Evelyn’s eyes fluttered open. She heard shouting. Lots of it. What was going on…? Where was she? The boat…what had happened? She remembered falling. And something about the Overseer. And blood. Lots of blood. Something about her ankle. But that was silly, her ankle felt fine now. If she could just think straight, she was sure everything would make sense.
But that shouting. What was it? She heard someone being reprimanded. But what for? Oh, Overseer, if this headache would just go away…
She wiggled, trying to get out of whoever’s arms were holding her. She needed to know what was happening. Was she getting kidnapped? Was someone else getting kidnapped?
But she knew these arms. It was Harata. *No! I don’t want you!!! Where’s the Sentinel? Where’s the Overseer? Where’s Lorika? Anyone else!* She wrenched herself free from the arms, landing on her a** before moving towards the trio in the sand, to try and observe the scene. She was standing back, making sure that none would see her. She didn’t want to disturb whatever was going on. Although the words that the scary dark grey colored man did not make sense to her, she understood the anger in his voice. Directed at the Overseer. She saw Lorika—wonderful Lorika, who she just knew had to have saved everyone. But something was wrong. Loirka was upset. Why? Evelyn didn’t know, but she knew that this was a reason to cry, mixed with the scary man yelling at the Overseer. A few tears fell, and she prayed that the three would just continue—she didn’t know what was happening, but she was so scared….

(( A NOTE: Jessie isn't actually yelling. He's not a very yelly person, unless the situation completely demands it. And he's about 50 metres away from the group. And it's dark.
Just because everyone seems to know what's going on everywhere even though it's kind of illogical o__O ))

Be good...
Lorika hadn't heard or seen anything that was going on, dark as it was and as consumed as she was in her sobbing. But then the sound of Evelyn falling caught her attention. She heard crying that wasn't her own.
She blinked her tearful eyes, and saw Evelyn staring at her in despair and adoration. "Oh!" she choked.
And then the woman fell to her knees and wrapped her acolyte in a big, if a little shaky, hug.
...and you will be lonesome.

(( We can probably hear VOICES... just not... yelling, and the precise words that are being said. I think he wouldve meant his speech to be directed AT the overseer for maximum impact anyways. =) *huginu* ))

Evelyn hugged Lorika back, wishing the woman happiness. Through sobs and sniffling, Evelyn managed to get a few words out. “Lor-rika...what’s the matter?”Evelyn hugged Lorika tighter, as if that could help any, trying to comfort her.

The girl sat in the tree and watched the light from her fireworks descend upon the earth. The beach was calm, the night air still except for a slight breeze every once in a while. She was still bored...until she noticed the action taking place below.
"What's this?" she asked.
