Hyuuga Natsumi had arrived from her Snow Village training, well aware that what she needed now was training in her clan's fighting style. Her father, being the man he was, had requested the help of Hyuuga's true genius. Neji of the Branch family. Supposedly he once held grudges against the Main House, but now he seemed fairly willing.

Standing at the center of the sand-covered room, she looked up at the sky, open from the lack of roof. She wasn't waiting for Neji very long. A clearing of the throat brought her attention to a very intimidating shinobi. He was standing, prepared for battle, in the Gentle Fist stance.

"Natsumi, you have no training in Gentle Fist, yet still, you have a chakra system signifying that you have at least some level of skill. It is certainly surpassing the academy jutsu. What jutsu have you dared to train before the Gentle Fist?" Neji was unmoving and cold. Natsumi was almost afraid of him. Almost.

"I left to Hidden Snow to master some jutsu. I have come back to recieve proper training in my Hyuuga skills, and you are by far the best candidate to do so." Natsumi stood stoically, Neji looking barely impressed.

"Well then. Let's get on with this shall we? First and foremost, activate your Byakugan. And following that, adopt this stance." Natsumi activated her Byakugan and slowly slid into the stance.

[1/6 Gentle Fist]

"You're nervous. Never be nervous against your opponent. So long as you have the Gentle Fist, you will not be conquered." Natsumi could practically feel his seriousness emanating through his chakra. Her Byakugan allowed her to see Neji's intensity, so she knew that it would be best to not be nervous around opponents.

"Now, the key to the Gentle Fist is not how you expel your chakra, but how accurately you hit each point. That is the first thing that any Hyuuga must know. Without accuracy, Gentle Fist is nothing. This is where our Byakugan comes into effect. We can see each point clearly with them, and all that is left is to disrupt the opponent's chakra with our own. But anyways, we are here to first train your accuracy. Now, without any chakra, I want you to focus and try to hit five different points on my body. I'll know whether you have hit them or not. I won't move, so this should be easy."

Natsumi could see all of the dots on his chakra system, and she picked out the five points that seemed the easiest. Stepping towards Neji quickly, she thrust her fingers towards each point as accurately as she could. Before she could hit the last point, Neji grabbed her wrist.

[2/6 Gentle Fist]

"You only hit one of those four points accurately, and you would have missed the last spot as well. It seems that you'll need to learn the most basic of things. I'll start at your most proper moves. There are specific points that are the easiest to hit that will maintain a useful outcome. Watch where I place my hands. I'll only point to three points this time, so you should be able to get it this time." Neji spoke almost with a form of inferiority. Natsumi tried to ignore it and watched Neji point to the three points. One on his upper left shoulder, another on his lower right abdomen and finally the third on his right wrist.

"Hit those three spots in quick succession and in the order I showed them to you. If you cannot even do that, you should give up learning the Gentle Fist and head back to that Hidden Snow and learn those pathetic jutsu." Neji seemed to hold everything in spite and even Natsumi was viewed as a pathetic waste. Natsumi was determined though, and she wasn't about to let Neji's bad day screw up her own.

"You'll see that I can do this, Neji." Natsumi looked intently at each area. She made her move quickly. She slammed her index and middle fingers into the first spot he specified. Neji was thrust back, and a little as a grin started to force it's way onto his face. Natsumi didn't see it, but she knew she hit the first spot correctly. Moving on, she utilized her other hand in the same fashion and hit it right where Neji had specified. Not waiting at all, she moved that hand to strike his right wrist.

[3/6 Gentle Fist]

Neji had to take a step back to keep himself from losing his balance. He hadn't been prepared for Natsumi's performance. He had, in fact, expected her to fail miserably as before. Instead, Natsumi had met Neji's request, hitting each spot where it was supposed to be hit. She had performed well, and the only thing he had to teach her about the Gentle Fist now was how to release the chakra properly.

"Good enough, Natsumi. But, as you know, that isn't everything to Gentle Fist. Along with the precise attacks, you have to maintain just as precise chakra control. Now, I'm sure you know how to release chakra normally through hand seals, but with Gentle Fist, you have to use as little as possible to be able to use it continuously. Now, imagine you are activating the Byakugan. The amount of chakra used for that could easily be split up into four strikes of Gentle Fist." Neji stopped speaking for a second and looked over to a dummy that was leaning against the side, unused. He walked over to it and picked it up, walking back and placing it down where he once stood.

[4/6 Gentle Fist]

"We'll use this dummy as a way for you to hit the proper points with proper chakra. I'll judge you with my Byakugan." Taking out a kunai, Neji stabbed about 15 points of where to fuel the chakra. "An important thing to remember is that when you fight, you always want to fuel your last hit with more chakra, to make sure you completely seal at least one point. That way, if you miss the point when you hit, the chakra that is released is slightly larger and expands your hit slightly. This won't always work, but it's good to keep in mind. Now go, and hit at least 6 with chakra and good accuracy."

"Alright, control the chakra amount, release the most at the end, hit accurately. It seems like a lot, but I think I can do it." Natsumi looked at each point, and thought that in order to hit at least 6 accurately with the chakra, she should probably aim to hit all of them. Her Byakugan helped her to identify right where she had to hit. Focused, she let loose and attacked the dummy.

[5/6 Gentle Fist]

Neji watched closely as Natsumi attempted to hit each one precisely. Her accuracy was still a bit weak, but her chakra control was evident, and she was clearly trying to release the precise amount. He was impressed, but he made sure not to show it. The Gentle Fist was only the first of many advanced techniques. If he knew anything, this would be the easiest step for Natsumi.

As far as Natsumi saw it, she was hitting them with the proper chakra, and that seemed to be all she was trying to focus on. With each release of chakra, she felt her finger fit into a couple of the holes. She knew that she was accurate for the most part. She neared the end, and she did what she had done when she was learning Hyourou. She unleashed an amount of chakra equal to roughly double everything she had used previously. Neji saw the dummy get hit square on, and the wooden "arm" where the last point was flew off of the dummy. Neji was fast on his feet, and moved at top speed, catching the arm before it crashed into a part of the house.

"You're chakra control is extensive, but I suggest you only use that amount of chakra at the end if you plan to blow out all muscles on your enemy's arm. That would likely put an extreme stress on your own arm that you attack with as well, so I suggest you use your chakra sparingly. This isn't like any of your other jutsu. Otherwise, you hit 7 of the fifteen accurately, not counting the arm you blew off. As for the other 7, you were close enough for your chakra to have done the trick. Meet in the other training ground of the Hyuuga. It's larger, and we're going to need it."

Lee stood, thinking for a moment, looking at Kuroi. "I have the perfect move. Dynamic Entry should be a good move for you. Its ment for quickly entering a battle while being able to do heavy damage to an oponent as you do, allowing you take them off whoever they might be fighting, or simply suprising them." Kuroi nodded slightly, watching as Lee went behind a tree, remaining still for a moment before suddenly jumping out with a jump kick, striking into a tree, bouncing off it, landing on the ground, the tree letting out a cracking noise as the hit shattered a bit of its structure. Kuroi nodded, copying what Lee did, jump kicking from behind the tree, managing to only go a certain distance.

Kuroi jumped from behind the one tree, striking into the other, pushing off it. He spun down, landing on his feet. He looked over at Lee, glad he had the kick. He looked at Lee, his hand holding a Kunai. Kuroi grabbed it, looking back at Lee. "Just throw the Kunai while jumping out this time." He spoke, nodding slightly to Kuroi as he walked behind the tree again. "Make sure its directly infront of you so they may turn thier attention so you can easily attack from their back side."

Kuroi flew out from behind the tree, the Kunai slipping from his hands just as he turned to jump, striking the tree, kicking outward. His body flew, striking at the tree just below the Kunai. He grabbed it, looking at it briefly, before twirling it around in his hands. "Good, you learned that move easily." Lee gave a thumbs up in apreciation, looking at Kuroi. "I suppose from the look on your face, your willing to try your hardest to learn even more.

Kuroi lsitened to lees words, rushing up quickly, throwing a quick kick upwards, striking into the air, focusing hard, trying it again. He jumped back, sliding up again, doing a kick upwards, sliding back and forth, attempting to get the motions right. He watched Lee briefly, attempting it again, trying to get the dash and kick motion. " I think this is pretty easy I waill be done with this technique quickly.

Kuroi preformed the kick over and over again, his motions improving as he did so, eventualy moving up to a tree. He looked at it carefully, focusing, dashing in and kicking up, his kick striking into the tree, looking in distress. He backed up, kicking again, attempting to only skim the tree with the kick, better honing its aim. "You are getting better Kuroi keep going and you should finish after a feew more tries."

Kuroi pushed off, kicking upward once more, skimming across the bark of the tree. He grinned, attempting it again, doing it once more. He continued the motion, using diffrent distances, able to skim the tree each time, his timing exact to what it was ment to be. He nodded to himself in satisfaction. Lee gave him a thumbs up once again, speaking up. "Very good! Through hard training and work, you will be better then those who are gifted from the start!" He spoke ethusiasticly, looking at Kuroi's dumbfounded look. "Well, I hope you have enough energy for another move."

Leaf Rising Wind 3/3
PostPosted: Mon Apr 16, 2007 3:15 pm

Lee looked at Kuroi, nodding slightly, jumping in the air, preforming a leaf great whirlwind, the spinning kick striking swiftly through the air. He landed, looking at Kuroi. "Thats how its done. Practice using the kick on the ground first." Kuroi nodded, doing a round house kick, carrying it through, letting him spin somewhat on the ground. He took his stance again, attempting it once again, getting the spin motion down, allowing himself to flow rather then stop after the kick, focusing fully on his work, sweet dropping from his face.

Kuroi spun around, a small gust of wind flowing from his kick, his motions much more fluent, his body flowing more so then loosely continueing forward. He kept his ground, preforming a spinning round house kick over and over again, switching feet from time to time, attempting to be able to use it with both legs. He kept up his efforts, passively doing the skill, the sweet drops seaming to be only air on his face.

Kuroi flowed with the motion of the kick, focusing hard, his movement becoming less forced and more simply natural, his body swirling like a top, spinning once around, quickly able to adjust and kick again. He looked over at Lee, noticing his sign, stopping. Lee spoke up, standing in a basic stance. "From there, simply jump up in place, using the kick in the air." He said so, jumping up, kicking, his twirl motion fast and powerful, landing on the ground with ease.

Kuroi nodded, jumping up, kicking, the spin motion very slight, having some trouble spinning around in the air fully. He landed, attempting again, pushing off with more spin, kicking, trying to mimic the move exactly as he had seen it. Kuroi jumped into the air over and over, repeating the motions, slowly begining to get down the spiral spin of the kick, spinning around in the air. He jumped up and continued to attempt it, feeling slightly tired, not allowing himself to quit, his body worn from so much constant training. He had bad luck of not being able to use his Chakra much at all, he could only try his best to catch up with the others in the only way possible for him. He jumped up, trying again, not giving up for anything.

Sweet slipped down Kuroi's face as he took deeper breaths, jumping into the air, preforming the kick, his spinning begining to become more effective, able to be down midair much easier. He wiped some sweat from his face, jumping up into the air, throwing a near perfect roundhouse kick, preforming the spin just right, landing onto the ground, looking forward, before repeating yet again.

"Very good, now, attempt to jump forward while doing the kick, gaining some ground while still doing the spin in the air." Lee spoke, watching Kuroi. Kuroi nodded slightly, jumping up, kicking, landing a few feet from where he started, backing up, repeating, able to allow his body to spin easier while in the air, kicking after jumping off, gaining much more ground, finaly landing, huffing slightly, catching his breath. Lee smiled and gave a thumbs up. "Very very good. You mastered that move quickly. Take a quick rest, then we have much more we can do!"

Kuroi looked out, yawning slightly, looking over at Lee. "What skill is it next?" Lee gave a smile. "Follow through with the normal Strong Fist Style motions and keep doing them at a steady pace." Lee began to do the punches and kicks, each flowing out. Kuroi watched him, unsure what he was trying to do, following his motions, punching and kicking, feeling himself tired out from the rest from such hard work, becoming drowzy, almost as if he was about to pass out.

Shino continued to motions for a while, his eyes closing, his moves remaining at the same strength, the repetitive motions keeping him awake and fighting. He suddenly began to sleep, unaware of it, his body still doing the motions, the rythem naturaly in tune with his body. His strength and speed remained the same, his eyes completely closed, his mind mostly at rest.

Lee walked over to Shino, standing infront of him, punching towards him. Shino dodged the punch with ease. Lee punched again, this time, Shino ducking out of the way, striking back with a Leaf Rising Wind, Lee shifting back, the kick flying just next to his face. Shino began to punch towards Lee subconciously, dodging and hitting back as he was asleep. His very body was like a zombie, unaware yet able to function perfectly.
Lee gave a thumbs up, watching as Shino fell over against a tree, sleeping soundly. He spoke in a gentle quiet voice. "Success!"

Kuroi woke up, his eyes gently opening and closing, adjusting to the light. He saw Lee training, standing up, yawning slightly, brushing himself off. "Very good, you completed the last move perfectly!" He gave a thumbs up, Kuroi looking confused at him, unsure what he had done. "Now on to the next move, Leaf Shadow Dance!" He spoke, looking at Kuroi. "Now, all you got to do is follow directly behind me in the air, keeping close. If you get this part right, then this move should be easy enough to allow to hit the oponent and keep up the motions. Now, simply stand behind me and follow my motions on the ground first." Kuroi nodded, running behind Lee, shadowing him. He looked at Lee carefully, watching him move in swift patterns, quickly moving around, staying behind him as much as possible.

Kuroi followed behind Lee's motions, getting use to it, keeping the distance exact, moving along with his body, trying to not break the space between him and Lee, working hard on perfecting the motions. "Good, you got that basic part down, now try to follow me in the air." Lee spoke, jumping into the air, pushing off at a weaker strength, allowing Kuroi to catch up to his height. Kuroi nodded, jumping up, attempting to do the same motions as on the ground, his angle off a lot, falling to the ground, twisting around carefully landing

He sighed slightly, looking over at Lee, seeing his usual encouraging sign, repeating over and over again. Kuroi jumped up, maintaining a position behind Lee much better, still off in distance and positioning behind, though he closed the cap in the air, always under Lee a bit, simply off on an Angle or on the position under Lee. He focused hard, each jump having more life to it then the last, his devotion to learning the technique high, his many imperfect jumps being shrugged off easily.

Kuroi jumped up over and over again. He jumped up, this time managing to get the positioning right, directly under Lee, his angle off only slightly, his distance still somewhat to far. He landed from the jump, looking at Lee, giving a slight nod, watching Lee jump up, jumping up with him, doing the same as his last jump, slowly begining to enclose the distance and fix the angle of his jump. He was starting to sweet, so many motions where involved over and over, his body feeling the slight stress, getting a bit exhausted.

Kuroi closed his eyes, focusing for the next jump, opening the quickly, his legs pushing off the ground quickly, his body flowing, hovering under Lee, exactly in the right position. He felt as if he could nearly anything from where he was, noticing the ease it was to strike his oponent in that perfect position. He landed, doing it again, getting the position right, over and over again, eventualy having no mistakes in movement, preforming it flawlessly each time. He landed on the ground, looking over at Lee. Lee smiled, giving him a thumbs up, Kuroi once again staring oddly at him. Lee smiled still, speaking, placing his hand on Kuroi's shoulder. "Your doing so well! You have spent so much time training these moves and you never give up!" He spoke, looking at Kuroi, who gave somewhat of a shrug as an answer back.

Kuroi began to spin kick on the ground, focusing himself, getting use to the motions, feeling as if his attack was weak, trying over and over again, remembering Lee's advice. He looked over at Lee who smiled as a replied, turning back, focusing on what he was doing. Unlike the other attack he learned simular to this, this one required a motion to strike the oponent upward, something that was difficult to do.

Kuroi continued to preform the spinning kick, getting use to the idea of it being used to launch the oponent upward. He focused hard, preforming the motions quicker, trying hard to not faulter, boosting his own ego up, encouraging himself to move foward. He felt the sweet slipping down his cheek, the breeze picked up from the quick giving him a quick yet refreshing burst of cool air, giving him more energy to continue on with the skill.

Kuroi kicked one last time, looking at the pile of rocks Lee had placed before him while he was practicing, grabbing one, throwing it into the air, spinning around to kick it, missing it. He shook himself out, this time swinging around, kicking the rock, the rock flying off. He attempted again, trying to kick it upwards with the motion. Kuroi kept up his motions, attempting hard, kicking the rocks he hit still, only lifting them slightly in the air.

Kuroi looked forward, focusing hard. He pushed himself, kicking rock after rock, his motions becoming swifter, the rock moving up slightly higher and higher, flying more into the air. He had to perfect the move as best he could, attempting to do it right. He was not willing to give up. He spun around and kicked at the next rock, the rock arching up more in the air, his eyes focused. He continued the motions over and over again. He was not willing to let a simple move overcome him.

Kuroi began to kick the rock more into the air, this time sending it up straight, the rock flying up and falling after a second. He focused harder, attempting it again, slowly begining to kick it higher and higher, his motions more powerful yet able to keep the same swift flow. He focused hard, using his strength to hit the rock higher and higher into the air. Eventualy the rock took much longer and longer to fall back down, taking a whole five seconds to fall down.

Kuroi flew out from his spot, throwing a rock from a diffrent position, licking it up, moving to diffrent spots, preforming the kick on the rocks he threw up, moving back and kicking the ones he had kicked before, sending them bouncing up again into the air, moving his body around to catch each one with a kick, his focus unyeilding. He kicked over and over, eventualy kicking one last one, stopping as he saw Lee give him a thumbs up, nodding slightly.

"I will see you later Lee" " Where are you going Kuroi" "Back to Naruto I am not done training with him yet" Kuroi walks away and finds Naruto " hEY Kuroi you ready to finish training " " Yeah lets start on the rasengan" " the Rasengan needs great chakra control. It is a self-sustaining technique so once the chakra is molded, the user doesn't need to generate any more chakra. This is one of the few jutsu that require no hand seals and can simply be activated with one hand

"Doing the rasengan is literally creating a hurricane of chakra formed in the shape of a small sphere in the palm of a hand. Upon its collision with a target, the chakra control needed to confine this Jutsu in a small compact spherical form may suddenly be dropped, the effect producing a very violent explosive effect on the target. With the Rasengan, the ninja focuses their chakra in the same direction of their chakra rotation, creating a spinning chakra flow, which is where the force of the Rasengan comes from. Focusing chakra to spin in every direction is the first level of this technique"

"The second level of the Rasengan is power. This level of the technique forces the ninja to focus their chakra to produce a stronger concentration of chakra to add to the spin of their chakra flow. This creates the powerful outward force of the Rasengan, like a hurricane. Powerful, but uncontrollable. Creating a denser chakra is the second step. " " How many steps are there to the rasengan" "There is only three steps to the rasengan. Last but not least"

"The third level of the Rasengan is control. The ninja has to be able to use one hundred percent of their spinning chakra and one hundred percent of their powering chakra, and create a small shell to prevent the chakra from dissipating on contact. In this state, the Rasengan maintains a more focused and powerful force. As it meets friction, the chakra is captured and focused by the thin shell driving the force of the chakra into target. Controlling the maelstrom of spinning, dense chakra is the third step of this technique. "

" Cool..so its a wind ball mixed with chakra.." Kuroi thought to himself as he slipped his hands in his pockets " so..how do I use tis move Naruto..or i should say how would i form that kind of chakra.." Kuroi looked to him with a wondered look on his face " you have to capture the wind in your palm, literally capture it by swishing your hand over your other and the air will start to form in your hand if your Chakra catches it.." Naruto unfolded his arms and looked at the sky.

" With that look on your face you seem to not get it, right? here i will show you.." Naruto walked away a little and stopped, he then started to focus as he swished his around his other and air transformed into chakra in his palm " its almost finished.." " thats it huh? looks wierd if ya ask me.." Kuroi smirked and looked at Naruto " so just focus the Wind into Your Chakra huh? seems pretty simple but i get that its probably not

Naruto then clenched the ball in his right hand and tossed it at a tree, the tree was ripped in half by the ball and fell over. " hmmm..yea..thats it right there..i guess its your turn now.." Naruto looked over to Kuroi and smirked " whoa..that was cool..so i just focus my chakra into my hands and release a ball of energy huh?" Kuroi stepped back and closed his eyes to think about how he would focus his chakra

" thinking about it huh?..well thats good..ill give you some time to think about this move.." Naruto sat by the base of a tree and played with a Kunai:: " hmm.." Naruto then looked to Kuroi and smirked. Kuroi was in deep thought as he focused on his chakra capturing the wind in his palm, he had to do it with his right hand because thats the hand he uses " ok..im ready to try this rasengan attack.."

" Ready? good..i dont want to wait around all day for you.." Naruto said standing up and looking at Shino " ok..just focus your chakra and swipe the wind into your palm.." " yeah..i know.." Kuroi then looked at his right palm and curled it into like when he was about to catch something " hmm.." Kuroi then focused his chakra which was now swirling around his body at a slow rate " ok.."

" Ready? good..i dont want to wait around all day for you.." Naruto said standing up and looking at Kuroi " ok..just focus your chakra and swipe the wind into your palm.." " yeah..i know.." Kuroi then looked at his right palm and curled it into like when he was about to catch something " hmm.." Kuroi then focused his chakra which was now swirling around his body at a slow rate " ok.." As Kuroi focused more, the ball began to grow bigger in size and force.

Kuroi could feel then energy rushing through his hands, he swished his hand around faster as the ball grew bigger and bigger. Now the ball was big enough to fit in Kuroi's entire hand " yea..its almost done man..heh.." Kuroi smirked as he was about to launch this attack. Kuroi finally summoned the full Resengan, it looked like a ocean of chakra in his hand and he was smirking " ok..ima toss this thing now.."

Kuroi pulled his arm back and released letting the ball fly in the air and land on a rock. The rock was shattered and Kuroi smiled at Naruto " that was cool.." "Now I have to test your rasengan Kuroi" "Thats fine with me naruto" Kuroi and Naruto both do the rasengan Naruto got his off before Kuroi. When the collided it formed a big ball that exploded " That was good Kuroi Tell me when your raedy to learn the next technique.

Naruto went by a tree and sat down. Kuroi practiced the Rasengan a few times " Im done Naruto what else you got for me" "Done already I wnated A longer break. Alright Im coming the next jutsu is the Mass replication you will make mutiple copies of the Kage Bushin no Jutsu. They are real clones just a bunch of them. SO you ready Kuroi" " Yeah lets get started. Im having second thoughts about learning the 2000 hit combo"

"Second thoughts... " "Yeah second thoughts I need to go." "Man thats one of the techniques I created myself. " Naruto said while looking dissapointed “It’s not theat I don’t want to learn it” “Actually it is.” Kuroi said to himself. “I just got done learning a lot of taijutsu from Lee.” “Oh so you found Lee. “ Yep he taught me many of his techniques. You should go train with him too.” “I guess I will since your leaving.” “Ok I’ll see you later Naruto.” Kuroi waved and walked away

As Sayuri walked up to the guards at the main gate's of the village, she quickly flashed her forehead protected at them and waited as the tall, bulky man opened the gates.
Walking in, Sayuri gazed at her surroundings. The sky was a beautiful, baby blue. The clouds seemed to blend in with the sky, giving off a radiant silver aura. The grass on the fields seemed as lush and green as ever, swaying and bending almost gracefully in the wind.
As she walked into the large forest that guarded the entrance way into her secret training ground, the tree's leaves, deep green in colour, carried
the fresh morning dew. Some of the leaves blew off the tree, coming to see her. It looked like the entire forest was greeting her after her long awaited return.

Hippocratic Oath 1/5

As the young girl walked through the forest, Sayuri felt at home like never before. The animals drew near, glancing at her with eyes full of love. She could even see a couple of eyes stealing glances at her through the bushed. Not one animal was afraid of her, probably because she had known them since she was a babe. She'd sneak off and explore the woods quiet often, and still did so when Aunty Sango was busy doing housework.
A brave little baby deer dared to stray from her mother and come sniff out the intruder. As the light brown animal drew near, Sayuri was able to pat it on it's pure white mouth.
As she let the baby deer wander back to it's mother, she continued walking through the forest until she came across a small clearing.
As she decided to let the animal go wander back to it's mother, Sayuri kept walking forward until she could see the exit of the forest.

Hippocratic Oath 2/5

As Sayuri walked out of the forest, she had to cover her eyes with her hand to avoid the sun's harsh glare.
This little field wasn't much, but Sayuri had alwaysed thought of it as a second home. The grass here was lighter then most places, but made up for that as it had nearly twice as much dew on them. In the far middle of the grounds was a little water fall, only about five meters wide. The water was clear and glistened in the sun and fellinto a little clear spring lined with stone. Sayuri walked over to the little spring, cupped her hands, placed them inside and splashed some clear, cold water on her face.
The water really helped. It woke her up out of her little slumber and washed away all fatigue she had felt.
Now feeling refreshed, she stood up, walked over to the middle of the field, and prepared herself for some practice.

Hippocratic Oath 3/5

Sayuri closed her eyes, calmed down her spirit and listened to her surroundings. She could here the hollow blowing sound that the wind made as it traveled through the forest, the sound of a blue bird chirpiing gaily, and a lone wolf calling out to it's companion in the distance.
This was good. There wasn't much noise in the background so Sayuri would find chakra molding easier. But she still knew that, no matter how much noise there was, a ninja had to learn to concentrate anyway.
Finally finding inner peace, Sayuri clasped her hands together, and as she pulled them apart, a wave of green chakra stretched out between both of her finger tips.

Hippocratic Oath 4/5

Withen seven seconds of summoning the green healing chakra, Sayuri had lost it again. Instead of speaking, she silently retried the precedure, this time holding the chakra for nine seconds before the chakra left her. She needed to learn to control the healing chakra if she was ever going to suceed in becoming a healing ninja.
Sayuri paused for a bit, thinking about what she had just done. Sayuri classified this 'practice' as a game of trial and error. Look at what you did, compare it with your other findings, and the correct path will soon come to you.
Following this procedure, Sayuri looked deep inside herself, and once she found what she was looking for, she grasped onto it, extracting the chakra bit by bit. Once again clasping her hands together, she slowly moved them apart, streching the green chakra that once again linked them together.
This time, she kept it up for ten minutes.

Natsumi didn't know what she was doing at the place she was now located at. Sitting at a ramen shop, her stomach seemed to have gotten the best of her on her way out. Where she was going while she was out, she had no clue. It didn't take long, however, for Natsumi to be joined by another shinobi, the Leaf forehead protector tied tight around his forehead.

"Itadakimasu!" The boisterous man snapped his chopsticks apart as the cook passed over a bowl of Ramen. He seemed like a fairly common customer at the stand. Natsumi was unsure as to what she should order, and it seemed her confusion showed through to the man already finishing his bowl.

"You're new here. Do you know what to get? I suggest the regular beef bowl if I were you. It's your average ramen, nothing to exotic, eh?" Natsumi didn't know why he was suddenly talking to her, so she kept her mouth quiet, just nodding, but she couldn't keep her mouth shut for the whole time. The old man of the shop asked a question that she couldn't just nod to.

"So whaddya want?" Natsumi's eyes widened before actually answering.

"What he suggested I guess." As soon as she finished saying this, and the man had begun to make her bowl, the orange-haired shinobi turned back to her, with an inquisitive grin on his face.

"You're a Hyuuga, aren't you? I'm Uzumaki Naruto, nice to meetcha."

As Sayuri smiled over her latest accomplishment, she decided that after her little meeting, she'd go celebrate by visiting Jason sensei at the Hidden Heaven Village and show him how well she could extract the healing chakra out of her body. Even though it was a minor accomplishment, she felt like Jason sensei deserved to know how she was going with her medical studies.
Still listening to the sounds of the forest, she was quite engrossed in the sound the young bear madeuntil her thoughts were distraced as she felt and presence coming closer from behind her. Awaykening Byakugan, she blinked once and replied, "Oh, it's just you."

Gentle Fist 1/6

"Hmm? What do you mean by 'It's just you?'", replied the voice in an almost teasing tone.
Turning around, Sayuri found herself face to face with Hyuuga Neji-san. "When I say, 'Oh it's just you' I mean, literally, 'Oh it's just you'," she replied, with an equally teasing tone.
Neji sighed. "Do you have no respect for the man who has taken time out of his busy schedule to come teach you a clan technique?" he asked werily.
Sayuri looked up at him, closed her eyes, and when she opened them again, they were back to their usual pinkish-white colour. "...... No," she replied with a plain look on her face, acting as if nothing had happened.
Neji closed his eyes and sighed. as he opened them, he faced a grinning Sayuri. "Of course I have lots of respect for you sensei. But if your schedule is so busy, then why are we standing around here for? Shouldn't we get started?" she asked sheepishly.

Gentle Fist 2/6

"Your completely right Sayuri, we should get started," said Neji, replacing his teasing tone with a serious voice. "Tell me, just what is the Gentle Fist?".
"The Gentel Fist is a taijutsu style designed to compliment the Byakugen. By concentrating chakra to the tips of your fingers, you can press them against the tenkkutsu, or chakra openings on the body, stopping your opponent from using jutsu for short periods of time. You can also strike at the internal organs, damaging them. Even though the Gentle Fist looks like just like a touch, it can cause serious if not fatal damage if struck with enough chakra and in the right place. The Gentle Fist leaves no sign of damage on the outside though," Sayuri replied in a matter-of-fact voice.
"Your right. So when you completely master the Gentle Fist, you'll be a more than formidable opponent for almost anybody," Neji replied.

Gentle Fist 3/6

"So, to practice your Gentle Fist, I want you to pretend you have, and so will I. We will then have a little 'sparr'. Whenever you strike a fatal attack, I want you to say dead, ok?" Neji asked.
Sayuri replied with a nod as she walked back two metres and postioned herself as she had seen the other Hyuuga genin do when she was an academy student. Neji steped forward, activated the Byakugan and tried to attack her with his left hand. Of couse Sayuri hadn't imagined she would win nor did she believe that she had a chance too, so just trying to survive through Neji's attacks, she dodged to the right and tried to hit Neji's extended left hand with the first two fingers on her right. Oh couse, Neji read this and, in the blink of an eye, pointed his right middle and index fingers at the tendon joing her right arm to her shoulder. "Dead," he exclaimed, smiling.

Gentle Fist 4/6

Sayuri saw the thought that Neji had put into his move. Everything he did seemed as if he had planned it out. Like it was all rehersed. Even if the Byakugan did enable him to see her next movement, to have thought up a system of attack so fast wasn't something every Hyuuga could do. But then again, Neji-san isn't 'every Hyuuga', he was the genius of the Hyuuga clan, according to the clan elders.
Over the next twenty minutes, Neji had called dead over sixty times. "Sayuri, if you don't start thinking about your system of attack, then in a real battle, you'd be dead withen ten seconds," he said, sighing.
"Even if what Neji-san says is true, he didn't have to say it so bluntly" Sayuri thought, repositioning herself.

Gentle Fist 5/6

In the last five minutes Neji had 'killed' her another ten times. He'd shown her lots of ways of attacking and moves you could use to defend yourself. Sayuri was surprised with the potential the Gentle Fist had. She had seen Neji change offensive strikes to defensive ones in the blink of an eye, and every so often he'd lead her into opening her stance and in a flash she'd be 'dead'.
All this dieing seemed to have gotten to Sayuri, for as they were preparng for the final sparr, her eyes were full of an intent to kill, much to her surprise and Neji's delight. He claimed that 'No matter who the opponent was, you should always give one hundred and ten percent'.
As Neji aimed to hit her with his left hand, aiming at her right shoulder, she changed he angle of her arm to ninety degrees, narrowly missing his attack, she tried to hit the elbow on his extended left arm. Neji countered by dropping his right arm.
Big mistake! Without even thinking about it, Sayuri thrusted her half-extended right arm to his forhead and shouted, "Dead!".

Dizzy the messiah gear

PostPosted: Mon Apr 16, 2007 8:59 pm

Shouta jogged through the darkening woods, eager to find Ero-Sannin before it got too dark to see. He had finished his task, now there was nothing to stand in the way of him being trained in the arts of the pervert! He knew he was a pervert, and took a deliciously twisted pride in it, but he knew that there was still so much more he could do to become a greater pervert. That was why he had sought Ero-Sannin out in the first place, after all. Making his way through the woods, he retraced his steps, trying to remember the exacy way he'd come. That too, was training in being a pervert. A true pervert needed to be aware of their surroundings at all time, so they would always have a hiding place after a particularly naughty escapade.
Finally, he came upon Ero-Sannin, sitting down with his back against a tree. He seemed to be thinking deeply about something, an unlit pipe held in his mouth, perhaps for dramatic effect. His attitude immediately changed when he saw the prize clutched in Shouta's hand. Leaping to his feet, he grabbed it from his young protege, holding it aloft.

It was only too obvious that Ero-Sannin was happy with Shouta's work, so he waited for his master to calm down. It took a little while, Ero-Sannin seemed content to go on and on about the panties. Finally, though, he tucked them away and turned to face Shouta, a serious expression on his face.

With that decided, Ero-Sannin said they were done for the night. But Shouta was to report behind the women's bath at the crack of dawn, for his first task as an official apprentice of the Ero-Sannin. Shouta nodded eagerly, and ran off, eager to get to sleep so he could wake up and return to his life's mission. Ero-Sannin watched him bolt off, and chuckled. It was kind of heart-warming, to see kids that had such energy to put into the things they loved. It almost made him feel like a kid again. He walked back towards the city, taking his time.

Quickly saying goodbye to Hyuuga Neji, Sayuri walked over to the little clear spring and splash some more water in her face. Looking down at her reflection in the water, the face that looked back at her seemed so unfamiliar. Her hair was rustled, her skin dry and her cheeks beet red from all the Taijutsu, Gentle Fist training that they'd been doing. But in the end, Sayuri agreed that it was all worth it.
Getting up, she started walking across the field, remembering all the times her and her friends had come here to play hide-and-go-seek. As Sayuri reached the entrance to the forest, she sighed and spotted the same baby deer that had found her interesting before, sitting by a log examining a butterfly.

Heavenly Spin 1/9

As Sayuri walked through the forest, she could here alot of running and screaming going on. Following the noise, it seemed to becoming from behind a rather large oak tree. As Sayuri glanced behind it, she saw a group of about five girls trying to copy the gentle fist. One of them she recognised as a six year old Hyuuga from the branch house named Kaori. Sayuri had heard rumours about Kaori's sucess in the Academy lately. One of the top in the class, she was always bragging about herself and her accomplishments. It seemed that whenever anyone else had done something greater than she had, she'd throw a huge fit. Sayuri had left a mental note to try and avoid Kaori. As she watched, it seemed that the young girl was trying to show the other'show to preform the Gentle Fist, but failing terribly.

Heavenly Spin 2/9

As Sayuri continued watching Kaori and the girls, she realised just how into it they were. Every move they made was strong and forced. Though hat was a good sign, they were wasting energy on the most unecessary of movements, which could cause a lot of problems in battle. About to go and correct the girls mistakes, Sayuri's conscience stopped her and commanded her to watch what they were doing. After a little while, Sayuri realised why. These girls were just like Sayuri when she was with Neji. Everytime she moved or dodged, she thought about it and put enerygy into it. Not only was she wasting her stamina, but she was also making it far easier for Neji to block her attacks!

Heavenly Spin 3/9

Thanking her conscience for opening her eyes. Sayuri payed one last glance at the four girls and Hyuuga Kaori, Sayuri started walking back to the Hyuuga clan. Hopefully Neji-san might be there. She had a few more requests for him.
With her mind so set on the task, Sayuri was able to do somethings she normally couldn't. As she continued walking through the forest, she was able to ignore the fresh smelll of freedom, the chirping of the birds as the lined up to see her. She was even able to ignore the feeling of the fresh dew on feet as she walked through through the lush, deep green grass.
Sayuri herself didn't realise she was ignoring the beautiful scenery around her, as she had never been able to do it before.

Heavenly Spin 4/9

As Sayuri finally exited the large forest, all she could think about was how she was going to ask Hyuuga Neji-san to teach her not only the Heavenly Spin, but the Eight Devination Signs Air Palm.
Still deep in thought, Sayuri didn't notice the ball as it rolled towards her, much to her surprise. "Hey, would you mind returning our ball?" asked an unfamiliar voice.
But his plee was lost as Sayuri thought up a strategy as to make so Neji-san would say yes. "Hey!" came the voice again, and this time Sayuri heard him. "What?" she asked loudly, annoyed with the boy for distracting her. The boy, however, didn't seem to care about the harshness in her voice. "Our ball, we want it back," he said, indicating to the ball at her feet.
Giving a quick apology, she picked up the ball, threw it at the boy, not caring if he caught it or not, and continued walking.

Heavenly Spin 5/9

As Sayuri continued walking, she got annoyed with the boy. Thanks to him, she had forgotten the idea that she'd gotten. Thinking that she shouldn't have given the ball back to the boy, she quickly scoulded herself. "Shinobi are supposed to protect the peace, not destroy it!", she exclaimed in her mind. Happy that she hadn't shown too much anger at the boy, Sayuri realised that, while talking to herself, she had gotten lost. After wondering around for five minutes, she finally found the place where she had wandered off, and continued on her way to the Branch House, hoping she wasn't too late and had missed Hyuuga Neji-san.
Sayuri really wanted to learn the Heavenly Spin and the Eight Devination Signs Air Palm techniques.

Heavenly Spin 6/9

As Sayuri finally came across the Branch House, she quickly asked around for Neji-san's whereabouts. Ignoring the cold glances the Branch family gave her, Sayuri contunued asking about Neji-san. About twenty minutes later, she hadn't gotten the best reply from a five year old boy that people called 'Kei'. Thanks the boy, Sayuri quickly ran off in the direction of the Main House, the place Kei claimed he saw Neji-san go off in. Wondering why on earth he was going there, the thought was lost in the sound of Sayuri's rapid breathing as she had been running around for nearly half an hour.
After finally reaching the Main House, Sayuri quickly found Neji-san sitting by the garden reading a book while drinking some tea.

Heavenly Spin 7/9

Stopping to catch her breath, Sayuri looked up at Neji, happy to have found him at last. Once she had had a breather, Sayuri walked up to Neji-san, waiting for him to react. She could tell that he knew she was here, yet he chose not to react. She could see that he was smiling through his faint, but visible, reflection in his cup of tea.
The silence between them grew from five minutes to half an hour, then finally to one hour. Neji-san finally broke the silence. "When fighting, you must wait for the right opportunity. Patience is one of the key factors in learning the techniques of the Hyuuga clan," Neji-san said. As he turned around to face her, he added, "And it seems you have mastered it well,".
Happy to see Neji-san pleased with her attributes, she sat down beside him and told him what had happened in the forest. As she finally finished and let him ponder on what she had told him, she asked,"Neji-sama, would you please teach me the Heavenly Spin and the Eight Devination Signs Air Palm?"

Heavenly Spin 8/9

The silence started once again. But this time it only lasted twenty minutes before Neji-san replied, "Are you sure Sayuri?" he asked, looking at her as if this jutsu might actually hurt her in the process.
"Of course I'm sure Neji-sama!" she protested looking shocked at the fact that Neji-sama sounded like her abilities weren't good enough.
"Tell me one thing Sayuri; Why do you want to learn the Heavenly Spin and the Eight Devination Signs Air Palm," he requested.
Of course Sayuri knew the answer, but considering his question, there might be a catch to this whole thing. "I want to learn the Heavenly Spin and Eight Devination Signs Air Palm so that, when the time comes, I can defend my Village and loved ones," Sayuri answered, and her voice really sounded like she ment what she said.
"Great answer Sayuri, I'll teach you," Neji-sama answered with a smile.

"Uzumaki-san. Yes, I am one of the Hyuuga clan. Why? Do you know some of my clan's members?" Natsumi had never heard the name Uzumaki Naruto before, but maybe some other clan members had.

"Oh yes! Hyuuga Hinata and Hyuuga Neji. Both are pretty strong, but I beat Hyuuga Neji. He didn't stand a chance. But please, call me Naruto." He leaned back and laughed as Natsumi's and Naruto's second bowl was placed in front of them. The Hyuuga took her time as Naruto swallowed the bowl just as quickly as the other and having a third bowl passed over to him.

"So you know Hyuuga Neji? He's my teacher. I've only just begun to master the Gentle Fist. He says that he has another lesson in store for me tomorrow. I've been dying to figure out what it is that he has in store."

[3/12 Kage Bunshin no Jutsu]

"Oh? It's probably that ultimate defense of his. He uses it so frequently, it's got to be simple. I had to deal with it once, during the chuunin exams, but that was long ago. It was amazingly strong, but I bet it would be nothing against me nowadays. I've come up with my good share of attacks since then." Naruto was most definitely confident in his abilities, and he didn't bother to brag about it between swallowing another half of a bowl of ramen.

"Um.... Naruto-san? What type of attack did you use to defeat Neji-sama?" Natsumi looked interested at Naruto, knowing that it would be a real confidence booster for her to know that neji wasn't invulnerable. "I'm sorry, you don't have to give away your secrets. I just wanted to know. It just seems like it would be so hard to defeat Neji-sama."

"Well, to tell you the truth, it was definitely hard to beat him, but I'll tell you the jutsu I used if you tell me your name, Miss Slow Eater."

[4/12 Kage Bunshin no Jutsu]

"Oh my! I forgot about all of my manners, Naruto-san. My name is Natsumi, Hyuuga Natsumi." Ashamed, she looked down at her bowl of ramen. It was still steaming, but she didn't want it to start getting cold either. Picking up her chopsticks again, she began to eat her food.

"Nice to meet you Natsumi-chan. Now, onto the real important thing you want to know. It was the only jutsu I had at my disposal at the time, seeing as I was going against Neji and his Byakugan. It's this special clone technique that I have known since I graduated the academy. Kage Bunshin no Jutsu. Each one is a solid clone and able to fight with the same power as your own. Of course, against a genius like Neji, even if he couldn't tell the difference between real and fake, the first rounds didn't last long. By that, I mean he slaughtered them. Once I brought out a huge amount of them, he used that special technique. Heavenly Spin. He was surorunded by this chakra, and it repelled everything I threw at him. It was crazy, and so amazing now that I look back on it. You should be lucky to have him as your teacher. Once you learn that, you'll be ready to go in a real fight."

[5/12 Kage Bunshin no Jutsu]

Natsumi had to eat while he talked, because if she stopped to listen, she wouldn't be able to eat any of her food. Still, she was intrigued by this jutsu Naruto was describing. If she could pull off something like that in front of Neji, he would surely accept her as who she was and the skills that she could learn.

"Now, I don't know how I ended up winning the match, but I did. I don't know why I didn't become a chuunin then and there. Beating Hyuuga Neji was certainly enough to reward me as such. I hear now he's an unstoppable machine of war. A true master of the Byakugan. I saw him use this other technique, but I can't quite describe it to you. You'll have to learn it for yourself. Just hope Neji doesn't use any of his techniques against you at full force. I think there are only a handful of people who could last longer than 5 minutes against him." Naruto, somehow, had been able to finish another four bowls between his starting of his tale to the end of it.

"Naruto, do you think you can teach me Kage Bunshin no Jutsu?" The words escaped Natsumi's mouth before she could hold them back. She had breached the border of being curious and being nosy. She opened her mouth to apologize when she was interrupted by Naruto's carefree response.

"Sure."

[6/12 Kage Bunshin no Jutsu]

"What? You will?" Natsumi didn't seem to have control of her thoughts or mouth anymore, and the words kept spewing out.

"What do you mean 'What?' You asked, and I said yes. I don't see why you shouldn't be allowed to. What should prevent you from learning such a useful jutsu?" Naruto was exuberant as ever and seemed like he had never gotten such an offer to teach his signature jutsu.

"Oh... Well then... When do you think you can teach me?" Natsumi didn't sound exactly anxious, but more so nervous.

"How about right now? Nothing like a good bowl or two of ramen to get you ready for some training, eh? Whaddya say? Shall we head over to the training grounds and begin this training of ours?"

Natsumi looked down at the broth that was left of her ramen. Looking back up to Naruto, she brought out some yen, handed it to the female apprentice, and nodded.

[7/12 Kage Bunshin no Jutsu]

Standing in the center of the clearing with Naruto was very carefree. He was walking over to a place near three logs, seeming to daydream. It didn't last long, as he turned around and immediately began speaking to Natsumi again.

"Well then, let's start first by seeing how well you fare against them. Bring out your Byakugan or whatever you can to defeat me. What do you think? Four clones too much?" Natsumi shook her head like a child trying to deny a wrong she had done. Before she was finished shaking her head, Naruto was forming one seal and four clones poofed into existence beside him. Not wasting any time, Natsumi activated her Byakugan and saw a remarkable sight. Each one had a chakra system similar to a normal shinobi. She couldn't see who was real and who was fake, only five Narutos, each with the same chakra system.

Before she could react, the five began to run towards her. Having become dependent on the Snow Jutsu against larger numbers, she finished four hand seals and slammed her hands onto the ground, pillars rising towards the running quintuplet. They all attempted to jump out of the way and over the pillar as one disappeared in an exhale of smoke, the amoke frozen inside the capturing pillar.

The clones were falling now, along with one real one, and she didn't have this oh so useful ultimate defense that Neji seemed to know. Why didn't he teach that first?

[9/12 Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (It's a little long so I think it can pass for two)]

The clones didn't try to land on her, but instead surrounded her as her back was pressed against the icy pillar. She didn't expect what was coming next. Each clone paired up, and one clone of each pair used Henge to turn into a windmill shuriken. "Impressive. Now they can use themselves as projectiles. I didn't even know you could change into something non-organic. I most certainly don't want to be hit by that."

She didn't know what to do now except jump into the air, hopefully out of their range. Unfortunately, quite the contrary occured. The clones threw their fuuma shuriken counterparts into the air and they flew straight towards Natsumi. Seeing them come towards her, she felt herself begin to fall safely out of range. As the Fuuma shuriken passed Natsumi, however, they changed out of their Henge and became clones again, with two shuriken apiece ready to throw at Natsumi from behind. It as a genius plan and Natsumi couldn't do anything about it. The shuriken were thrown, she was descending towards the ground, and there were two Naruto clones waiting to apprehend her.

[10/12 Kage Bunshin no Jutsu]

Instead of getting hit by the shuriken, or attacked by the running Naruto, however, she was caught by a caring Naruto, his clones already gone in smoke, along with their shuriken.

"It seems like you have a powerful jutsu on your hands, but when dealing with multiple attacks, you can't handle it. I'm thinking that once you learn this jutsu, you had better learn Heavenly Spin from Neji, whether he wants to teach it or not. Believe me, it will help, so long as you stay on the ground. Jumping just leaves you defenseless." Naruto was smiling a big smile as he set Natsumi down, his happiness totally different from the battle-focused shinobi she had seen among the clones.

"Well, anyways, back to basics for us. First, the hand seal. It's different from others, just like a cross with both of your middle and index fingers." Naruto showed what it would look like, and Natsumi, instinctively, replicated it. "Good. Now release your chakra normally."

[11/12 Kage Bunshin no Jutsu]

Natsumi was about to use her chakra, but she waited for Naruto to show her. With her Byakugan still intact, she tried to notice the connection between the number of clones and the amount of chakra. As if purposefully, Naruto opened his mouth to reprimand her attempted study.

"The amount of chakra that you use is equally spread among the clones you make. Thus, if I wanted to create 5 clones, and used a very little amount of chakra, it would be divided evenly among the clones, and all of them would be very weak. Using the same amount of chakra on one, however, will make that one much more stronger than five weaker ones. I'm sure you've learned chakra control by now, so I'll let you decide the amount of chakra you use and the number of clones. Just know that the less chakra you use among more clones, the more likely, at least I think, that Neji will be able to see through it."

"Right. Okay, I'll give it a shot." Forming the seal Natsumi saw, she used enough chakra to form two clones, hoping that they would all turn out alright. They poofed into existence next to her, and Naruto was proud with the little Hyuuga. The jutsu would come in handy for her, and she would definitely be able to lay on the force against Neji.

"Well, I've got to go and grab some rest. Come by the ramen stand and I'm sure we'll bump into each other again. It would be fun to train you again. Oh! And remember! Your clones can use jutsu!"
