The problem has been solved... kinda. But it was just the general question for the future if that happens and I have the originals on my forum, then somebody takes it and posts it on a different test forum on a different date is that possible to report with screen shots?

Only if your screen shots have attached dates that CANNOT BE EDITTED. I cannot stress that last part enough.

Everything can be edited, a date in a screen cap isn't difficult.
You could have PMed a mod (omni I would guess) even without asking the person to remove or not use the style.
I would think that back-end keeps track of edits, because otherwise Gaia would have a lot of problems themselves.

well if they keep track of edits, that's all the proof we need.
think it keep track the same way guilds keep track? I'm a mod in Wolfy's guild, so I went exploring those things =3

As in, Gaia counts all claims at using someone else's work as plagiarism (guild homes, thread starts, any copy), except using RPC images, apparently. I guess no one considers that the poster made the image though, so it isn't a claim of ownership, just of unauthorized use and for that I think they only care when someone complains.

Keeping track of edits doesn't help. You need a record of what was editted. If it just says that #__ post was editted on __ day at __ time, then it could have just been the person making some spelling corrections.

Thanks Lilly. It was an old RP buddy and I gave a moment of doubt on the motive. It was changed somewhat... from my original layout. I wouldn't of minded as much if she would have asked first and gave a bit of credit in small print.
