Alexa's lips quirked before she made wide, soulful eyes. Turning to Kirra, she said soberly, "He doesn't believe me. I'm hurt. Can't you see my heart breaking?" Turning her attention slowly back to Hyn, the laughter left her face. "What I know is our business. Not yours. If you want to know what I know, then go where I came from and see what you learn."

Gurrin and Mellit walked around to the gates of their village to put the crops in the storage barn, when they saw one of Kray's men with an entire army behind him. Gurrin spoke, exrtemely confused, "Ummmm, what's all this?"

((ok sorry I have not been on apparently accoridng to jerk of a brother that is 28 fixing to be 29 of a brother says "Yes its stupid Gaia that is making the net too slow" I hate having hughes net it sucks because we have a dumb fair policy access.))
Kendra nodded. "Yes I am willing to throw away my kindness, and everything to get revenge for my parents death." Her eyes were fightening tears, and her heart were fightening aganist revenge.

Karshenak grinned and said, "Very well, you have passed my test, I am the Demon Lord Karshenak." With that his body morphed and he reverted to his true self, his coarse hair covering his face to protect the young girl's sensibilities. The place they were in morphed into his castle because he had teleported them both there when he morphed.
Kirra snickered at Alexa's antics and then stepped closer to her, wrapping an arm around Alexa's waist and holding her close.

After exams, I have to start jobs. >.<)) The instant Aura smiled regretfully, she revealed that she had set some sort of verbal test for him with what she had said before. Whether he had passed it or not, her face didn't show. "But that is the real me, Artemis," she said quietly. "I'm not really a very good person. I just behave that way because I've never had the temptation to be anything else." A wry grin came across her face briefly. "I'd like to get to know you, Artemis, but I warn you that I don't have the unexplored depths that you seem to think I do." She spread her arms. "What you see is what you get."

Alexa turned back towards Kirra, lifting a brow as she was pulled to the other woman. Apparently, Kirra had no problem being publicly affectionate - not something Alexa would really have equated with the woman. Well, whatever. She leaned casually back against the redhead with a slight, cocky grin.

Aura smiled shyly. "Well, that works out nicely," she said lightly. "You should come back to the house - Dad was having a massive spaz attack because you were overusing your powers so soon." She grinned. "So, lucky you, you get to spend the next few hours reassuring him that you don't think anything's changed, and no, you don't have a sudden aversion to sunlight, and the wound doesn't itch, and so on. It'll be fun. For me, that is."

Hyn had really not expected it to be like this. did she really believe that he would try and steal, whatever it was they were looking for? he also still had Arashi to worry about. he really didn't know where she stood with Kray. if there was one person as of now that he didn't want to face besides Kray, that person would be her. "this is no joke. its pritty dangerous out here. i'm going in the complete different direction as the 2 of you. i promise that i will not follow you or try and take what ever you trying to find. all i want to know is what you have head. you are with my sister and i have already thought i lost her once. i'm not going through that again." he told Alexa.
Tanis turned to face the 2 brothers. "these are the bandits that have been attacking you. our group believes that no one is born evil so we take in the groups we fight and try and rehabilitate them. once they feel confortable enough, we allow them back into sosiety. its like a second chance to do things the right way. i will understand if you don't want them here but i promise they will not bother you. they can get their own food."

Aura lifted a brow at him. "Definitely pushing your luck," she told him wryly, looking amused despite herself. Then she gave up trying to look serious and broke into a smile. "But the gods hate a coward, right?" Taking his hand, she tilted her head in the direction of the house. "Come on - those hours of questioning aren't going to come to you, Artemis."

Alexa's grin grew wider. "Trust me, my dear," she replied, "Kirra and I look out for each other quite well enough. I've heard that you have to be tough to take it out here, and aside from that it's none of your business." Her cold eyes belied her amused manner. "So you can damn well back off."

(lol. i haven't been able to get on as much because my older sister's home form college)
Hyn was slightly annoyed by the reply but he didn't show it. Kray did save his life when he was younger but at the same time he didn't want too loose his only sister. at the same time, Arashi still on his mind. "ok, i will not ask anymore. i have to get going anyways but before that, could i have a word with you in private Kirra?" he asked.
