Bloodline or Clan applied for: Irezumi Clan
What you know about the clan/bl: Their Ninjutsu and Genjutsu usage is weaker than normal. They utilize tattoos, placed upon them by the Clan Head, with their clan jutsu. They don't use Chakra for their Clan Jutsu, but instead use "Tattoo Charges." They are not allowed to be auto-ranked. Can't have full body tattoos. Self Taught clan jutsu. Head can't have Tattoos using chakra infused ink because it may mess with their mind. Ect...
Rp Sample:

Seizon was wandering the areas of Iwa, searching for someone of course, he was searching for his sister because he had needed a favor from her. He didn't mind going around to ask for a favor from his sister, but it was pretty damn hard to try and find her all the time. He soon came face to face with a few other shinobi. They looked at him, they all seemed to be Academy Students like himself so he figured if they tried anything he would be able to easily take them out. He spoke up, "Excuse me." before attempting to move forwards. He was stopped by the two shinobi that were in front of him. He moved backwards, fixing his red scarf type headband before staring up at the man with his feral yellow eyes. "What do you want?" he asked them before the shinboi would all draw their own swords. "We want you gone, it'll give us less competition to deal with, and since you can't learn genjutsu or ninjutsu as easily as we can, I'm pretty sure we have the upper hand." The larger muscled one would say, this was also the one that had stopped him from walking forwards. A sigh escaped the lips of Seizon as he looked at the men. He would move quickly; he was so fast that the others would be unable to notice his movements. A few hand signs, quick, and unseen due to his speed would be made by Seizon. "Tattoo Style, Hidden Tattoo Blades." He would whispered and with that five blades erupted from the tattoos of his arms. Two on his right, and three on his left, heading up his arms as if they were spikes. Also though, since he using his Tattoo jutsu, though he used up all his charges, he still was able to use chakra, thanks to the fact that the Tattoo jutsu did not use chakra up he would be able to use his jutsu still. Once one of the shinobi rushed at him he would quickly form a hand sign and disappear in a puff of smoke, being replaced by one of the other men. Then he would quickly strike the opponent from behind with his right arm that had blades sticking out of it, and then with his speed he would strike the rest of the shinobi standing. Standing there now he would begin to walk away from the scene. The Tattoo blades that were sticking from his arms would disappear soon, and his Tattoos would all reappear back on his arm. "I may not be as quick with learning them as you are, but either way, your far to weak." The large muscled shinobi would stand up. "W-wait, come back, and fight me." He said trying to ready himself, but then would fall to the ground. Seizon turned around and looked at him for a second. "I'd rather not be responsible for you death." He said as he would turn around and then begin walking again. He had used his charges, he needed some rest in order to get them back, but his chakra was all still good to go, he had only used substitution jutsu. He continued walking slowly so that he could look for his sister.

I dunno if that post is alright, but that's the best I got so far...

Tenchi: Greg informs me that the Kurama Clan is being deleted. Sorry, but it looks like you'll have to find another bloodline.

Akura: Is that really the end of that RP Sample? Its so abrupt.

...all you showed me is a single Crystal Release technique (which doesn't exist on the bloodline description as far as I can tell)... and making a Kunai from crystal. On top of that, your description is lazy. You spent more time babbling about how simple the bloodline is then actually explaining what it can do and what it's limitations are.

You're going to need to do a lot better then that to get this bloodline.

Cobra, because I noticed your application hadn't been looked at yet, and the only mistake I can really see is that you forgot the G in Gnat, I'm gonna approve it for ya.

but if you've noticed it dosen't say that much on the clan's other special abilites other then becomming jelly-like when KOed

You didn't use any of the clan's jutsu. don't tell me there are no listed clan jutsu either...

(Also, stop telling me you got lazy making your application, it only weakens your case.)
