As intended? They get financial compensation proportionate to the amount of actual b***h work involved. I'd also federalize things to make self defense your general responsibility. Women and men would be standard issued military training, then bunkers mortars, AA and the like would be dispersed across my lands to make occupying it look like the worst ******** possible idea in history. Then I'd simply work on free all third world nations from America's financial assassination programs to control the UN, I'd take a steaming duece on france and start slapping them around until they decided to grow up and drop their baggage.

It's so cool that they're able to do that =O I mean, they must use a lot of paint... but the fact that they can actually make it look like whatever random thing it is, is really being worn, it's so cool =D
If only Homer Simpson knew how to do that back on the mayflower =
