Evelyn rubbed her head and winced. "Was I really asleep that long?" She looked around herself, slightly bewildered. "I didn't know I could sweat either. It's new." She grunted and sat back down again. "I.. don't really know what happened. Couldn't have been a dream because I don't have them. Or either I do and I just don't remember them."

*Shortstraw took a seat, "Well thats commen. Having dreams you cant remember when you wake up. Everyone has those." He nodded with a smile, "you are defently becomeing more... living like every day. Soon your even be using the bathroom." He laughed at his joke. As clueless as he was. "Well i wouldn't both keria, she's really tired today and she in the office just kinda doing her thing. So i guess it's just us again today." He nodded, "Maybe kirro too. I was thinking of doing a sripp for the members. Kinda like a test." He shrugged, "I need ideas though."

Evelyn however thought to herself. What if she really was becoming more human every day? When and at what point would it stop? Could she slow it down or stop it altogether? It wasn't something anyone could answer. She was in a unique situation. "That's a good idea. Most of them haven't had much work in a while." She frowned. "Then again some of them aren't even here at the moment, so you know." Evelyn lifted her head and looked to the door. "I actually can't sense Kiera's aura at the moment." She shrugged. "Must be out, then."

*Shortstraw shied, "well... thats true they arn't all here, and it's sorta like a vacation time for all of them. Even more so i know soflora an't up to the task. I think kirro would be the only one left to do anything." He chukkled, "Which makes drills pointless if only one person." He then blinked, "Huh she didn't tell me she was leaving. Eh maybe she had a urgent message or somthing come up. As i promesed, i'm not involved in the country stuff." He chukkled, "though if she dosn't come home by nightfall then i'll worry."

Evelyn nodded. "Yeah, I think she's just in town." But she couldn't help but wonder what for. "I guess we're back to the drawing board again, then." She stared at him for a few second before she rubbed her eyes again and pulled the blanket back over her. "Being bored is nothing new. I used to sit around all night to wait for you guys to wake up for gods sake." She shrugged. "Any suggestions to fill in the time?"

*Shortstraw thought about it, "well... theres always just working in the hideout or doing the rounds again looking for DD. But since your on board... i'm sure we can come up with somthing..." He then made a face, "Hey we havn't trained in a while. You use to teach me stuff, and i admitt i've really gotten lazy, so i need to get up to par again." He suggested, however he was unsure that counted as somthing fun, he figured she ment somthing fun. But it's all that he could think of at the moment.

Evelyn snickered. "Sorry to break it to you but you'll never get to my level." She stood up and stretched her arms above her head. "But why not, sounds good to me. I always used to love watching to fall on your face." She grinned and pointed to the door. "After you, miss. Ladies first." She taunted already.

*Shortstraw chukkled, "Oh well then i guess that means you." He suddenly grabbed her hand and swung her to the doorway as he would walk behind her, "heh heh, keep in mind i'm a man now. I'm not the same wimpy kid i was before... now i'm a wimpy man. Theres a diffrence!"
Meanwhile the three were headed through the jungle as cresent lead them to a cliff and squatted down, "alright here it is. THe whole reasion we went through everything." Down int he trees was a huge base, there were no trucks or movment outside either, everything seemed internal, "It's called a hive." Moon nodded, "hives are owned by a corperation that uses humans as test subjects. We noticed a crest while int he war, these people are the same enemys involved with the yokai bombing and stuff." Cresent nodded, "They have prizenors inside waiting to be rescued, one in perticular i'm after. Security will be tight once inside. Some are really buisy, others are manly computer ran with only a security team. You ready?"

Evelyn rolled her eyes as they walked down the stairs and outside. "Which is why I referred you as a lady and not a little girl. See how charitable I am to you Shortstraw?" She laughed until they came to the open training field where Evelyn stood a couple of meters away from him with her hand on her hip. "All right Shortstraw. I promise I'll go easy on you. Maybe." She grinned. "Come at me."
Dante nodded enthusiastically as he pumped his fist into the air. "Easy peasy!" That had almost become his catchphrase now. Well he'd said it enough times, although it wasn't the coolest of things he could say. "I'm guessing we're being stealthy." He frowned. "Which means I can't storm it all." That was his favourite thing to do when coming up to enemy bases.

*Cresent nodded as she got around the cliff edge, "we can slide down here. And no donte, we will hav eto face each obstical when it comes. As i said this is the real stuff. People die if we are not carful. Moon, your just a tag along, if you want you can wait behind." Moon shook her head, "No way. you know I have to around if eithe ro fyou get injurred while in there, else you two wouldn't get back. And just like that the three would carfully make there way down to the base.
Meanwhile shortstraw nodded as he took a stance and let his aura loose, which maybe keria could feel maybe not. As he did so his armor spread alover his body and he pulled out his demon dagger, the only dagger to trully damige demon flesh. "I hope your ready then." He suddenly used his speed of light, to slash at evelyn, expecting a dodge, he would then attempt to slam a lightning covered fist through her lower area.

Evelyn teleported behind him and kicked him down while he was in momentum. "Uh-uh~" She wagged her finger at him. "You know when Demons feel threatened they just teleport everywhere to aggravate their enemy. It really works as a taunt. Gets the other person really frustrated and sluggish." She spun around on one foot and folded her arms across her chest. "Demons are really good at annoying people, as you know from being around me." She disappeared again, expecting another attack as she was suddenly about twenty meters away from him.
Dante went along with it and restrained himself to stay in his human form while they were here. He couldn't even fathom the temptation to run everywhere killing everything though. Maybe that was an unhealthy obsession or just a Guardians distaste for Yokai. He didn't know. But dwelling on it didn't help.

*Cresent lead the group to a outter wall and motioned them to move to a window as she peered inside, "This one is a underbase i bet. Meaning the top floors about empty and full of security." She turned to donte, "Thing aobut these guy, is they only use inside stuff. THe thing they dont ever think about though, is that all we have to do is desable it. In the window i can see the camra's control room. We can use that to locate, and make it easyer on us getting in." She looked in the window with donte, "it's however in room near the center of this area. If we break a window the alarm will go off. So we need a way to get to that spot from out here. Any ideas?"
Meanwhile Shortstraw smiled, "Oh i know, which is why i have somthing prepaird for your teliporting thing." He held up his arm with the chain spear, however there was a small string the seemed to run to evelyns foot, "Try that on for size." She wouldn't even have time to react as he would use his speed to appear from above and slam his dagger down on her, and wherever she tiloprted it would now teliport him also becuse of the string, and each time she teliported, was each time he got closer, and kept attacking untill he was close enough the trick wouldn't work anymore.

Evelyn didn't try that out. Instead she faced his attack full on, and caught his arm, the edge of the dagger just inches away from her face. "Demon hunters are coming up with nifty tricks each day huh?" She grinned. "Well that's teleporting out of the way. Now for our insane strength." She just held him there and if he tried with his other arm she just grabbed that too. "Have anything prepared for this?" She clamped her hands on his arms and threw him back a few hundred feet.
Dante frowned. "I'm not all that used to.. being sneaky and stuff." This experience however would teach him more about it. Unfortunately he couldn't teleport like his sisters. Oh how he wished he had that ability now. It really annoyed him how they had so much more capabilities.

*Shortstraw tumbled a bit before finally he flipped to his feet and slid, he then did the same as before to get close to evelyn, but this time he pulled out both his pistols, when close, but not close enough she could grab him, "Then i use bullets." However he swtiched the bullets with little rubber shots that couldn't hurt a fly. He didn't want to actully hurt evelyn... not with high powered alutmatc bullets in her face.
meanwhile suddenly the inside of the base started glowing red as the alarms went off, creset was quick to react by drawing her swords, but only to find that they weren't after them. Instead the security team headed to a diffrent room where somthing else seemed to enter. This gave them the advantage, "Thats our chance, Donte your faster, get to the camra room, in the red light it will be harder to see a speeding wolf. GO!" She replied as the came to a side door.

Evelyn snickered and melted into acid as she moved under Shortstraw's legs and reanimated behind him. "We morph. And it's technically not called teleporting either because it's just changing our shape." Her mouth neared his neck and her breathing was hot. "And then you have these Demons who are willing to do anything to get out of a sticky situation. Make the target freeze in a spot which will easily lead to the demons escape." She carefully licked his neck as she pressed up against him. She froze, then bounced away. "Jesus. Sorry I got a little carried away there." She glanced away with a red face.
Dante nodded and quickly changed to a wolf to charge his way through the rooms to get to the camera room in a flash. He agreed, it was so much easier with the chaos although it did disorient him a little. When he skidded inside and shifted back he was relieved to find no one in there. He began to press buttons and then gave up with that and just ripped out the wires, turning off all the electrical systems in the area that was connected.
