Cloud awoke with a start, finding herself on the floor, which hadn't happened in years. She had broken out into a sweat and grown incrreasingly weak.
She struggled to pull herself up to her matress. Reaching under her bed, she searched for the box, HER box.

An ear piercing scream escaped her lips as she noticed quite quickly that it had gone missing.

She couldn't feel it there, and her mind was too weak to search for it.

She slumped to the floor.

So this. . this was what it had come down to. .

This was it. .

Her eyes grew heavy and she felt the tears well up.

Before blacking out, she heard her voice, soft and distant

"No. . "

It took a bit, but Akira finnaly figured out the sign and found out where Cloud's room was. The left hall way. Akira went to the two hall ways. "Which way is left..?" He sat for a moment then did the L trick with his hands. He went over and went to clouds room. He knocked on the door lightly, no reply, he did it harder. no reply. He went even harder, no reply. Even herder than the last, no reply. He kicked the door, no reply. He was gettingm ad fast. He took a few steps back and then ran at the door. He smashed into it. It made a little crack type of noise, then another, and yet another. So a big split could be seen down the middle of the door. Half of it fell down towards Akira. He moved out of the way as it fell down and landed on the floor in the hallway. He looked through into her room. "uh...knock knock..?" He said lookign around the room. He didn't see her. He looked at the ground. There she was, lying on the ground. "Oh wow, and I though I had drinking problems..." He walked into the room leaving the door how it was. He crouched down and poked her.

She'd been sitting on her bed, waiting for when he might come for the last hour. Finally hearing some movement in the hallway, she opened the door and peeked out. There was Quin "Hello, goodmorning to you."

"And opposing genders do seem to frequent the lodgings." she smiled and curtseyed to him "What shall we do today? There's still plenty of time for just about anything."

"Oh, I guess I was hoping for some magic inspiration." she was used to kisses on the hand, and didn't give it much thought "We usually end up at your estate, why don't we walk out into that forest that I came through the first night I reached here?"

"I fear I know no other path." she took his arm and followed him out of the dorm rooms. The party was supposed to be tommorow. She was a little nervous about what to wear, Quin had a new outfit for evryday, there was no way to match that. Maybe she could wear the dress he had given her. Perhaps she could ask him in a dream.

((Where should we post next?)) Chanti saw the sun, it was a little glaring off the bright surfaces, but still good weather for a walk. She tried concentrating on how she could get Quin's book back, but found her mind constantly drifing to thoughts of the ghost encounter.

That was it, she wasn't moving nor was she going to. And to make things worse, HE WAS OUT OF WHISKEY! He got up and left a small note on the half door with some lipstick he found:

GIVE ME MY SPEAR OR ELSE!!!

He was to drunk to notice it looked like something straight out of a horror movie. He put the lipstick down and wandered out, he hit the wall and then went on a slant towards the exit.
