trainers remark especially since he knew what his was. Maybe it could make them introduce himself though.

"I very much doubt that," Jaeshan chuckled. "And your business is your business, I guess. But thanks for helping me back there." He gave a nod, and turned, his eyes on the red-roofed Pokemon Center in the distance.

"Everyone is entitled to their own opinions I guess." Mag said. "Glad I could help, not that you needed it much." Mag said with a backward wave as he walked off toward the train station.
Now I can finally get out of these stupid rocket clothes and I can relax. Maybe I'll go to Peweter city and fight a gym battle there. I could use some badges. And I do want to name my new Eevee and see how they are doing. Mag thought as he walked off.

"Strange," Jaeshan mumbled, turning around. He could see the strange boy walking off towards the train station. "Very strange indeed." He quickened his pace, stuffing his hands into his pockets, and he stepped through the sliding doors.
"Good day," he said politely to Nurse Joy, and handed her his Pokeballs. "A group of wannabe Rockets just attacked me," he added, turning around and leaning up against the counter.

"You're welcome," Keegan winced, smiling at Kasiya. As much as he didn't want to, he pulled back from her hug. "I'm glad you like it." He looked around for a moment, looking puzzled. "Hey..where did your friends go?" he asked, realizing Nina and Kilik had vanished.

Mag walked into the station. He quickly took a pit stop in the bathroom to peel the 'R' off of his outfit. "Glad that that is over." He went out and began to look at the boards for any information on train times and scheduels. "Crudmuffins. There aren't any trains going to Peweter for quite some time... Well I guess I can get a ticket and wait out here in the city somewhere." Mag sighed.

On no, I forgot about his arm... Kasiya scolded herself. "Hey, you're right? Where did they get to?" she asked, looking around as well. "But either way, let's get that bandage changed, shall we?" she asked, holding up the roll of gauze and medical tape. "I'll fix you right up," she added with a giggle.

"Hm.. Guess I'll go to the pokemon center or something." Mag said as he left the station with his ticket in hand. He had taken off most of his outfit so hopefully the Rockets wouldn't come back and notice him. Either way he had to leave town soon though.
Mag walked toward the red roof and then noticed a small cafe along the roadside. "Well this is just as good as the center. Plus that one guy headed towards that building anyway." Mag took a chair on the patio and then released his pokemon.

"Why thank you, Nurse Kasiya," Keegan said jokingly after she'd changed the bandage. It looked ten times better than it had yesterday evening, although Keegan knew for sure it would leave a scar. "I don't think Mitsu meant for anyone to get hurt," he said as they sat on a bench by the street. "But at least she got her Pokemon back." He sighed, patting his Pokeballs. He didn't know what he'd do if one of them was stolen.

'Yeah," Kasiya sighed, leaning back. "I wish there could have been another way. I hope Mitsu's not mad at us for going all out against her. One slip up and that Joe guy could have taken all our Pokemon away." Kasiya shivered, thinking about that time Fang had been taken from her. "But anyways," she jumped up, forcing herself to become cheerful again. "What are we waiting for? Let's get to Celadon City so I can win my Rainbow Badge!"
