I shake my head at Takaku and sit down. I unconscious pull the letter out. "We can't. Its not ours." "I WANT TO KNOW!" "No." "PLEASE!" I gently open the letter and read it quickly.

Ryssa- Alphamai gives Ryssa the darkest of looks and Takaku merely laughs a bit shrugging it off. "I know she wants them, it's not the first time someone's told me that. I keep bringing babies into the realm but she never seems to be satisfied." Takaku responds. Starania practically chokes not trying to laugh at his response.
Finn- The letter is written in a language he doesn't recognize, but it's signed by Alphamai at the end. The contents of the letter not overly needed, as a quick look to the amulet's make and quality shows it would be extremely valuable, and the coins, though old and banged up, have a large number written upon them. On the back of the amulet is a signia with A on it, this seal is very similar to Takaku's only with a different letter. Starania smiles over at Finn, curious as to what he's doing.

-]Ryssa's chuckling shifted into an upbeat giggling, as she was not able to restrain herself as well as Starania in that regard. Still ducked behind Takaku she tells him, "Cos that's not the way she wants it...She wants to have them with ya the way humans normally do, gettin' all naked and sweaty, and then nine months later...POP...out comes a little cryin' baby."[-

Ryssa- "Don't birds and bees a god that's not..." Alphamai grumbles. Takaku's skin turns human pink, his hair black, and he gets bright blue eyes like a human. He lets out an uncomfortable grunt as he normally wears pants not meant for dangly bits. He's extremely handsome, his hair like its out of a Disney movie and both Alphamai and Starania sort of stare at him, mouths open, their loins unsettled. Takaku gropes at his pants a bit.
"Why like humans? I'm uncomfortable in this form." Takaku whines. "Plus, I don't like getting sweaty...eh and my skin smells weird." He adds sniffing at his arm. He shakes his head in disapproval before changing back into his normal form. Both Starania and Alphamai reach out towards him, letting out a whine.
"No!...damn..." Both say in unison. Alphamai eyes Starania a bit.
"You've already got yours...don't be greedy." Alphamai growls. Starania shrugs her shoulders a bit then grins innocently.
"Yeah, but y'know...I can't window shop a bit?" Starania teases.

-]Ryssa watches the blue god's transformation with a similar sort of wonder as the other two women. Her interest, however, was more for the sake of the transformation itself and not what he'd turned into. Getting back to her feet and rising to her full height, Ryssa walks around Takaku, over to the deer woman as she banters wiht her daughter. "Well you don't have to worry about me, Alphy," she said, putting a hand on the woman's arm, "I don't even window shop. My interest's in the ladies rather exclusively, and I've got a great one already." Ryssa winked at the woman, pecked Alphamai on the cheek, and then headed back over to Sansa. Assuming she made it back tot he zebra girl, Ryssa would giggle and whisper to it, "Totally worth it..."[-

Ryssa- Sansa takes an arrow right between the eyes with such a force it tears her head straight from her neck, flies into a nearby wall, and splatters from the impact. Alphamai readies another arrow and aims it at Ryssa. "I'm sorry, I blacked out there for a moment, it happens when lesser beings touch me and call me 'Alphy'. It's 'Lady Alphamai', and if you don't want to come back a hairless rodent-toad, you'd be wise to practice saying it." Alphamai threatens.
Takaku stands there awkwardly, sort of frowning because he had different plans for what he'd turn Ryssa into if she were to become a denizen. "Could she still have the horns...?" He asks. Alphamai shakes her head, her eyes locked on Ryssa's head, waiting for her to say it.
"Leave 'er be mum. I don't call ya that either." Starania informs. "Besides, I plan on recruiting this lot to my crew, I'd have no interest in a hybrid like the one you just described."
"Stop talking like that Starania or once her head is off I'll take yours off too." Alphamai warns. Starania shrugs a bit, walking over to Finn who she hugs close in case her mother decides to just start killing everyone.

-]Ryssa's words had just left her mouth when the arrow practically made her lover's head explode. She turned around, pretty steamed over what just happened, and a little too in shock to really care what happened next. "Look, b***h-tits," she hissed, "I don't care who the ******** you think you are, what your position is, or how 'bad' you are...You can take that arrow and ride it till your dusty, cobweb-ridden hole starts to feel again."[-

Ryssa- Alphamai lets out a laugh, and lowers her bow slightly, releasing the arrow which takes off Ryssa's leg. "Oh see, now I'm going to make this slow." She comments, walking calmly over to Ryssa as she nocks another arrow. Her hoof slams down on the wound, hard enough to slow the bleeding so she can't bleed out too fast. She points her bow at Ryssa's head. "Your choice girl. My lord doesn't like it when I kill his pets, and you'll recover come morning from this wound, but I won't hesitate.
"I'd do as she says, I have better plans for you, but I can't have someone insulting my dear Alphamai, she puts up with enough from me. Sansa will be fine come morning and so will you, I applaud your pride, but stupidity bores me." Takaku informs with a shrug, already eyeing the blood splatter on the wall.
"Lady Alphamai I beseech thee to reconsider your onslaught. Yes, a commander must train their troops to be respectful of their leader but she obviously does not view you as such, and to kill a trainee for a minor insult is frowned upon especially when they show great promise to the Lord of the land. Am I wrong to suggest that by killing this...girl...that you wouldn't ultimately be going agains the wishes of the Lord? That I do believe, is punishable by death, especially as it could be called treason." Titiani (R) pipes up. Her golden eyes locked with Alphamai's when she looks up. Alphamai eyes Titiani, but lowers her bow. They stand there for a moment, Alphamai trying to figure out a response but she merely slams her hoof down on Ryssa's leg, the wound closing itself but the leg still missing.
"I would never do anything to be labeled a traitor to Lord Takaku, but she's not a soldier, and she's not mine to train. A peasant who steals from the Lord, is also killed, and by stealing my Lord's dignity, I can justifiably kill this girl." Alphamai retorts, she keeps her leg on Ryssa's to keep her pinned in case she crawls away. "What say you to that?"
"She didn't steal the Lord's dignity, she merely insulted the pride of his steward." Titiani (R) responds. Alphamai points the bow at her. "You would shoot me though you know my words are right? Look at Lord Takaku, tell me his dignity has been..." Titiani (R) starts, but when they both look over at Takaku he's patting his crotch in a curious fashion. He looks up at the two of them then looks around a bit like he wasn't just doing that. "I meant...in literal terms not in...uhm *cough* that term. Regardless, you can't simply go killing off all the unpaid mercenaries for not giving respect they haven't been paid to give."
Alphamai sighs but releases Ryssa as she puts her bow away. "You speak well for a circus girl."
"I was a knight in life, this 'circus girl' merely wanted my family to hear my voice for the last time. She ended up with more than she bargained for." Titiani (R) responds. She stands proud and noble like a knight would. "And, I was good at what I did, despite my...new body. I am the same in mind."

-]If the loss of her lover's head wasn't shocking enough, now her own leg had been blown off. It was so sudden that even as she fell to the ground from being off balance she still didn't even feel it. Really the pain didn't kick in until Alphamai had walked all the way over and stomped on the remains of her leg. The intese pain made Ryssa gasp loudly, but she didn't cry out, nor did she beg. The drow woman simply stared daggers up at the woman and the bow aimed at her head. She was honestly surprised when the male voice of Titiani's interjected, trying to talk the rabid deer down. Though Ryssa couldn't agree withe very thing he was saying, it appeared to be working....She was also in far too much pain to complain. When she was released and the drawn weapon was slung once more, Ryssa pulled herself up into a sitting position. The pain was becoming intense and throbbing by this point, so she scrawled a glowing rune on the bloody stump to help assuage some of the pain. Ryssa looked up at Titiani, grateful for getting this alive and being able to save face while doing it.[-

"All in all you should at least apologize to the woman." Titiani (R) suggests to Ryssa. "As Takaku said, pride is good, but you shouldn't be blinded by it. A seasoned warrior knows this, a foolish one fertilizes the ground. Or in this case, the castle's carpet."

"It is unsightly to see..." Takaku grumbles a bit. He waves his hand and the blood splattered around disappears. "Not so much the blood either..." He adds with a bored sigh. He walks over to Alphamai and gives her a kiss on the cheek. "But I do enjoy watching you fight misguidedly for my honor." He comments before walking over to his throne and plopping down in the seat. Alphamai keeps her eye on him, smiling a bit as if all her anger was taken away.

"We're back to tolerating each other I suppose." Starania answers. She watches the scene ahead of them and sighs a bit. "I remember when I would get my leg shot off...good times...good times..." She comments, resting her head on Finn's. "So, we'll be buying a peg leg for her...already looking very piratey. And I'll probably take the eyes out of the cross dresser. Elves make good steel...given that's in this realm...but he might come of use. And the large one would make a good hat rack." She states, pointing from group member to group member.

-]Ryssa was still pretty pissed at losing her leg, even though it didn't hurt as much any more....it was still pretty damn inconvenient though. That being said, the man version of Titiani insisting that she apologize forfeited any rights to her gratitude. So, grabbing her glaive, Ryssa pulled herself up on one leg. The weapon was held tightly in one hand and used temporarily as a crutch. Once Takaku had flopped back into his throne, she addressed him. "So...You mentioned that you had something you wanted us to do, but you never gave us any real details about where we needed to go for it," she said. Angry as she was about losing the leg, Ryssa wasn't going to hold it against Takaku. It was really her own fault, she knew....and it was Alphy that did it, so those two were who she was mad at.[-
