Kiko vanished from his attacks and appeared in the corner of the arena. He closed his eyes and contacted Snow. 'Snow... Whats wrong... You contacted me but I couldent get the message... Is Surion susually this... persistant?' He thought out to her. There was only an urgant reply. 'KIKO! Come to the northern Courtyard! I dont know who this guy is but he says he knows me!' Came her reply. "Surion! I must stop the fight... Theres Something wrong with Snow at the northern courtyard... You're welcome to tag along but I must assist Miss. Snow now. My apologies..." Kiko quickly ran out the exit suddenly, leaving Surion behind. He knew that it was silly to run away from a fight and he felt bad. Surion seemed so excited to fight him but this was an emergency. If Surion wanted to fight him that bad it would have to wait.

Surions eyes went back to their normal yellowish state. He sheathed his daggers with a small aura around them. As the burning ended his power drained and he seemed not as strong as usual. He fell to his knee's. He wasn't as tired as you would think, he just wanted a breather. He dashed to the exit and decided to start following Kiko... "...Fool... He wasted my time. He shouldn't have battled if he had needed to stay with Snow." Surion said to himself. Surions daggers changed back to their sharp selves.

Ayame smiled, seeing that Kira was a bit happier than before. Seeing other people be happy made her happy. "I know where we can go!" Ayame chirped happily, throwing her hands up in the air excitedly. "We can go to Forestlake Mall! We can get Ki-kun a new shirt there and... Ooh! Then we can go to Nymphadora's Cafe!" She suggested. She had never bwwn to either of these places, but she had heard of them. She had always wanted to go to the mall.

Daisuke blinked a few times. "Um, Aya-chan, will they let me in the mall topless?" He asked. He had heard that in human malls, people couldn't go in without shirts, pants, shoes, or if they had animals. Then again, he wasn't human, neither was Kira, and he didn't know about Ayame, but she seemed human.

"Hmm... That could be a problem..." She blinked, reaching into her small backpack that she had been carrying. She pulled out a pink shirt with a teddy bear on it and slipped it over Daisuke's head. She giggled, clapping her hands. "Now you can go in!!" She chirped.

Daisuke looked horrified. He looked at the shirt that just barely fit. "Y-your kidding me! I can't wear this!!" He complained, his face turning bright red. "This is a girly shirt! Guys don't wear teddy bears!"

"But if you don't wear it, you can't go in the mall! Then you can't buy a shirt!"

"Fine. Never again, I tell you, never again."

"Okay! let's go!"

Kira smiled back at Ayame, ears perked and tilted slightly towards the girl as she spoke. Her head tilted slightly as she blinked. A mall? What was a mall...? She paused, eyes widening very slightly in realization. Were they those... weirds stores made of little stores stuck together? She blinked a couple times and then looked back at Ayame before glancing over at Daisuke next.

"Malls care about those things?" she asked curiously, not understanding why. She didn't even consider the fact they might not like animals, or that you had to wear shoes or couldn't carry around swords. She was in trouble in all three cases. Her green eyes watched as Ayame pulled out a shirt and her eyes widened again. She had to bite down on her tongue to keep from bursting out into laughter as the shirt was stuck onto Daisuke.

She stared at him for a second, forcing herself not to laugh as she smiled at him, noting the color, bear, and size of the shirt. "Ok," he nodded, pushing herself to her feet. But she paused, waiting to see if Ayame knew the way or if she'd have to dig out her map of the school.

Ayame laughed and just grabbed Daisuke's and Kira's hand, skipping out of the arena while pulling them along. She smiled, wondering what the mall was like. Was it fun? Oh well, it sounded fun.

Daisuke made a strange noise, knewing that he would be laughed at.

This sucks.

(Next stop, Forstlake Mall!)

Kira smiled, allowing herself to be tugged along by Ayame again. It was really strange, letting this girl who she was over ten years older than lead her around everywhere. And this girl seemed to know more about a lot of things than she did, like malls. She felt a little odd, but at the same time didn't mind. She shifted Kurri in her one armed hold as she followed after her and Daisuke, her ears twitching at the noise the young boy made. She didn't have anything with her though, so she couldn't really help much. She still hadn't thought about the problems of her sword, shoes, and cat. Hopefully this mall would be strange and wouldn't mind.

*Wolfsbane sits at the edge of the abyss arena, playing his guitar. A black figure of a woman surrounded by a purple haze dances quickly before him in mid air, circled by a dragon and a small ghostie. A yeti leans against his back, sleeping contently, it's breathing regular and smooth. With every chord, the vapors of the arena swirl. His eyes are closed, enjoying the feel of the energy surging around him to his tune.

((I figured you would eat that "Flaming" thing up. But i did not say they were Flaming I said they seemed to be flaming wings.))

"My wings are made of Fire you say? Well I could see how you would come up with that assumption. They do have that appearance yes. But there is a rather big difference between Fire and Raw Energy my friend. The biggest with your 'they'll be useless cause we are in a water arena' doesn't apply here. Energy will continue to flow and burn despite how much water you throw at me." Jeg then floated to the edge of the jail. "So whip up your storm if you wish. You've made your choice. So now I will illuminate your way."

Jeg then wrapped himself in his wings and plunged through the wall of the jail Razzer had made; water evaporating instantly as it hit his wings of raw energy as he past through. He spread them wide; which at full spread was a good 15 feet from tip to tip. He shot up to just under the roof of the arena and looked down at Razzer, the water churned under him. With his eyes glowing a brilliant shade of violet, seeing only the energies of the world and not what human eyes would see; and his left arm glowing up-to his shoulder now he looked down at Razzer. It was time to put this little game to an end. He had refused his offer at a draw so it was time for him to pay the piper. "You brought this on yourself."

From his vantage point he vanished only to reappear the next moment 3 feet in-front of Razzer, with his glowing left hand aimed at Razzer's face. As the gust of wind that followed to announce the speed at which Jeg had moved push the surrounding water back a few feet Jeg spoke 3 words. "Wrath of God."

The instant the last word ended from his hand erupted all the energy he had packed in, compressed and stored into his arm. It engulfed everything from his in-front of him from floor to roof, wall to wall. He did not try to concentrate it straight at Razzer for he did not want to kill him, but Razzer had proven to be a slippery squid and he did not want to leave anything to chance.

((Thats 5 Posts of charging now. It may not be the usual 9 I like to use most of the time but it still packs all the punch I need it to. As I said in my post I did not concentrate it so that the blast would not kill you but at the same-time I'm not leaving you much in the way of maneuvering room. This is a finishing blow. Even if you decide to attack me with the attack you are charging ,it does not have 5 posts worth of power behind it. You can send it at me if you wish; I will not deny this attack will be taxing on Jeg. Not as much so as if he had not brought out his wings, but still taxing. Thank you for the enjoyable fight, You are the first in almost a year that made me actually work hard in a fight. I hope we can try this again sometime.))

((You post like it's over. A fighter never gives up.))

Jeg brought his wings out, and told Razzer that they weren't made of fire, they were actually raw energy. "I never planned to douse your wings," Razzer responded. "I planned to douse you."

"So whip up your storm if you wish. You've made your choice. So now I will illuminate your way." Jeg finished. He smashed through the jail with incredible force, evaporating the water which had bound him. He flew up to the roof and looked at the mage. Razzer caught a glimpse at his opponent's eyes - glowing violet - before he vanished and, moments later, rematerialised in front of Razzer. His left hand was glowing brilliantly, and aimed directly at Razzer's face. The squid-man didn't catch what his opponent said, as he was too busy concentrating on the few crucial seconds that it would take to summon his technique. He would have very, very little energy remaining after this, but hopefully enough to partially dodge his opponent's supercharged fist. The water in the arena errupted into energy, becoming more and more violent. With a last yell, Razzer pulled off two techniques at once. This came at almost the exact moment that Jeg released his fist. Maybe, just maybe, he's timed it right.

Then, three things happened. First, only a split moment before the second, Razzer opened a tunnel in the water directly below him, which would drop him below the surface. Just as he began to fall, Jeg's inhuman punch was launched at where Razzer's face was. But, Razzer's technique was ready, and with a rumble loud enough to quake the entire school grounds, an enormous sea-serpet grew out of the water behind him and launched itself at Jeg, right into the path of his oncoming fist.

There was a massive explosion of energy as Jeg's glowing hand contacted the serpent. Like Jeg's hand, Razzer's serpent was pumped full with energy, almost all that he had in store. Razzer managed to drop just low enough in the tunnel of air that he was hit by neither the serpent nor his opponent's punch, but the explosion resulting in the two energies colliding caused a gargantuon shockwave, dissolving almost all the water in the arena and sending Razzer crashing violently into the empty stone bottom of the arena.

Completely and utterly drained of all energy, Razzer lay broken on the bottom of the arena, what little water that was left lapping at his sides. He didn't even have the energy to raise his head and look around to see what befell Jeg.

"Did it work?" Razzer thought drowsily, and it was with this last thought that Razzer delved into unconciousness.

Souno stepped out of the hotsprings and ran a hand through his wet hair. He was frusterated by August's mood, but he just didn't have to words to cheer her up right now. It was all so different here away from the forest. He shook his head and watched as drops of water fell towards the ground, but he froze them before they hit and caused them to spin around him slowly, reflecting the sun. Rainbows danced accross the cement path as he walked towards the gates and saw his brother off to one side. He really felt the need to just expend all of his energy. "Maybe I'll go to the Arena...." He wandered over in that direction and looked around him at the people there. "And now i just need a person to spar with...."

PostPosted: Sun Sep 03, 2006 5:16 pm

Tchai stood up from the grassy patch of grass near the arena where he had fallen asleep staring up at the sun. "I need somewhere to be, how about the arena!" He rolled up onto his back and sprung up onto his feet. He looked over at the entance and saw his brother looking around. "Hoo rah! A nice spar with my 'wonderful' brother! I can't wait to see him bleed." He rolled his eyes and strolled over to Souno, "Looking for a partner?"

Souno looked over at Tchai and sighed, "It's about time that we simply fought here. I hear they have a forest arena here. Let's crank up the rain and turn on a storm. We'll duke it out till inability to move or otherwise." He looked Tchai up and down before walking over to the arena.

Tchai followed his brother and once they got to the arena he cranked the rain to downpour, spun the wind up, and let loose the thunder and lightning. He felt a cold wind blow past him and watched the trees blow. "Just like home, eh?"

Souno didn't even look back at Tchai as he stepped into the forest and was soon jogging between trees and felt the rain soaking him, but the cold didn't matter. He was already to cold to be bothered by anything so trivial as rain. He came to a clearing and stopped and sat cross legged in the center. The rain building up on his skin and starting to freeze.

Tchai glared at his brother as he disappeared into the forest. He took after him and was soon soaked, with the steam rolling off of him from where the cold drops hit him on his skin. He put his hands up and fire whirled around them to engulf his body and illuminate the paths ahead of him.

Souno stood, his body was covered in ice from shoulder to foot. His head was bare, and his hair was in icy strands. His eyes peered ice blue and matched the tone of his shoulder plates that curved up from his shoulders like horns and seemed to be seemlessly connected to his arms and hands. He looked lithe despite the added bulk of the ice and he wore a swinging cape of ice that blew with the wind. He stepped out of the clearing and headed into the darkness.

Tchai looked around at the forest, "This will take far too long." He held his hand up to his eyes and when he lowered it his eyes pulsed red. The world was suddenly mostly black except for a few spots among the trees where heat gathered. He was looking for his brother, and he was damned if he wouldn't find him.

Souno held his hand up to his eyes and concentrated, he knew that his brother would be using his useless heatvision here. He also knew that he had the opposite of heat vision and could see things from the amount of cold that they put off, and in this forest, his brother would stick out like a sore thumb because of his high body heat. He opened his eyes and they pulsed an icy blue that immediately picked out the form of his brother approximately two hundred yards away from him. He nimbly created footholds up a tree next to him and scaled the tree to its branches where he sprung from branch to branch towards his brother.

Tchai damned his brother's low body heat and stopped looking for him. He simply released multiple streams of flame in all directions and watched them weave their way through the trees. The intensity of the flame was great enough to evaporate the water on the trees. He was now surrounded by light and his brother could never creep up on him. Tchai laughed at his brother's stupidity in accepting this offer for a duel.

Souno sat above Tchai and watched him relax, sure that he wouldn't be snuck up on. He knew that with one blow the battle could be over, but he didn't want it to be that easy. He slolwly lowered himself behind his brother and dropped into the moss around the base of the tree. He extended his hands and watched as ice surrounded his brother's feet without touching them. He held out his right hand and felt ice solidify into a tall quarter staff that he held firmly in his hand. He reached forward and tapped his brother on the shoulder.

Tchai felt the hand on his shoulder and spun around, lashing out with his foot. Suddenly he was falling, having slipped on the ice, but caught himself on ths slippery surface. He rolled away from his brother and sprung to his feet, fire flinging from his hands. "How did he do it!?"

Souno's staff whirled as the fire glanced about it, he was spinning it fast enough that he could practically see Tchai clearly through the wiz of it's ends. He grew tired and concentrated as he released his grip on the staff. It remained spinning in the air, and was soon moving fast enough that no fire was seeping through it. He pushed it back towards Tchai and watched as his flames rebounded back on him.

Tchai pushed all his might into the fire, but he was nervous. His brother's staff was a formidible thing to deal with. He quickly sent out two trailers of fire around either side to distract him. He hadn't bargined on his brother sneaking up on him.

Souno glanced at the trailers coming towards him, and dodged out from behind his staff before letting it slip out of the way of the stream of flame. It hit the tree behind him and set it ablaze despite the rain and ice coating its surface. He extinguished the flames with two swipes of his staff before turning back to his brother.

Tchai straffed behind a tree and sprinted away into the darkness, he wasn't going to win this skirmish. He looked around with his heat vision and spotted an intensely hot area some distance into the forest. He stepped out and was amazed at what he saw. It was a giant tree that seemed to be livid with fire. It stood easily fifty feet across and at least a hundred feet high. He was amazed that they had one here, the only other ones he had ever seen had been back home in the Amazon. He stepped up to the tree and put his hand on its surface and felt the fires inside pulse against his skin, wanting him to be theirs. "Not today, but I will use you to descimate my brother." He envisioned the fires consuming the forest and he felt the earth raze beneath his face and the trees nearest to it erupted into flames.

Souno followed Tchai slowly, he wasn't in a hurry. Suddenly heat blotted out his vision and radiated out from the center of the forest. "What?" He stood stunned as trees erupted into flames in concentric circles from a large source of heat. "This is too much Tchai..." He shook his head and ran, it was all he could do. As the ice fell from his body and he ran faster he knew what he was going to do. He was going to go back to the hot springs and cheer up August. It was alot easier than killing his brother today.

Tchai's world was livid with flames, it was too much for him. Too much power to take in. He was sucked into the tree where he was infused with even more fire and his world went black.

((next posts in hotsprings and hospital. haha....poor tchai....))

((I hate doing this when a fight was going so well but I'm going to have to ask you to edit your post Razzer, there are afew mistakes with yours.

1) This is not a "Punch" its an energy blast; two very different things.

2) Because this is an energy blast that I state fills the room, dropping below the surface of the water would not save you. I state in my post "from floor to roof, wall to wall". Now I also said that by not consintrating the blast and just releasing it the blast would siverlly damage you and not kill you. Thus you can't say I god modded. If you try to claim Auto hit however because of it engulfs everything infront of me, then i have to pose a question. How big is an energy blast that's been charged for 5 posts supposed to be? You could make a sheild of water to lessen the damage some, but its still 5 posts worth of power vs. an instant shield.

3) If you fired off your serpent and it went for my hand, i don't care if its water or energy at best its 2 post storng; it would never come close to touching me. I can say this for certenty for several reasons. First of If we consider that we are of equal strength for a moment, I charged an attack for 5 post and you will hear that alot cause that is the key thing here. You charged yours 1 post and then fired it so we say thats 2 posts strong. Even if I half charge my attack for 5 and you full charge yours for 2 I still over power you by 1/2 a post. Then if you are more powerful then if we argue that you are stronger there is still the matter that you would have to have a heck of a lot more power to 2 post over power my 5 posts.

I think I will leave it at that. Once again I'm sorry but you are going to have to edit that post to fix the problems I've pointed out.))

((1. I realize it's not a punch, per se. It's energy concentrated in that general area, and so it can be described as a punch (how else would you describe it?). 2. I know it filled the room, Razzer was just trying not to get directly hit - which he wasn't - though he is severely injured. 3. His sea serpent would never have made it to you, that I'll admit. But it did disrupt the directness of your energy, and lessened it's effectivity. I feel that I don't need to edit. You can take it from here))

Jin walks towards the gate. "Hmmm how do I work this thing? I want to fight."He said. He then remebered his ID Card. "Oh I forgot about it. I need to use it to get to places." He said to himself. Jin reached into his pocket and took out his ID Card. He then swiped it and pressed on the hologram keypad. Then the gate opened. He walked inside. He seen the arena is it's water stage. He stood on the platform and watched the two guys fight.

((I would classify it as an energy blast like I said. A punch infers I swong at you, and I did no such thing. I simply released the energy and let it flow out of the palm of my hand. But fine if you aren't going to edit your post (i still say it should be but thats beside the point it would seem) then I will end this.))

The water splashed as Jeg walked up to the body of Razzer. His cloths had been burnt alittle at the edges and some burn marks marred his white uniform, but oh well. His wings had disappeared again and seemed as if they never had appeared. He placed the tip of his sword at the neck of Razzer and moved his head around to see how conciouse he was.

"You put up a good fight but it is over now. We should do this again sometime after you recover." Putting Abidon back in its shieth Jeg pointed two fingers at Razzer and he floated off the ground and upto the ledge where the boy Kayato had been watching the fight. Looking up at boy Jeg called up to him. "Boy go and take this man to the hospital so he can recover. I can't port him there and I'm exosted from using so much energy. So take care of him if you will. Dumping him in some water might not hurt." Jeg then went and jumped up to where the exit was himself, After picking up his jacket before making his way for the exit.

He walked out side of the Arena and headed straight for a tree. Taking off the black scarf and placing it inside his jacket he sat down under the tree with his sword laying next to him on his coat and closed his eyes. His left arm tingled almost to the point of burning after firing off so much energy at once. The fight was a good one, and a tiring one. So seeing no reason not to; Jeg closed his eyes and slowly drifted off to sleep.
