Team Rocket would kick all the other evil teams asses, but at least the other team's members weren't so stupid. I mean then never said there 'secret' plans out randomly.

Shiro Crenu Melph, have you run into any Skorupi? I saw your thread and I checked the internet. Apperently they only show up on certain day's. I guess you should just wait for tomarrow.

It didn't say, and I checked my guide since my usual website hasn't updated a lot of the Diamond and Pearl stuff. I guess it might just be random.
