Soren had his hand on the doorknob. When he established in his mind that everyone here would persevere, the mage opened the door and stepped out.
"Oh, and don't let it slip that my affiliation truly lies with the resistance. Understood?"
Without awaiting a response he strode out of the hangout.

"Soren..." She said as she laid down. "Is so brave." She laid her head on the pillow, her eyes drooping. "If he gets caught..." And she drifted off to sleep.

Sue watched the guild leader fall asleep, and she continued to keep a good eye out for anything going amiss.
So far, the coast was clear. She had a feeling this final battle coming up would be one she never imagined... much like fighting the Mamkutes that were only in Sacaen legends while in Roy's army.

"Poor child..." Saturnos tucked Lady Nino in as though he were a parent to her. Afterwards, he remained motionless, standing at the foot of her bed with his arms crossed, merely observing her while monitoring his general surrounding. Do not doubt how long he could keep this up; he's used to standing idle in the forest for up to a day's time, without even eating.

Saturnos closed his eyes to think for a second before resuming his duty with a response, "They will only pay... if Lady Nino wishes it..."

Amelia shut her eyes tighter, wincing. Her side was thickly bandaged, she could feel the medical bandages against her chest and stomach. Though she was still wearing her blouse and corset, they felt looser, perhaps not fully buttoned and laced up, in that order. Amelia reached up with her right hand to feel her head. Oh right... lost my hat... she thought.
Amelia used her right arm to prop herself up. The bandages around her left shoulder were dotted with red, and Amelia tried not to make any noise. It hurt, but she wasn't dead, and that was definitely something.
"...Lady Nino is going to aid him and his army..." Amelia heard Saturnos saying.
"What...?" Amelia mumbled under her breath. Her head swam a little. "Lady Nino? What about Nino...?"

"There is very little I am not prepared for, even moreso if it involves protecting the honor of Lady Nino." Saturnos glanced sideways at Sue, "And I suppose you are prepared yourself, seeing you would question my readiness."

"Of course." Sue answered him. "I'll do whatever it takes...."
She noticed that Amelia was awake now. "Miss Amelia, you narrowly escaped. ... Nino is here with us... but she's badly injured. Hopefully, she'll recover fully. My guess is that if we reunite the crew, then they will definitely heal faster."

Amelia turned her head to Sue, hearing her name. "Hm...? Oh..." she said. Amelia seemed to take a moment to let that sink in; a few seconds later, her eyes went wide. "Oh...! Th-Thank goodness... we'll make sure to watch over her, she has to recover..." Amelia rested her left hand in her lap, her shoulder not bothered too badly by the motion.
