Suna - Konoha - Kiri = Tight Alliance. Just think of it, the Kazekage with his two students ruling the villages alive. Such, if you look deeply at it, Suna rocks. Therefore, as long as Deil and Misuki will be Mizukage/Hokage, no war shall happen.

Katon/raiton, I've learn from experience that being able to send electricity through your blade is invaluable

If you were to fight with Konaha, then he would just take a couple of genin with him while me and Haseo sit in Suna and wait for Kiri twisted
Havik can even make the Genin look like him and Haseo, though hits and what not. Though you would still be able to see them.
@Meta: You kinda think the same about the Konaga, and I was talking more about just Havik, not him and his demon. He make your Hyguua almost useless. (Kenzo to since he learns Haviks style.)

I think I can answer that, the fact that he's a Konaga, his chakra fluxes so wildly that a Hyuuga can't seal off those chakra points like they normally could.
