It can happen...and I gauged that considering ALL options would be the best way to solve this riddle...even if such ideas have their source as a toy. <.< Understand...this is a special circumstance. For the well-being of those here...I will overlook your obviously bountiful flaws. >.>

Warrax1 Hello people. I see we still have had no luck in tracing such a dastardly criminal. Ooh, what nerve he has to hide from us. If I ever catch him...grrr. Something did occur to me as I read through our latest clues. All these deaths have so far been quite violent. I do note that there has been no sign of a murder weapon...and all three deaths differ in some aspect. They have gotten progressively more violent. Perhaps the theory of an axe-killer holds some water. Mayhap the next death will involve such a thing. Most likely this beast is becoming more desperate as time passes. Its motive must involve something in the future. Perhaps it is a fear of discovery...or is it something else entirely? *looks at watch* I do think we are running out of time before the next victim appears. There was a space of about 2 days after the first death. The next incident will likely be soon. We need to step up our efforts I think. Such a blight cannot be allowed to roam free in our beloved...guild. @ Tasn Perhaps your assumption that supernatural entities not being involved is accurate. After all, anything with an intent to murder is liable to make people uncomfortable. Logic can describe much of the events. I still say we give it some thought. Some of the wounds are not consistent with conventional methods. Claws for instance...that is not usual. ...unless of course...the killer is trying to make us think exactly that? So then...different weapons to cause confusion amongst us? Whats your take on it? I agree on the violent killings part. It seems that eack killing is more grusem than the last. The clues in the past also said that this was all for "revenge", but for what? I believe that the first killing was for revenge, and the other two victums were innosent bistanders that just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. I think the next person to ... die... is... the person who witnessed nesphi's death (sorry, might be wrong name ^-^")

Now that I've gotten over my shock, allow me to address the question you posed. I believe that the murderer probably wants us to think it is supernatural merely because it would cause more panic and confusion. The different weapons is an ill attempt to hide their true identity and the supernatural perhaps is in the spirit of the upcoming holiday. A rather sick little take on the festivities. This is far too messy for something supernatural, in my opinion. I think something supernatural would take more care. There is too much evidence left behind and nothing that can't be explained by logic. If it was something supernatural, then I have to say whoever this was to be a complete amateur at this serial killing business.
