Trina looked down at his hand, the third time someone had made such a gesture to her, and she still had not figured out what it meant. She did not move. "I'm Trina." She said, looking back up at him. "Nice to meet you."

"It's nice to meet you as well," Arlen said, withdrawing his hand and sitting down at the bar. "So what brings you to the Muffin?" he asked, trying to make conversation.

Trina blinked, he had spoken too fast for her to catch most of his words. She had heard Muffin though, and his tone was calm, so she responded. "I live there...I mean here..." She blinked again and then smiled, because he had not looked at her oddly. So she had managed the clothes fine. It was a small acomplishment, yet it still made her happy.

Lily returned, shivering lightly despite her coat, cheeks flushed from the cold and an bag hanging from one hand. "Hello you two!" she called merrily, stopping near the door to kick off her shoes and pull off her coat.

"I had to run to Cerri's." Lily told Arlen, walking over to him. As she did, she grinned at Trina and shook her head. "No, I've got it, thank you." When she reached the man, the teen let her bag drop to the floor and wrapped her arms around him from behind.

"You are well?" Trina asked, retrieving a glass of water for herself. "Should I make something for you?"

Trina looked at both of them, wondering if she should go on upstairs and let them be. Clearly they were good friends.

"Just needed a book and a few assorted items. Nothing fancy." Lily answered, then giggled and kissed his cheek before pressing her cold cheek to his warm one. "It's chilly out there." she complained playfully in a whine. Then she looked back to Trina, a hopeful expression entering her eyes. "Could you make hot chocolate?" she asked. "If you'd rather not, though, I can do it, Miss... I'm sorry, I never caught your name."

"Trina, sorry, meant to say that earlier..." She wander into the kitchen to find whatever hot chocolate was, poking through the cubboards until she found a box. She carefully read the box, but wasn't sure if it was right.
