It was at Earle Bales Park, which is a pretty big park in the middle of a bunch of different Jewish communities. I'm not sure how many people attended the event, but the number must've easily been in the thousands if not in the tens of thousands (find parking was hell).
At the actual event itself there was a bunch of things going on at once; a lot of people were selling things (including make-up and hair-care products imported from Israel, jewellery with Jewish symbols on it, Israeli flags, CDs and newspapers in Hebrew, etc). There were also a lot of Zionist and Jewish organizations that showed up; for example I saw representatives of the CJN (Canadian Jewish News - the biggest English-language newspaper for Jews in Canada).
One thing that really amused me was the kappas they were selling. They had ones with Spiderman on them xd it was so cute
Anyway, it was fun smile

question question question
Do any of you know about a magazine called Wallpaper* ?
I got an ad for it in the mail today and I was curious about it, as it's susposed to be some sort of international magazine they are now offering in the US.
It's really expensive though, $40.00 for ten magazines. O_o but I love magazines so much.... gonk

The Wikipedia entry about Esperanto Total speakers: Native: approx. 1000; Maybe I'm missing something, but how can there be native Esperanto speakers?
