Standing in front of the monitor it began to flash codes across it. It held everything from experimental logs to access codes for the tower to keep it under the raider so she wouldn’t be found. All the computers in the tower where brought into the main area and placed in a circle around the pot Virus slept in. The wires in the back of her head gave her direct access to all the systems in the tower, those that worked at least. The tower was ready to come down any minute. Half the systems didn’t work and those that did cause power fluctuations if to much were drained at a time. A dreary place to call a home but it was better than staying in the weather. Virus’ eyes glazed over when she looked at the screens her head slowing moving from one to the other almost like she was in a trance downloading what was on them.
Blinking suddenly when she heard a creaking sound her eyes shot to the entrance to the tower. Standing in the door way was a young man and just behind his leg the figure of a small animal could be seen, a wolf perhaps? Her blood ran cold like ice as she stood frozen looking at him. In a silent command all the machines turned off and the entire tower went black except for the few running lights along the walls. Virus stood motionless looking in the direction the man was standing afraid to move. Have they found me? Surely not they would have sent more than one person. Fear washed over her; she wouldn’t go back she just wouldn’t. Somehow she had to get out of there. She had to get away without being seen or followed. Crouching down she slowly began to pull the wires from her body, placed them on the ground so they wouldn’t make a sound. It was dark and she knew the man couldn’t see her but all the same she couldn’t see him.

Zen was startled when the machinery suddenly turned off. He wondered who was here, taking a step inside and hoping this was not some sort of trap he called. "Hello anyone here, I was just looking for a place to sleep for a bit." He knew there was someone there and Shadow confirmed that with his smell. The darkness made him nervous because he didn't know why the person had shut off the power, For all he knew it was so they had the advantage. Shadow followed Zen's every move as he continued into the darkness. He tensed when Shadow made a small, quite whine. The person was close Zen's trained ears now picking up very faint breathing. Zen took a step back fearing he had just walked right into a trap. His foot caught on a wire and he fell. He moaned having hit his head on the ground. He sat up quickly reading for an attack. His head spun dizzily, the darkness didn't help his unease. Shadow was next to him crouched protectively by his side.

"Idiot," Izeno said under his breath. "If Kire knows what's good for him, he won't kill anyone. Spilling blood at this point would be a very stupid idea." Usually the sent of blood excited his Dark Side. That and the feeling right after he killed something. It was bad enough they had injured on the ship, but if fresh blood was spilled... There was no hope for any of them.

Fuego concentrated on petting Miko. "There were a lot of other half wolves at the Lab... I really didn't meet any of them..." Actually Fuego was suppose to be a failed experiment. He was always the underdog. He never had been able to use his powers well until Sho came along.
Rai sat back down. He listened, wondering what the mission was. He didn't know whether Rena wanted him to come with her or not. Of coarse he wasn't sure whether he was aloud to or not. It's not like he was a solider of Nias.

Zeik continued watching Izeno for a moment then calming himself he spoke quietly. "Kire won't, would he?" He spoke more to himself then to Izeno, not sounding very sure of himself. Killing usually sent Kire into one of his feeding frenzies and Zeik was having a hard time coming up with an idea of what could make Kire use this extreme.
Heme stumbled a few steps forward then fell to his hands and knees and convulsed. There was a lot of dark in the general vicinity, ususally Heme couldn't even sense anothers presence. He only reacted like this to large concentrated amounts of dark energy, a side effect of experiments done on him. He reached into his bag fumbling around trying to find something that might help settle his stomach.
Kire fingered the bandage on Vure's leg for a moment then got up suddenly and walked out of the room. He walked to Heme and bent down easily scoping him up. He shook his head once knowing what was wrong.
Heme looked blearily up at Kire, having been disturbed in his process of looking for something.
Kire walked him to his room and lay him on his bed. "What do you need?" he asked Heme.
Heme mumbled to him where the vial he needed was and Kire fetched it. Downing the bottle Heme lay his head on the pillow, knowing that the potion was only temporary and took awhile to take effect. He had had hopes that the kid would help him fix it to be permanent.
Kire walked back over to Vure sitting back on the bed.

Rena was quiet for a moment thinking it over. "I'll go if Rai comes with me. I could use his help." she swung her legs off the bed the only thing stopping her from jumping out of bed was the IV in her arm. She wanted to do this it might get her mind off Izeno for a little while.

Her eyes locked in the direction the voice was coming from she stopped pulling the wires out. The dark was supposed to give her time to get out but now she wasn’t sure it was needed. Hesitating for a minute to reply she was afraid it was only to lure her out of the dark. What do I have to lose? There are enough places in this tower for me to hide so I can get away. When the man tripped on the wires, some still being attached to her, it jerked her forward causing her to fall flat on her face. A high pitch squeal escaped her lips before she hit the ground with a thud. Groaning from the pain that was now in her head she pulled herself up rubbing her nose. “I will not go back and you can’t make me! So just go away, there is no place for you to sleep here… You cannot trust him run while you can.... Shhh be quiet.” The lights in the room slowly began to turn back on one at a time. Virus sat on her knees looking at the man on the ground everything becoming clearer now that the room had light again. She waited on him to answer ready to run if she needed.

Zen was caught off guard by the high pitch squeal and was dumbfounded by her reply. He was speechless for a minute as the lights began to come on he found his voice. "Take you where?" he asked his eyes adjusting to the light and trying to focus. Shadow stayed in his protective crouch. His eyes caught sight of her and he realized what the squeal was for. "Sorry, I didn't mean to...." he lost his voice his eyes stared at her mystified. He didn't move from his semi-sitting position on the floor.

Standing up quickly she dusted her knees off. With his answer she now knew he wasn’t sent to capture her but who was he? “Nothing never mind… Be careful you don’t know what he is here for..." Her voice still had a little bit of nervousness in it but was still stern and confident. She pulled the wires out from under his foot so she could move around freely. “Forget I said anything.” Her voice trailed off when she realized he was staring at her. Backing away from him slowly she made sure not to step any of the wires and cords there where scattered all over the floor. Looking down at his little pet she pointed at him a little bit of annoyance in her tone. “He better not bite me or pee on anything.” Moving back to the computers she scrambled through the systems in attempt to find the security systems, watching him from the corner of her eyes the whole time. She didn’t like to be surprised and she intended on it to not happen again.

"Huh, I wonder why they would need so many wolves. The lab I came from only had one or two, they focused more on part bird experiments..." Mayithra said then carried the bags inside and set them on her bed. "Anything exciting happen while I was gone?" She asked with a smile.

Zen sat up crossing his legs. He stoked Shadow and he relaxed his protective crouch sitting next to him watching Virus. Feeling a little bit more relaxed he said "I didn't mean to intrude. I didn't know anyone was here when I stopped here.. He averted his eyes feeling he had been staring at her too much. "Don't worry Shadow won't bite you unless you threaten me and he'll go outside to do his business." he stood up and brushed himself off. He found himself watching her and wondering why she hadn't recognized him. He had been the star of many wanted posters all over this continent.

The soulider stepped out of the room to signal to a nurse. The nurse came in and unhooked Rena's IV. "Pase youself little Miss."
The soulider waited till the nurse left to speak. "You may bring him, we need you to leave within the hour. Sea Slice will be ready for you at the dock, along with it's crew of ten. Speed and not sizes is what were going for."

Kurai's thought went back to where the ship was going. Being on the bottom of the list she was rarely told anything important but she normally aleast knew where she was going.

Glancing at Zen from the corner of her eye she felt a little UN easy that he was just watching her. She didn’t remember ever being around people, she wasn’t sure how to speak to those that could bleed. Just her babies, the only things she understood. She ignored him when he spoke her full attention moving to the computers. “Remember, I must remember” Her words were mumbled from under her breath while her fingers typed on the key bored scrambling to find something. After a few moments of silence she finally got the security systems back online. Stopping to look over to Zen her words more of a jumble than actual sentences. “I’m here, I’ve always been here, why would I be anywhere else than here… Don’t trust him he has a look about him… Why are you here no one ever comes here.” She gave a half smile and it was obvious she was nervous while her fingers anxiously fidgeted and played with the wires that hung from her body.

Zen waited in the silence for her to speak and when she did he gladly spoke. "I was simply looking for a place to sleep in safety. I am not exactly the most accepted person in Roaz's kingdom." His voice was friendly and he smiled. He was still uncertain about this girl but she didn't seem threatening or evil. He took a couple steps towards her and held out his hand to her. "I'm Zen." he stated.

"I will." Rena assured the soldier as the nurse came in and removed the IV. Standing and turning to face Rai she smiled. "Will you ready to go in 20, Rai?" she asked wanting to shower before leaving. She glanced at her arm; it was healing fairly well but painfully slow in comparison to what she was used to.

Rai must have jumped at least 10 feet in the air. "Yeah! I get to go on a mission with Rena!" He nodded in response to Rena's question.
"Oh boy..." Fuego sighed. Where to start? "Well Faven, Izeno, and Sora are MIA. Faven and Izeno have been captured, and we went after their captures a little while ago, but came back empty handed... As for Sora... We have no idea where she is..." Fuego had been glad that May was gone for the fighting. He didn't want her to see his beast form, even if she wasn't human all the way. It was pretty dangerous to be around him then. "Sho is currently figuring out a plan to find them."
Ship
Izeno managed to stand up and sit down against a wall. It didn't help with the control issues, but it was a bit more comfortable.
Keith was a little worried about Izeno. He couldn't do anything about Izeno's Dark Side in his current state. He was the only one who had been at any of Izeno's sealings... Of coarse you usually needed a pretty big group of experiences people or psychics....

"Hmm..." Mayithra said walking back over to Fuego. "Seems like I came back just in time to help." She was thinking of was to get them out from where ever they were. She had never worked with hostages before but she knew how to sneak in and sneak out, her line of work often called for it. If they didn't want her to fight she could make herself a distraction for the enemy.

Virus relaxed a little when Zen spoke, his voice holding what she felt to be true kindness so she no longer felt threatened. When he spoke of Roaz she felt anger for some reason. But why was this? Shrugging it off, she listened as he continued hanging onto ever word. When Zen held out his hand she looked at it for a moment unsure if she should shake it or not, but she decided it would be rude not too. She shook it quickly and pulled her hand back looking at it oddly touching her fingers to her palm. He was warm, something she never remembered feeling. Nothing but the cold of the machines around her kept her company. Hesitating for a moment she spoke, her voice a little calmer now. “My name is...” She paused looking at him in confusion before continuing again. “My name is… I… I can’t remember.” Rubbing the back of her head she felt a little embarrassed that she had no name to give him. That something so simple was so difficult to tell. “Just call me Virus. Yes my name is Virus.” That was the first thing that came to mind, something she felt like she had become due to the nanites in her blood. Looking around the room at all the rubble and debris from the collapsing tower she gave Zan a faint smile. “There is really no place to sleep unless you like cold hard concrete. This is the only area that is safe to be in so I wouldn’t go into the rest of the lab."
