Ikaru ran up to the gates and into the village.Stopping just after entering to wait for Ayame who was a litle behind.She sighed when she finally caught up."Well boy lets go get something to eat."She said.She was hungry.She walked off towards Nikko's.

Blaze walked to the docks as he would look down seeing a boat that would take him back to grass. "We'll here I go." Blaze would jump into the boat as it would begin to sail back to the grass country.

A shadow clone of Tsukasa arrived at the docks. He wanted to speak to the Mizukage, but he was in Cloud at the moment. The clone walked towards the city.

The Anbu guards stepped in front of Tsukasa as they crossed their arms, refusing to let him pass. "HEY! No one is allowed inside without filling out the proper forms!" the guards stated as they pointed at a table nearby. "Now fill it out, and MAYBE we'll let you inside."

Several ANBU gathered in the trees unnoticed and they would not be spotted unless the enemy was a sanin or kage. They each readied a katana for a possible fight. They watched as the other ANBU guards at the gate shouted orders to a new comer.

Reason for coming: Wants to ask Mizukage about any "unwanted" shinobi that may be needed to be ridded of.
Tsukasa filled out the papers and showed them. He noticed the ANBU, but did not let on that he did. Maybe they would be a good fight later on after he got ahold of the Mizukage.

The ANBU guards read the paper, and after several seconds they agreed to let him in. "Remember you will be watched and escorted every second of the way, This is your pass, you are only permitted to the Mizukages office, and the beach unless permitted another place only by the Mizukage. Make sure you show the kage your pass." With that they let him in with 10 ANBU guards following him every step of the way.

Tsukasa sighed. "I will obey your rules and stay within the designated areas. Also, all damage I may cause will be payed in full personally." Tsu then ran past the guard laughing a little and headed to the park.

"Thank you. I'll be on my way." Tsukasa walked towards the village, but as he walked past the guard, he shot a somewhat menacing glance at him. He didn't like ANBU.

Equipment:
-One longbow, quiver filled with arrows, "claimed to be used for self defense".
-Standard Shinobi holster is instead filled with various writing tools, pouch is filled with special paper that unfolds without wrinkles or creases.
Rank: Wandering bypasser, "claims to have no rank as a simple wandering individual such as himself only knows how to use the bow for simple target shooting and attacking."
Reason for coming: Beautiful mist village art~!
Zetsumei filled the paperwork presented to him upon arrival with a rather neat and well practiced handwriting. His fingers naturally sliding across the paper in only a way that a true artist's can. The guard gave him a strange look as he wrote down things such as 'wandering bypasser' for a rank or 'wandering artist' for a village. "Uh, sir....You know that wandering bypasser isn't a rank...correct?" The guard mumbled in a confused voice as he took the completed form from Zetsumei and read it over. "Of corse I know that. But what was I supposed to write? Doesn't know how to fight other than a well placed arrow?" The guard sighed as he scribbled 'claims to have no rank as a simple wandering individual such as himself only knows how to use the bow for simple target shooting and attacking' next to Zetsumei's own handwriting. "Whatever....Move along..." The guard muttered in an uncaring voice, this man obviously wasn't even strong enough to take on one of the genin in this village and he served no real threat other than a sorrowfully aimed shot. "Thank you!" Zetsumei exclaimed as he stepped though the gates, his smile was thankful and his eyes lit up in wonder as he walked though into the misty veil of the village.

The Raikage handed the note to the anbu in a casual manner. However, once they read it and jerked their head up, Hirose was already gone.
