The Red Hatter looked around and bowed to the Dark One. He smiled in his mad way and bit his lip, "Dark One...." He was ever loyal to the Dark One and was his obedient servant.
The Mad Hatress wandered around, in search of the others. She came onto the ruins and found everyone. She looked at them.

The Dark One shot awake. He was on the couch, Lillith's head was in his lap, and the Red Hatter was bowing to him. He raised an eyebrow at the boy, "Yes?" he asked groggily.

The Red Hatter smiled at him and stood up, "Forgive me, Dark One... but I have caught word of a rebellion from some of the other creature in Wonderland against you... and I thought you might want to know of it... I have heard rumors that they wish to attack you and the Queen of Spades..."

Lillith woke up slowly, hearing Anthony's voice as well as another familiar voice. She opened her crystal-blue eyes to gaze upon the Red Hatter, smiling devilishly as she did so. "Ah, fair hatter. Good day to thee." She said, like she didn't even hear his announcement, when in fact she was fully aware of it all along, her still being connected to Britania.

The Red Hatter bowed to her and nodded, "Good day to you as well, my queen..." He grinned and nodded, "Yes... my connection to my sister is how I heard of this..."

The Dark One laughed, "They have lost their greatest warrior! My brother was murdered! Do they honestly think they can do this without him?" he exclaimed. He shook his head and snapped. Instantly, the creatures guarding the castle doubled in number and size, "Let them get around my dragons and the castle guard. If they do, I will gladly allow them to attack me."

"Ah, such a skillful mole she is." Lillith exclaimed gently as she sat up, removing her head from the Dark One's lap, herself now playing with a single strand of her raven-black hair. Her lips twisted upwards into a manic smile as she heard her lover's words, giggling dementedly all the while. "But ah, lest you forget my King, the son's to thee are more than capable to fight..."

The Red Hatter nodded, "Of course, Dark One... but I believe this time that they are serious... My queen... can you promise me one thing? Promise me that you will not hurt my sister..." He looked at the ground as his smile disappeared. For a rare moment in his life, he was being serious.

Lillith blinked at the Hatter boy slowly before she stood up, within equal height of him, sighing gently as she did so. "Why would I, the Queen of Spades, want to damage lest kill one of our greatest assets against this rebellion?" She asked him in return with a quirked brow, now standing right in front of him, her scepter in hand, tapping it slightly against her lips.

The Red Hatter bowed low and sighed, "I'm sorry my queen... worry must have gotten to me... I stepped out of line I know, but things happen when war is near at hand... Forgive me..."

Lillith only smiled a tad as she lowered her scepter and tapped his shoulder once on both sides. "It is fine dear Red Hatter." She whispered softly. "Now arise and take haste, the hour of war is upon us..."

The Red Hatter nodded and smiled, "Yes, my queen..." He grinned in his old fashion. He stood before her and bowed his head before he left. He walked out of the room and went to the field.
