Well your good to go but you need a diffrent custom weakness being a loner dosnt really hinder you in any way, unless of course you always tell you Kage or master or w/e the case is that you only work alone. If thats the case then your fine.

I'd like to make a note... Sinner, you have too many kunai/makibish/other things... That's too much for one person to carry, unless of course their hardcore weapon users. Also, working alone isn't a weakness, so you're going to have to change it. And about the Cunning thing, I think you should change it to durability. What your saying about your RPC is that he lacks the ability to make good traps and such, as well as sneak around with skill.

Personality: Hiruma is a lazy kid, he only picked up a sword to shut his dad up, but once he started using it he fell in love with it. He dosn't really pick fight or look for somone to train with he normaly does it alone however if somone ever says he can't fight he dosn't mind proving them wrong.
Behavior: Alone:If Hiruma is alone he is sleeping training or laying down being lazy.
Around others he tends to either complain about being bored or try to find somthing to do.
In Battle Hiruma acts totally diffrent, he wears a mask to seal his identiny and never speaks to his opponent unless it is absolutly needded. If he is only sparing or shutting somone up he tends to make fun of them during the fight.
Backstory: On Hirumas 10th birthday his farther gave him a katana and said "Now son you are gonna inroll in the ninja acadamy" Hiruma was stunned and didn't want to go, he wanted to sit back watch some clouds and sleep buuuut noooooo his dad made him train and train and train. To Hiruma's surpise he loved the sword and he loved the training, altho he hated the school work wich lead to bad grades, but he graduated and on his way home he descovered his power over the ice element and decided to keep it a hidden from all he could keep it hidden from.

Hey Havik, question! Are you gonna apply for the Hyuuton clan since the ability to use ice should only be reserved for that clan.

Give me a sec, just double checking everything.
Alright, done. Made a few minor edits and such but nothing that really affects you. My only concern atm, is the number amount of flash and smoke bombs your rpc is carrying. Those things are sorta heavy and don't forget he's also carrying shuriken and the like. Might weight him down a bit too much. How about toning down the numbers a bit?

Mmk Mind if I drop the Makibishi instead of lowering the number of bombs? Think that will lower the weight seeing as I wont be carrying any senbon either.

The thing is, makibishi are sorta like tacs, they don't weight much. I know bombs are more useful but 25 might be a bit much. how about 15 in total. Trust me, even 15's already a pretty high number but seeing how you're really instant on them, 15.
